I recently did a trade with a person from Canada. It's actually been over a month ago now since we started our trade. I sent her 2 buddies and a beanie for 2 Pierres. She received my items and then told me that customs charged her 10 dollars (U.S) and she didn't feel she should have to pay it. So I told her I would pay half of it, since I didn't feel it was my fault since she didn't tell me that I shouldn't put a price on the front because of this customs. She agreed to half. And said she would send one Pierre out to me and the other when she received her 5.00. I agreed even though I didn't understand it, It just costs her another 4.00 to ship them separately. Didn't make sense. So anyway I shipped the 5.00 over 2 weeks ago now. She wrote me back and said she still hasn't received it. I asked her several times in the last few days what she was going to do and if she is going to send Pierre and she has not responded now in 3 days. I've wrote her daily. My name is Mandy Paradis and I hear that SANDY POWELL has contacted you about a trade we are trying to complete.I will start from the beginning. She emailed me quite some time ago and asked to trade for 2 pierres. She sent me several lists of what she had and I let her know that we could make a trade for my 2 pierres for her germania buddy, buckingham buddy and nipponia beanie. So, she sent her beanies. When they finally arrived at my door weeks later, I had to pay duty on them of $15 CDN because she put Merchandise and a value of $50 Us on them. WOW! I reluctantly paid the $15 and then decided to send her a copy of the customs form with the amount I had to pay and the reason why! I emailed her and told her that becuase she put MERCHANDISE INSTEAD OF GIFT AND $50 instead of $10 that I had to pay that amount listed. So, I told her that I would send her one pierre for now and then when I got the $10 US ($15 CD) that I would mail out the second pierre. Fine, she agreed but said it only fair to send half that...$5 When I bought pierre, I paid $15 with taxes, so I said as soon as the money arrives, you will get the 2nd pierre but until then, I won't send it b/c then I might be out that money and that isn't fair to me. Sandy said she mailed it out on the 2nd of Oct in one email and in another email, she said surely you have gotten the cash I sent for pierre. No, I said, not yet, but I will let you know when it does arrive. Still no money please be patient(She sent cash and I do not know why, it goes missing all the time) I tell everyone to please send International money orders, cahsiers checks or Bidpay thru ebay. I REFUSE CASH SINCE IT GETS LOST AND I WILL NOT BE RESPONISBLE FOR THAT! And, that is EXACTLY WHAT SHE is trying to do; blame me and say I TOOK THE MONEY AND KEPT THE BEAR MAILICIOUSLY! Again, I told her to send the money and I would send Pierre. I am true to my word and I have done MANY TRADES OFF OF EBAY and HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS! IF she sent the money and I had gotten it, she would have gotten the Pierre aby now but I HAVE NOT GOTTEN the payment!I have copies of ALL of our emails. She knows I haven't been well and I have a small baby and that I can't possibly talk to her everyday and I explained that. But, in her last few emails, she has been vrey rude and harrassing and has accused me of stealing the money and not sending the pierre. I told her cash was at her own risk. I like money orders or at least cashiers checks, so I have proof of what I got. I also have proof of sending her the first pierre. *Tell me IF I sent the first pierre no problem why wouldn't I send the second one IF and WHEN I GOT PAYMENT??*I am honest and have many people that I have traded with of whom you can email to ask them that I am honest, sincere and fair. I have waited WEEKS UPON WEEKS FOR HER PAYMENT FOR THE SECOND PIERRE and feel that I have been VERY PATIENT and understanding! I could put her on traders list as well as contact my lawyer for her constant harrassement and rudeness.Either she sends a check or money order or gives me proof that she has sent something and STOPS HARRASSING ME UNTIL THEN, or I will have NO CHOICE BUT TO ADVISE MY LAWYER AND TO SEE WHAT HE WILL DO. IF she slanders my name on Traderslist, for no reason, or just b/c she hasn't sent the money and wants the pierre for free, then I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO OBTAIN LEGAL ADVISORY FOR SLANDERING MY NAME and then she will have to pay me for slander and harrassement! Even more than she already owes me. THAT I PROMISE! you need to talk to her and find out what is going on b/c I am tired of her rude emails and her accusations and threats!I will not send the second pierres UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE AND NOTHING ELSE!AND IF THRADERS LIST IS ACTIVATED, SHE WILL HEAR FROM MY LAWYER!PLEASE get back to me and IF you need any emails forwarded, or email address' of anyone you need to verify my validity with, then please feel free to email me.

The reason we didn't send packages together is because she won't do that. She says she always has them send first then she will in return do so. And you are right, I do know of one person that had wrote you once about Mandy and that was Tony Tedesco. Except I didn't know any of that until after I did this deal with Mandy. Tony told me about it about a week ago. He said he never went through with a deal with her because she wouldn't send at the same time. So he told her to forget it. Then he said he had told you about it. I don't know why she's like that unless, she just don't plan on finishing out the trade. Because why would she send me one beanie costing 4.00 for postage, then wait on 5.00 from me, then have to spend another 4.00 postage. It doesn't make sense. I'm afraid no matter what I do, she isn't gonna send it. I really do believe she got the cash. But let me know if you hear back from her. I thank you so much for your help. Mandy just wrote me. All she stated was: SENT SHIPMENT THIS AFTERNOON! She wrote it in big bold print. Now let's just see if I get it. I still really think nobody should ever deal with her. I think people should know what she does. I'll let you know if I receive a Pierre and if it's in good condition. Thanks again. P.S. I guess I'm just not going to get that Pierre. I think I should just write this one off as a lesson. I think from here on out, I'm not going to trade with anyone that I haven't already traded with in the past. Let me know if there is anything else that can be done.
