I am reporting Louisa Stalnaker  807 B Street  Lenoir City, TN 37771 princessofmoon@webtv.net. I sent her my TBBear set for her Inch and Zip beanies. We agreed to ship on the same day, June7, 1999. Also, her references.....I do not have access to them anymore but I believe them to all be accounts that she runs herself. After I shipped my TBBears, I waited, and after about 10days I emailed her about the delay. She said she had been very sick in the hospital, and was still sick, so she'd have someone mail them for her on the next Friday (about 4 days away). Since then I have waited and waited. I continue to email her about the delay but she doesn't respond anymore. I warn everyone to BEWARE of her!

I have been quite ill for awhile and have just gotten out of the hospital. I had no way to contact anyone while I was there. I will email her in the morning to let her know that zip and inch are on their way. My husband will have to mail them since I am not able to get around yet. Louisa

Yes, she  finally sent my money back + the 5.00. But from the e-mail I am getting, some people are out a lot more than I was. I would not trade with her again. Plus she kept changing her email addresses and if you(bad traders list) had not gotten involved she would never have sent anything to me.

sistance in resolving an ebay transaction where I sent the person $803.75 for 24 Osito Beanie Babies. I sent her this money in the form of a Postal Money Order on 6/1/99. She didn't send the merchandise for a long time and continued to make empty promises. Finally, I requested that she return my money, which she agreed to do but as of this date all I have received is empty promises and lies (after considerable time had passed I no longer wanted the merchandise since prices drop rapidly on beanie babies once they've been out a while and I would have lost my shirt on them). Recently, I received a couple of e-mails from other ebay users who had seen the negative feedback that I left for her and found out that she goes under various alias ID's on ebay and had attempted to rip off many of them as well. I think most have gotten there money back but most likely the amount was not as considerable as mine was. The contact information that I was given was the name of Mrs. David Key at 807 B Street, Lenoir City, TN 37771. Phone number of 423-986-9828. The Ebay ID she used with me was nanastoys@webtv.net. This is also her e-mail address which she has been responding too. Other Aliases that she has used in the past are chocolatemonkey@webtv.net, princessofmoon@webtv.net, serena18 and mimiscafe@webtv.net. She also goes by the name of Louisa Stalnaker.I have filed all the necessary Internet Fraud Reports but haven't gotten any response from them yet or any hope of receiving my money. Since my posting, I have received advice from other people who also had bad trades with her. I followed through on this advice and now I would just like to let everyone know that Gail Key did contact me. I won my auction on June 2 and sent money order on June 4, 2000. She had good feedback when I bid and about a week later she started getting lots of negative feedback. I hadn't heard anything from her so I tried to email her and check on my order. Her mailbox was always full so I couldn't contact her. I started getting emails from other bidders saying she was ripping everyone off. I managed to get a phone # for her so I started calling. She promised she would send my item but I received nothing. She made all kinds of promises to no avail. I finally contacted the detective who was trying to help everyone get their money back. She sent me $5.00 on July 15 (she owed me 36.25) I managed to get in touch with her by phone and said I was calling the detective back and she finally send me the rest of my money by Western Union. Do not ever bid on any of her auctions.You will have nothing but problems and lies and empty promises!! She has apparently been doing this or a year now. SHE HAS TO BE STOPPED!!!! She was selling under the name of iluvdinos, I sent my money to Dinosaurworld, apparently there are several people involved in this or else she has many, many different alias'.

I won a bid on her Ebay Auction #344543371 for 10 beanie buddies Auction Ended 6/02/00 Sent a Money Order for $76 On 6/09/00. She never sent my buddies and now won't refund my money. I started e-mailing her 2 weeks after the auction and about every other week since then and she always promises to send a refund but never does.

This person is now on no bidding under user name mysticknight...She is going by the name above and lives in Lennior TN...Another email address is dinosaurworld@webtv.net...Use CAUTION when dealing with some one from Lenior TN as she uses MANY EMAIL addresses and names...I hope this will stop people from paying her through paypal as she is NOT a VERIFIED MEMBER so the transaction is not insured!! I have another scammer to add to the list, I'm afraid. Here's what's happened: Sunday, October 8, 2000, I reserved an auction on NoBidding.com after checking the seller's feedback. She had 81, all positives but all were for purchases but none for her as the seller. Her login name on NoBidding is mysticknight. I reserved the auction, paid the seller through PayPal, and emailed the seller with my shipping information and asked for their name and address for my records. Nothing. I waited and still hadn't received my items, Black Batty buddy and Ty Dyed Digger buddy. I didn't really  need the Digger but wanted another Black Batty buddy so I reserved it. I emailed the seller again and she said she had been sick and would email me again that same afternoon. That's the last I heard from her. The email was signed 'Chelsey.' The only way I got her last name is from PayPal. It's 'Hammond.' Chelsey Hammond and one of the (bad) feedback on NoBidding says she lives in Tennessee. If she does, good. I can drive that far. I emailed her again on October 17, 2000 and asked for my items and when they were shipped. After I sent the email, I went to the NoBidding.com site. Once an item is sold, the seller's login name and email address is removed and 'Sold' banner is put in its place. But I had made a copy of the description of the auction I reserved and also printed a copy of the reservation page with the necessary information. I checked the seller's listings to see if she had placed any more ads and there had been some added on October 16, 2000 and all were sold. So I decided to check her feedback again. She has been banned from NoBidding for deceptive practices. I read several of the descriptions and there is another email address for buyers to make their PayPal payments. The email address I had that was on her ad was dragon-hunter43@webtv.net. The email address for sending her PayPal payments is petesdragon43@hotmail.com. I have already alerted NoBidding of my situation, alerted PayPal to the problem I have had, filed a case with SquareTrade.com, written a letter to my credit card company contesting this charge and why (to be mailed on October 18, 2000) and  written to the seller and given more than ample time to get me my items  or money. Now all I want is a refund. This isn't a game with me anymore. I'm tired of spending my time chasing down deadbeats. My next step is law enforcement. If anyone wants to write me and give me their information, I'll be glad to compile a case file and turn it over to the proper authorities. I have filed a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center. I have received an email from them asking for all the pertinent information,  dates, email addresses, etc. They also asked for other parties emails that I may know of. I have given them all the information asked for and given them the email addresses of others taken by this person. I also gave them the link to the pages on the Caution List. They are in the process of following up on all of the complaints and will be turning over any information to the proper law enforcement agencies to take care of this scammer. If anyone needs to file a complaint against her, go to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center at www.ifccfbi.gov. These people are a government agency! Something will be done and she will be prosecuted. I posted the attached last week and noticed that I needed to email also. I need help. :-( She has posted negative feedback on me for complaining about her lack of response and lack of action. I have still not gotten either the playstation 2 bid on in the auction or a tracking number (she said she'd ship on Feb. 17) or any contact regarding a refund (she posted on Yahoo! she would refund my money). After I paid for the item -I informed her to send the item a.s.a.p. I did not hear back from her in several days. I sent another e-mail asking her if I should be worried and she finally responded by saying the item(s) are in the mail. I knew there was a problem when I did not receive them today 02/21//01 and I looked at her current feedback rating to find 4 negatives against her. That is how I was informed of this website and all her other scams that she has been doing. I have contacted her once more giving her a chance to redeem herself but after looking at this site---I don't have a chance in %^&*! I have also contacted Paypal to see if I can get my credit card credited. After winning more than 50 auctions on E-bay--I never thought I would get burnt-but it looks like I did. I am a stay at home mom and money does not come easy. I purchased this item for my son's 5th birthday. Someone please respond on what kind of recourse I have and the mess she has put me in. On 6-17-99, I was the second-high bidder on Gail Key's eBay Auction #116880249 - Holiday Beanies. Gail Key approached me via Email on 6-19-99, with an offer to buy her beanies, & I mailed her a money order in the sum of $508.25 on 6-30-99. After a couple of weeks, I got an Email from her husband David that she was in the hospital. Gail Key did not send me the beanies or return my money. After much Email communication with Gail and her husband David (excuses, promises, delays, lies about my money being in the mail to me, & unreturned telephone messages, Gail has still not returned my money. I mailed Ms. Key a Demand for Payment letter, Certified Mail, 10-13-99, and also filed a Mail Fraud Claim with the USPS - they did nothing for one full year until I requested my paperwork back, then they sent Ms. Key a letter, and me a copy with a note that they had not received any other complaints against Gail Key! The Postal Inspector did not believe he would be able to take any law enforcement action to compel Ms. Key to satisfy my complaint. So much for the USPS. My last Email from Ms. Key was in Feb., 2001 from princessofmoon@webtv.net. I tried Emailing her at that address today, and the Mail Administrator returned my Email as undeliverable at that address. I'm going to call Detective Sartin at the Lenoir City, TN Police Dept. tomorrow. Any help from Traderlist.com or anyone else who has been scammed by this woman would be appreciated. What is the Statute of Limitations on Grand Theft? Does anyone know? Thanks.

She cheated me out of $508.25 almost two years ago on an eBay auction, and I have almost given up ever seeing any of my money again. That "lady" is something else - why hasn't she been put in jail yet?? I have printed documentation of the auction, Email correspondence, my Demand for Payment letter, the Mail Fraud Complaint I filed with the USPS a year ago, etc. Can you help me get any of my money back? Thanks for any help you can give me. My last Email correspondence with Ms. Key was in February, 2001, but now I don't have a good address for her. I talked to Detective Sartin Tuesday, 6-26-01, and he told me he had Gail in jail, but she is now out on bond. He said she took one lady for $5,000, and that woman is coming to TN to press charges. He will then take Gail before a Grand Jury for an indictment. He said after Court costs and fines are paid that maybe all the rest of us who haven't gotten paid can file a Civil Class action against Gail Key. Gail cashed my money order July 7, 1999 - two (2) years ago THIS July 7th. I NEED TO KNOW how long the Statutes of Limitations run on this type of Grand Theft, and, if it is 2 years, I need to immediately file a Small Claims case against Gail Key to get a default judgment against her and protect the $508.25 she owes me. Do you have access to this information? I understand she and her husband, David, do own a home. I purchased a Playstation 2 from this seller on November 16, 2001 for $175.50 (including shipping and handling) and have not received the item or a refund after numerous emails stating that my LouisaStalnakerorGailKey.htmlshipment would go out the next day. After receiving these problem-infested emails for a month, I realized I wasn't getting anywhere and that I should file complaints against her to stop her from scamming other unsuspecting people like myself.

Was winner on two auction on Yahoo. Requested the money via PayPal, but never received merchandise. Bid on GameCube and X-Box bundle - total loss of $927.09. Beware of low priced buy it now items from this seller.

Purchased and paid for 3 Land Before Time Videos from her on November 15, 2001. Was told numerous times they are on the way but as of today, December 19, 2001 I still do not have the videos. I have requested a refund from her a few times and she promised one would be here today. It isn't and I am going to re-report her to Det. Houston with the Loudon County Sheriff's Office.

Ordered an x-box bundle from this person and like many others have not recieved it. I paid $700 over paypal.

Do not believe a word this woman tells you, no matter what she says. She is a professional thief who will say anything to delay shipping anything. I've gotten promise after promise of shipment and still received NOTHING!

Paid $175.50 for a Playstation 2 auction that I won on 11/16. Have been promised delivery numerous times, and seller has never come through on a single deadline. OR STE #1, 11130 Kingston Pike, Knoxville TN 37922 (take your pick she has used them all) posted auctions on Yahoo, in October-December 2001, defrauding hundreds of people out of tens of thousands of dollars. We have been keeping a running log of how this person has been getting away with all this crime and it is horrible! I personally "won" an auction with BuyNow for a Gameboy Color on 11/24/01 and paid via Paypal, electronic transfer, the same day (minutes later). I have heard a couple of times from Crystal, also calling herself Arthur Wiggins, the person she had set up the Paypal account for her, and she promised my merchandise again and again. Now there has been no contact and I have received no merchandise nor refund. We have reported her to the Loudon County Sheriff's Office (Lt. Houston), the Lenoir City Police Department (Det. Sarten), the FBI, Yahoo, Paypal, and several other authorites and news media. The case falls under Lenoir City and Det. Sarten has taken over the case from Lt. Houston. To date, 12/19/01, I have not personally heard from Det. Sarten, nor have I had an email from the Seller since her promise on 12/08/01 to send the merchandise. Last word to our "support group" was today (12/19/01) from Lt. Houston who told us we will not recover our money because Seller spent it and we would have to come to court in TN to procecute her.

Bought Playstation 2 from her on Nov.15 through Yahoo. She never sent item or refund after many e-mails. She is a thief and full of lame excuses. Have reported her to the authorities. Intending to take steps to prosecute her. Beware!
