I won Ebay auction #435339445 for Checkers Pouncer Fairbanks Whiskers Casanova Picadilly Cody and Susannah. I mail a money order USPS with return receipt service. I sent money order for $25.99 and it has been cashed and I never got my beanies. I sent money order also with return receipt. Her info is as follows:

TONIGHT I get a NASTY email from her... claiming if I do not send her money back IMMEDIATELY by Paypal TONIGHT she is leaving very Neg FB on me at Ebay. I REFUSE to be scammed anymore, she bought and paid for items that have been Delivered... WHY would I NOW give her the MONEY??? BLACKMAIL is against the law, I filed a complaint with Ebay

Hello, i am having a problem getting my beanies from this lady. She  also goes by Laura Tracey - payment name on paypal with Email address:  Babalu05@aol.com  She contacted me through my bidding at ebay and sent me a list of beanies for  sale. I went to pay part by paypal and then all kinds of problems occured. She refused to change the order and just send me part of it and when i tried to get a phone # info. said this address info below did not exist.  EMAIL ME IF YOU HAVE HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH HER. thanks Lori

well here is a twist to this one for you. Let me know now what i should do. I did end up getting a package today from her and she was to send me 4 - 98 teddies - beanies and what was in the box? 3 Plush Holiday bears. God i hate this crazy women. Do i now contact paypal and tell them she sent me a package but not what we agreed on? She is really trying to be slick her, i have her email saying she is sending 4 - 98 teddies and now i get 3 holiday plush. Your advise is appreciated. thanks lori

My name is Jacqueline Mullin. Patricia Bates (SELL-2-U@webtv.net) suggested I contact your. I was contacted by a Laura Tracey (BABALU05@aol.com) stating as follows: "Hi!!! I noticed you got outbid on a beanie on ebay. I have my mint collection I am selling due to move I am making in about 3 weeks. If you are interested in any of these please let me know. I take paypal and money orders." Then she list a bunch of items. She list amount them OLD LEFTY RARE 60.00 AND OLD RIGHTY 60.00 RARE. Down to the bottom of the page she states I also have these that are buddies. and she lists about five things. I e-mailed her which I am sorry to say that I did not keep my e-mail and her reply. But I asked if they were the blue donkey and grey elephant beanie babies. She e-mailed me back and stated they were. I told her I know there were newer ones that were red,white & blue that I did not want. She assured me these beanie babies were in mint with mint tags and the blue and grey I wanted. I sent her a letter with a cashier in the amount of $125.00 and in my letter i put at the top, "RE:Old retired Lefty & Righty Beanie Babies. She cashes my check and sent me two beanie buddies. When I ask her to recheck my correspondance that I had ordered Babies. I stated amoung many exchanges that I was going to ship back her buddies and wanted my money back. She told me know. She said she was moving and wouldn't be their and that I had ordered buddies. She would not check back on my order just that she intended to keep my money and that was just tuff.   I am just heart sick about this. We lost everything we owned in a flood two years ago when our levy broke. Since we lived behing the levy we could not get flood insurance. I had to save a long time to buy my daughter these beanies and now I got $25.00 worth of buddies for $125.00. Patricia said you might be able to do something. I purchased a Libearty Beanie babies from Texanyippy on ebay. Her name is Lauralee Tracey. I had bidded on another bear and was outbid when Laura emailed me telling me to check out her auction for Libearty. I bidded on her auction and won. In the meantime I had gone to traderlist to see if there was anything on her (Texanyippy) and there wasn't. I then sent her the payment of $67.00 through paypal , and because I did that, did not keep her address, all I know is that she's in Texas. Then I noticed that her email address on paypal was to babalu05@aol.com. It was then that I decided to check out that email address and found her on the bad traderlist.  I have emailed her several times regarding this. First she was sick then she promised to mail out the bear on a Friday, a week went by I emailed her again telling her that if I didn't hear from her I would post a negative rating on ebay, and post on traderlist, which she admitted she knew that she was on. She then said that she would refund me back the money and that was over a week ago. Hope even though I don't have her address that you can help.
