Help. I am having no success whatsoever with this person. I found out
that one of the other dutch auction winners received full refund and another
partial refund with some of the beanies. I contacted the individual that
received full refund and she said she did nothing special, it just arrived
one day. This refund was promised at the end of July 1999. It was for the
15 newest Ty beanie babies including Osito and Spangle. I sent $185.00 (
175.00 beanies & 10.00 S&H ). Delivery was promised by July 31, 1999
or full refund. Lisa does not respond to e-mails, but they are never returned
by the postmaster. I sure hope you can help. Below find emails stating she
got my money and then the last that I got from her in Augest promising my
refund.

Dear Camille, Good evening !!!! I am sooo sorry that I have not been in
contact with you concerning this auction. I have not been avoiding anyone
on purpose. My computer crashed in June and I have had no way of contacting
anyone to let them know what is going on. I am in the process of mailing
refunds to everyone out of my pocket. The person that I had ordered the largest
quantity from has left me hanging - no money & no beanies and from the
look of his feedback at eBay I won't be seeing either anytime soon !!!! But
this is my problem I promised you all that I would make delivery or your
money back and I am already running behind on my promise. I know a simple
" I am sorry " is nothing, but please know that I NEVER intended to hurt,
defraud, or deceive anyone. Take care and I hope our paths cross again someday

- I would be very disturbed if my children saw some of things that have left

Cautionlist emailed her several times but although email address is current
and she received she ignored all email sent to her.
