I hate to say it,but I need your help AGAIN : On 11/13/99 I confirmed a trade with LynnHarding (MybabyM17) after checking her refs ( newer trader) we agreed to ship on Fri.11/19/99.The trade was to be: HER 2 MWMT 99 Holiday Teddies, 1 MWMT Wallace and 1 MWMT Groovy for MY MWMT Halo buddy. On Tues.11/16/99,I emailed her to see if she could ship sooner and she replied "no,she had several parcels to ship on Fri. and didn't want to make an extra trip." That was OK with me and we agreed to ship USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. On Fri. 11/19/99 I shipped her the Halo buddy and then emailed her with the confirmation #. This is email that I got from her on December 9:
"i understand that you are only trying to recover what is yours. and if i were in your position i would be upset too. but i sent your package and i have proof. now i really need that halo buddy and if you are willing to wait til next friday i WILL send you ANOTHER package of THE END 99 TEDDY TY2K GROOVY WALLACE next friday and I will send it certified. please believe i sent it out to you. but if by some chance you dont get it by next friday i will send you out another set. i did send it and i have proof. but if you can just wait another week i will give you another set i promise."

i sent her the beanies and i have proof of that. and i offered to send her another set of beanies and she has not gotten back to me. but i will send back her halo buddy back to her tomorrow. i would like to ask one thing though. How do I or you for that matter know that she is not lying to just get her halo buddy back? for all i know she got the beanies and she wants to get her halo buddy back. how do you know if she hasn't pulled this type of stunt before?also i have never ever scammed or tried to scam anyone else in trading. i have excellent references and she is the only one that claims to have a problem with me trading. but i have absolute proof that i sent those beanies out to her and i have many people who can back me up on that. the proof that I have is that they have her name and address on file at the parcel room. its like mail boxes etc im sure you've heard of it and my mother is the one who paid for it to be sent out by check and she is the one who sent it out for me

i am sending her halo buddy back i just had a death in the family so that has pushed everything back. my changing my screenname had nothing to do with her. i was being harassed by someone so i had to change it. you have absolutely NO PROOF that she did not receive the beanies but i look at it this way what goes around comes around. I am mailing our the halo on Monday.

I mailed her a Groovy beanie baby and she was supposed to send me a The End bear.I mailed on the 9 November 1999 and that was the date agreed. I also do have proof of postage. I have kept mailing her to let her know that it has not arrived and I have been told things like, 'It will arrive,' etc. but no sign. I asked her whether she had mailed it by airmail and I did not get a response. I have now discovered that she has changed her email address. I have since mailed to her new address and I have still not heard from her. Carole

This is just an update on Lynn Harding ( MybabyM17@aol.com, Mikesbaby21@aol.com). Lynn has once again changed her email address and I would like to add this one to the BTL under her name as well as her state listing (Maine). I'm still working to recover the Halo Buddy. She has now made her feedback page on Ebay "private" so it can't be read unless she wants you to due to the comments that I've left.  Her "new" email address is only a variation of her last one..  The new one is : Mikesbaby1821@aol.com  Thanks for adding this update. Follow-up: Until this is resolved,I will continue to pursue the issue via Postal Inspector!
