This issue will be resolved on Monday, February 5.2001. Without going into a big spill-in short my former (FORMER) employer wrote me two bad checks totaling $5,000 plus cashed the 20 money orders I sent out and charged in excess of $1,500 on my Bank check card for which he is being prosecuted. Only last evening were any monies freed up for me to pay utilities, housepayments, etc., not to mention this $47.17 and 19 other money orders I will be replacing on Monday. It is unfortunate that this happened and more unfortunate that I received this note from you. I will contact pring1@bellsouth.net on Monday and make this right. I do not need to be threatened as it is not my practice to disregard an obligation. It was not in my best interest to tell this person or any of the others my business and I still prefer they not be told specific details. I do not want to be added to any more lists or have any more financial trauma. If you are truly an Internet Fraud Investigator you will handle this with care as I am adding this to the file with reference to my unfortunate and costly turn of events since December 2000. You may be contacted with reference to this issue. There is no need to try and intimidate anyone with threats. My local counsel and the local police and investigators are aware of this whole incident. I would be careful how I handle such incidents. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience I have caused this individual and believe me when this is over I will never deal with them again. It isn't worth it over $47.17 when I am holding over a $7,500 in outstanding arrearages.

I will not be home this weekend but will be back on Monday. If you need to make further contact with me; do so via this site and I will reply then. Thank you.

well i just don't know what to believe. i do know that the kingport police are looking into this. if this lady had problems she could have just told me instead of not answering my e-mails. like i said before it's not the money,i just hate for someone to try and scam me. once again thanks for your time and it looks like it worked again. paul
