Hi, in January I won an auction on yahoo from KES123 (LORI FISCHER). I sent the money waited about two weeks and heard or received nothing. So I e-mailed Lori and ask if she got the M/O over the next two weeks I sent around 8 or 10 e-mails with no reply. I finaly threatened to report her and file a mail fruad report. Then I got a reply she said she thought I must have got it and she had been out of town. She told me I'll send you another or your money back. Now it has been over a month (thats makes it over two months since the auction). I have sent her about 35 e-mails with no reply from her. I started looking around and found out the she has done the same thing to people on e-bay and now has just done it to more people on yahoo. She uses kes123@yahoo.com for auction on yahoo and kesspice@aol.com for auction on e-bay. I have e-mailed her at both addresses as well as left  pages for her at a web site she is signed up at. It is the ICQ white pages her screen id is 24329064. I have not been able to get any thing to work to get my product I hope the mail fraud report will work. Mabey you can help, I hope something works. The name of the auctionI won was Groovy The Tie dye "Fuzz" beanie bear - MWMT - No Reserve! and the auction number was 14377262. I still have the e-mail yahoo sent me and all the e-mails she sent me. the auction was for groovy (total is $14.15 $10.95 high bid + $3.20 shipping).

She contacted me for a trade of Pokemon cards on 6/29 and said she would ship on 7/3 (this was on 7/2). I asked her to ship priority with delivery confirmation due to the value of the cards. I never heard from her until 7/8 when she said she didn't ship until then because she couldn't ship delivery confirmation until then (she had already received my trade by then).

After several emails from me she finally responded on 7/14 saying she did not know why I hadn't received my package and that she would send me the delivery confirmation number (at this point I want to note that she has NEVER sent me a DC# though she has repeatedly told me she would send one) and that she was going to check the usps site.

On 7/16 she said the package came back to her on 7/15 because she had used the wrong zip code. I told her the correct zip code (which was the same as I had originally sent her) and she said on 7/19 that she would ship that day and email me the DC#.

After I sent her a couple of emails due to no package (and she did not send the DC#), she finally responded on 7/27 that she was going to call the post office to straighten the mess out.

After several more emails and a threat to post her on bad trader boards she responded on the drop dead date of 8/12 to say that she was out of town (by the way, she claims she doesn't respond until the drop dead dates because she is away on business trips all the time and doesn't see my emails until the drop dead dates), would be back in town by the end of the day and will contact her post office and email me a DC#.

I received no further communication from her - I emailed her a couple of times - and then on 8/15 I started posting her on the boards. On 8/17 she claimed that she had straightened things out at the post office, that they had spilled coffee on the package and couldn't read the addresses anymore, that they had refunded her the money and that she would be mailing the package out later that day and that she would send me the DC# that night.

It is now 8/28, I've emailed her more than once - AGAIN - and she has not responded nor has she sent me a DC# and I have no package. She has positive ratings on ebay and was not on the bad trader list when I entered this trade but that apparently didn't mean much. I told her in my last email that I now know that she must be a scam artist as all her promises have been lies - and she hasn't responded. I also told her that I would be working to put her permanently on the fraud board and she has not replied to that either.
