This woman has not made good or any of her trades with me. now she is refusing to send both the agreed trades, because of my posting a message about if anyone had had dealings with her, all of the e-mails I had were about how she was a bad trader. she has not sent any of my trades , when i sent her my first one on the 4th may, then the 2nd trade on the 8th.

She e-mailed me on the 22nd may staing she was only sending one of her trades to me and refused to send 2nd one. the storys she told to me and others why I have not got our trades were all different. If you want me to give you all the e-mails that people sent me about her bad trades I will. i have proof that she was trading when she told me she was in hospital, thaen she out with another stroy that she had a laptop at the hospital, were she was doing some trading, so if she could trade why did it take her 10 days to e-mail me about our trade that she send she sent already. If you will read the emails you will see that she told me at least twice that my beanies were already mailed. then she comes up and says she mailed late because she was in the hospital. she did not mail the first set of beanies to me until she got my first set. Now she says she did not get my second set that I mailed so she is not going to mail me that part of the deal. I still have gotten nothing from her. And she was to have mailed both sets long ago. Please note that she accuses me of not sending the second package- Unity- because she has not gotten it. I do have proof of mailing that package on the agreed upon date.

Hello Cindy Yes I noticed they shut the big bean trading board down. You can thank all of the nasty people who were posting LIBELOUS lies about me. I cannot understand why people have to be so mean, including you. I explained to everyone that I was behind in shipping becasue of being in the hospital. What did you think I hsould do? Get out of the hospital to ship your beanies? Then you post negative feedback on KNK saying I dont ship till I receive, and that is false. I did not ship because of being in the hospital, and whether you or anyone else believes it is not of importance to me anymore. If you think you have hurt my trading chances you are wrong, because my steady trading partners, who are the only ones I will deal with from now on, know me better...and I have lots of them. I hpe you got satisfied with the negative posting because I now WIIL NOT trade you my Dublin Issy for your Unity, which you have not shipped. The only thing you will get from me are the two cobalt blue mickeys for the 2 you sent, forget any other trades with me. Margaret

hello Cindy,  I have not received ANYTHING from you yet and I really need the beanies you promised me , especially Issy. I had my husband ship your packages to you last week end, while i was still in the hospital, you should have them by midweek I would certainly hope....WHEN did you ship mine? Again, I have received nothing from you yet! And by the way, you didnt have to post a message for me on the big bean as I would have seen your email this morning anyway, I am just now getting up and around a bit more and trying tocatch up on my emails. Im really very sorry to have worried you. I have a recurring problem with blood clots and last week was quite unexpectedly admitted to the hospital with deep vein leg phlebitits. Its potentially a very serious problem that has landed me in the hospital more than once. Im home now and I wish I could havde had someone answer my email but my husband was so busy between work, seeing to the kids and me and I was so sick that I didnt really have it in me to explain it all to him. Hi Cindy  I am sure happy I am on the mend also because I cant believe how freaked out some people got because they had not heard from me for a few days, they got hysterical and started posting all kinds of crap on the big bean...oh brohter, disappear for a few days and see what happens? Anyway I hope I didnt worry you Cindy. Yesterday I received one package from you contianing 1 Chef Pooh and 1 St Pats Pooh. I have the beanies for that trade packaged and ready to send to the post office with steve monday morning. I have not received Unity yet, that is the one that I am trading Dublin Issy for. Maybe he will show up MOnday morning, I hope so, my daughter is so anxcious to have him!! Ill lyk as soon as he arrives. I hope you get your package quickly, Im thinking you ought to have it by the end of the week after it goes out airmail monday morning. That is about the only problem I have right now, besides the swelling and tenderness in my leg. Im taking blood thinning medicaiton to prevent another clot and it realy tires me out. Im propped up in bed on my daughter's laptop writing this, I am so bored! I only have to be off my feet for 3 more days and then am allowed to begin moderate activity. Anyway, I really, truly thank you for all of your patience. I have been trying to email people ever since I got home and had so much email to answer, and getting tired so quickly, it takes me a while. Anyway, PLMK when your package arrivews and Ill lyk when Unity gets here too! Thanks for the trade Cindy...and if you get any extra doc pooh and friends or wedding mickey and minnie next week Id love to trade for some. Cautionlist had received complaints about Margaret in the past. At that time she did make good on them after a time and was warned that should more complaints come in that if they were her fault that she would be placed on the bad traders list. There had already been proof that some of the excuses she used for not sending on time etc were not true. Then this complaint came in and others about margaret so the two complaints from the past have been included also.

Yes I remember that trader very well. I have noticed that the freeuk site is down and from what I have heard it is because of too many complaints regarding Margaret. I am embarassed to admit I did not leave a negative feedback for Margaret on behalf of our trade. Having read her responses to the negatives that other traders posted Margaret was saying they were threatening her and her feedback speaks for itself. She has over 200+ I have only 30 +. Well I made a trade with Margaret before March 1, 2001 for UK Poohs for our DL exclusive Poohs to be mailed out on March 1st. On Wednesday night February 29th I emailed Margaret to add to the trade. I wanted the UK Its a Boy and Its a girl for myself. The first of the trade was for a girlfriend who did not have feedback so I did the trade on her behalf. In all, we were trading for about 5 - 6 Poohs. Margaret had my girlfriend's mailing address and name and I told Margaret she could mail all beanbags to that one address to save on shipping cost. I on the other hand would send my Poohs in a separate box (being it was later in the evening) and that I would be playing tennis Thursday morning but would return in the afternoon and give her the DC# to both of her parcels. Thursday afternoon, I read my emails to find out Margaret wanted to mail out the beanies to my address since I am the one doing the trade and she needed my address. Well being that it was 3:00pm PST, I knew it was too late for Margaret to send out the box. I emailed Margaret to tell her that is she hadn't mail out the box to Donna (my girlfriend) mailing them to my address tomorrow (Friday) would be fine and to please send me the DC#. I got no response from Margaret until Sunday. In the meantime, I emailed Margaret on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday evening, I get an email that tells me that if she forgot to tell me that if she didn't mail out her beanies on Thursday she would mail out on Monday because she was going to be out of town for work. Margaret then tells me she will mail out Monday and send me a DC#. On Monday..............NO EMAIL!! Now I am getting PISSED!!! I emailed Margaret Monday evening, Tuesday (and all of these emails are being read since we are both on AOL and in fact Margaret is online this very minute). On Wednesday she tells me that she has mailed out my box and gave me a DC#. On information on that box on Thursday or Friday. I then post an ad on KnK to see if anyone else have dealt with Margaret in the past few weeks because I am becoming very leary of her and her ways. Saturday I emailed her again. She tells me that the postal system doesn't update the information immediately..........well it's been 2 days. Also Margaret tells me she is missing 1 of the beanbags and will mailout later (another beanbag she had already told me she was waiting for it to arrive). Nice time to fess up if you ask me. She is also starting to not answer my emails again. Forgot to tell you when she wasn't answering my emails on Monday and Tuesday she later told me she was terribly sick and in bed and not able to get out of bed.......but she read my emails and was posting ads for a trade for her Sakura Buddy. Pretty sick .........YEAH RIGHT!!! If you notice her excuses are she is ALWAYS SICK!!!!!!! But for someone who is always sick she has been pretty busy trading. When I found a lot of others having trouble with Margaret, one of them suggested that I contact you.........that is when I emailed you for help In february.  After Margaret finally mailed out the last part of our trade.......after you had contacted her about it. .she did email me saying it was mailed and not to call the CIA or FBI and that I had lost a great contact for UK beanbags and a good friend. With a friend like that who needs enemies. :) I was keeping track of Margeret emails but once the trade was over I do believe I tossed them out just recently but will check. Boy how I wish I kept everything. I know other traders have documented things and probably have them still. Hope this helps you and if you have any other questions........let me know. I am sorry that I didn't post that negative and others are suffering and stressing like I did.  Margaret mailed out over a week after the confirmed date of our trade. doesn't answer emails and make excuses. i am sure you will find this with everyone who has complaints as wellMary

Hello... I was given your email address from another trader who had a bad trade with Margaret Kinasz (MKinasz976@aol.com)... I would like to be added to that list who had an absolutely horrible time with this woman. Back in March I traded 14 Disney Beanies with this woman from an ad I posted on knk.... I was looking for beanies or Longaberger baskets.....She emailed me with an offer, and finally we agreed upon a trade..... I sent out my beanies the very next day, with delivery confirmation to her..... I waited and waited, she hadn't emailed, nor confirmed receipt of the beanies (which I checked USPS, and she had received)... I then put her on my buddy list as she is AOL as well as I, to try and catch up with her with an IM..... Well, I finally did get a package from her... the box was in mint condition, and all over the box she had written handle with care, do not crush, so the post office was very good with her package to me.... when I opened the box, it was not what was agreed upon.... we had agreed upon a pantry basket with protector, a tall tissue basket with lid, protector, liner and garter......the pantry basket was acceptable, not what she had said, but I was trying not to be picky.... the protector was there, and the two of those were filthy..... as for the tissue basket and lid... it had several broken splints and some missing to boot..... there was no protector, or liner, or garter..... I immediately emailed her, and told her I would be sending back the package, and either we could exchange for other longaberger, including the items not sent (which she said she overlooked, when closing box, but found them later, and forgot to email me)....and also including compensation for the additional postage I had incurred.....more time passed, I kept emailing her, no answer, but always noted her online.... didn't want to harrass with IM's, but finally got her to respond....she gave me a story that she had family emergency, her mother was sick, her brother had cancer, and of course I believed her at first... still no package, and no emails... she Im'd me in one of our conversations the confirmation number to the package, which I later checked and it was even coming in my direction, had been delivered elsewhere, by then I was furious, and out of 14 beanies and postage......More time passed and a package arrived with a spoon basket.... still no liner, garter, etc....or compensation for my postage.....I tried to talk to her, but to no avail, she refused to answer, so I then left negative feedback for her, and noticed she had left me some.... Complete lies she told, I in no way broke the basket, nor did I harrass her... I did post negative feedback.... she was very threatening, rude, and downright nasty in her comments and emails....not to mention the lies she told......at that point, I had just had enough of her, this had been going on for over a month.....I just left my final comments on the knk board and chalked it up to bad experience....and then..... the new emails kept coming to me of her ripping other people off.....so.... I am sending you my story....and I truly hope that you or someone can stop this woman... She of late, can not be trusted at all in her trades.... I thank you for your time.   Lynda

Here is the original complaint that I sent to you about Margaret in early Feb. This deal was made in Aug and I did not mail you about it til Feb.

I need your Help! I made a trade with Margaret Kinasz on August 9th 2000, I sent my end of the deal on Thursday, She was suppose to also, Well I checked my tracking and she got mine Saturday, I did not get mine, I emailed her and asked her where mine was and that I wanted my Tracking number. she ignored my first email, then I sent another and told her if she sent my beanies I should have gotten them by now I want my tracking number please. she emailed me on Monday and said she was late shipping them had a family emergency her Brother in law tried to commit suicide and that she spent the entire weekend in the hospital. on top of that her computer crashed and she could only access her email a short time at work. I then said I had saw her post a ad on a Disney trade board late Saturday night and that she could have emailed me and told me what was going on. I then told her she lied, and she kept saying the weekend, I told her we were suppose to mail Thursday not the weekend. she then sent very slanderous emails to me calling me all sorts of names like uneducated and many more. then she said she was going to sue for slander, she did send me the bears I needed except she sent me a Fuzz that was never agreed too and she was suppose to send a 99 Teddy Not Fuzz. I should have wrote you sooner , But when I started seeing others posting about her I had to com,e forward. So this deal was made in Aug and it has been 6 months and she has still not sent me the right beanie. This woman needs to be stopped. Thanks   Pam Fedew

Then you got involved and helped me and another person to get what was owed to us. Almost a month after you contacted her about our complaints she finally made good on both of them. Please stop this terrible person

January 5th 2001 we sent her DL Jester Goofy in return for her TDL Reindeer Pooh we agreed to ship the same day with DC (her choice)I usually ship with insurance instead. We sent Priority Mail with DC. For some reason our package took until the 24th Jan to reach her...We still have the DC recipt. We never recieved anything from her...I emailed solidly for about two weeks wanted the DC number for the Reindeer Pooh so I could track her package. She never sent it, then finally when I started to say I was going to email the Bad Trader List, she wrote. Margaret, insisted we had lied about shipping her the Goofy (she was rude and nasty in emails), telling us that DC wasn't worth anything as we couldn't prove we sent TO HER (although we sent her a scan of the actual reciept) she refused to accept we sent. In the meantime we had still not recieved, she said that the parcel was returned to her with the Reindeer Pooh, that she had been sick so her husband had sent it and forgot to put the State and Zip Code on the Parcel. She hid behind her feedback, threatening us all the time, we did contact a mediator but basically we couldn't do anything to make her come though. When the Jester Goofy arrived with her on the 24th January 2001, I emailed Margaret to tell her I knew she had recieved. She worte back to say she refused the Package. We NEVER recieved the Goofy back, or the Pooh in trade. I hope this is of use, she is a really nasty and rude trader. I have some of the emails, but I am afraid I do not have all of them anymore as it was a few months ago. Thanks   Jane Glaubius

I too, have been ripped off by Margaret Kinasz and enclosed is the web of  lies and her attempts to not do the right thing and replace the NM item she  sent me. She is famous for saying was out of town.... son died.... nephew  w/cancer..... she was in the hospital ETCCCC but in fact she was online EVERY  day last week for I saw her on my buddy list daily and for HOURS at a time!  when someone came to her rescue spouting how GREAT of a person she was on a  disney board i wrote them to see what experience they had w/her and LOW n  behold! here is what I got back

Hmmm....cant explain the postmark...however, I have been out of town all weekend in Boston, visiting my nephew who is battling cancer, so Ill have to ask the post office about that one.... I cant understand what you are saying about issys tag...the one I shipped was mint, I have checked all of these tags very carefully before I shipped If it is curled, the problem you describe can be easily corrected simply by moving the tag protector, it will flatten out. I no longer have any more Issy to trade Thanks   Margaret

Me: Thursday, April 26   Why is it you think we should have to ship this NM issy back to you ( at the added expense of $3.90 ) before having a mint replacement in hand  Truly.... since u sent this item to us in the NM condition what is only fair and just is to send us its mint replacement and the $3.90 to return yours we have already been inconvienced enough at this point!) You haven't given us any affirmation that a mint replacement or a reimbursement for return shipping to you is going to occur. Surely it isn't "rational" to think we shall ship back to you at out expense having NOTHING to show for this transaction but -$7.80 in our bank account sspent on shipping + the cost of eyore ( which FAR exceeeds what an issy is worth even on AUCTION!) while you have issy back AND our mint eyore and await a mint replacement ( which at this time we have to wonder if your know what mint is IF you believe what you sent us to be mint!) I have been watching the ads you place on various boards stating you have issys in hand ( which defies the claim that you have none to replace this NM one) so sending that replacement will be no hardship to you and can end this transaction expediently. Glad to help in any way I can as I have received help from you in the past on a couple of trades that went bad and was able to recover my part of the trade after you stepped in. I don't have much to tell as I put her on my "don't trade with again" list, but here is what happened.

I first traded with Margaret in May of 99 and the trade was sent late, as I recall it was only late by a couple of days so I gave her a positive reference as she had some excuse as to why it was late. Then on another occasion (can't remember exactly when) but at least 1 year ago I spent several days negotiating a trade with her and the mailing date was confirmed, then she emailed me on the mailing date that she wanted to renegotiate the trade as she wanted more beans. I told her I was not interested in renegotiating as I had already spent several days with the trade negotiation and that a confirmed trade meant we were finished negotiating. She then sent me a nasty email about how mean I was for not renegotiating. I then just told her to forget the entire trade that I wasn't going to trade anything with her. She then sent another nasty email, and at this point I knew she had a real problem so I just set up a block on her email and have never talked to her since. I have seen many posts where people were trying to reach her about trades that had not arrived, sorry but I don't remember the names. Barbara :)

Thank goodness I never traded with Margaret. We had agreed to trade back in February, I think, and when I would write her to finalize a ship date she would not answer my emails. So, since we were both on AOL I put her on my buddy list to see when she would be on. I im-ed her one night and got a story that her aunt or cousin, I forget, had cancer. So after chatting I wished everyone well and we were going to ship the next week. So again I emailed her to verify shipping and then got we're having a snow storm. Then she didn't need everything I had anymore. So that deal fell through. When I got other items she wanted I emailed her again to set up a trade, and again it dragged on. So, I just gave up, never pursued it and she never contacted me to trade. I truly believe she doesn't have the items and that she trades on items she is expecting. If a trade isn't agreed to and finalized in a couple of days, I drop it. I sure am glad I didn't trade with Margaret. She even lives the next state over from me.

I am not a tough person and am willing to give her the benifit of the doubt so far, i know she has been involved in performing bad trades but i don't want bad feedback for myself. if i can solve this without putting bad feedback for her then i will! then i will put her on a bad traders board! Anyway....my story!

I arranged a trade with her for the 8th may. it was my 2 camping eeyores and chef eeyore for her 3 gemini pooh's. we arranged to send on the 8th may..she even e-mailed me on the 8th to say she was sending. After a week i e-mailed her again as to if she had recieved mine and she had and she was sure mine would arrive soon, after that she said she was very ill and couldn't send them.....eventuallly i got her to tell me when she was going to send......she said she was going to send on tuesday (20th) I am still waiting as to if i recieve it yet! I probably won't.I am disabled and on benifits so i can no way afford to lose that much money!   Natasha

Margaret Kinasz and I had agreed to do a rather large trade. She sent me another persons package though. Honest mistake. I contacted her and she asked me if I could send the package to the person it belonged to. I agreed and she said she would send me a check (which I think was $8 or $9 to cover the cost of shipping the package back to the person) I sent it and several weeks went by. She didn't send me the money. She kept emailing me and telling me that she sent it - but I never did receive it. To be honest, if she didn't reply to any of my emails - I probably would have fogotten about it and would not have left negative feedback. It's just that she kept lying and lying about it. After 2 months, I told her I would leave her negative feedback. She told me that she would send the money. Of course, she never did. When she found out I left her - feedback, she was furious. She sent me many hateful emails. They were very disturbing. She also left me - feedback and said that I was a "scammer." The hateful emails kept coming and I would just delete them before finishing to read them. A couple months after this incident, I received another email from her. She apologized and said she was having a nervous breakdown and was having severe mental problems. She said she would send the money. Of course, she never did. I didn't reply though. I just let it go. I have already left negative feedback on Margaret Kinasz and unfortunately she was able to leave it on me also as a retaliation. I answered her add on KnK and she set the trade date and didn't ship.  She had her beanies in 2 days and I waited weeks with every excuse you can think of coming my way, finally no response at all.  She insisted she shipped, again and again, the conf # was in her purse and she had to cook, she was on her way to work, she was signing off, she insisted I would be happy with my trade, don't worry.Claims she had to leave town because her nephew found out he was sick and all along was still posting and trading, just not shipping. I informed her I was leaving negative feedback and she wrote warning me not to.shortly after that she shipped. I hope she is stopped because I have received several email from people she has not completed a trade with that are afraid to leave negative feedback because of her retaliation. Sorry for not getting back to you. I sent off an email to knk last night re Margaret. Had been requested to do so by a recent contact who also had had problems with her. They needed enough emails to prove her trading needed to be restricted - which it now is. I've also contacted someone else this evening to see if they have had a result since I last heard from them. I'll make sure I sit at my computer tomorrow afternoon and get a copy of the email I sent to knk off to you. I know this lady has to be stopped. My reluctance to actually post bad feedback about her on the bad traders list is because of the response she left Cindy (cree@yaroo.freeserve.co.uk) when Cindy left negative feedback about her. I have worked jolly hard to make sure my trades are successful - I send mint beanies with mint tags as promised - on the day promised. I will not have my positive feedbacks marred by Margaret. In my emails to her I have not got emotionally involved by responding to her comments about emergencies, or become defensive when she became sarcastic and also when she insinuated that I was  returning other peoples beanies to her. I found her to be vague when she knew info. was required. I felt it was best to keep emails simple. Below is a copy of my email to Amy of knk. On re-reading my email to her I notice that I initially mention the non mint tagged Issy to be Berlin. It should read Istanbul. From then on my email names the 2 Issys correctly. You will see from the bottom of my email to Amy that I asked Margaret to get back to me as of yesterday (Tuesday) just to confirm that she had indeed sent out the 2 Issys to me. As of this moment I have not received an email confirming posting. I will get back to Margaret this afternoon. My daughter (allyc54@yahoo.com) has asked a beanie friend of ours Deirdre (deirdre.edwards@btinternet.com) to contact you as she also is having problems with Margaret at the moment.

Hello Amy, I have received an email from Pam beanielovers@ stating that knk are interested in hearing from people who have unsatisfactory trades with Margaret Kinasz at the moment.My trade really came about because my daughter had not received beanies from Margaret from a trade they had set up. She traded with Margaret and after 3 weeks Margaret's beanies to her had not arrived (US to UK). Parcels normally take 4 - 6 days to reach us. My daughter asked Margaret to confirm as to when she actually airmailed out her package so she could give this info. to our local sorting PO - maybe they could do some kind of search for it. Margaret responded by saying that she would search out this info and get back to her. This info was never forthcoming though. Around this 3 week period Margaret responded to one of my ads. I decided to trade with her if she agreed to include duplicate beanies for my daughter in her package. This she agreed to do. I also specifically asked Margaret to confirm that her beanies (Issys) to me would be mint and have completely mint tags as I did not like to receive beanies with flawed tags if they had been promised as MWMTs. She got back to me stating 'all Issys will be absolutely mint tags'. Margaret advised that she would be insuring her package due to the amount of beanies she would be sending to us. Her package arrived uninsured. On inspecting the beanies I could see straight away that the Berlin Issy had a creased hang tag - also a couple of scratches. A further Issy (Berlin) was also not fully MWMT. I contacted Margaret 4th May to advise her that her package had arrived. She got back to me 5th May to advise that she had received mine 3rd May. When I had received this confirmation I got back to her that day to inform her of my disappointment with the Istanbul Issy - reminding her that she had clearly stated that it would be absolutely mint tag. At this time I chose not to mention the Berlin Issy as the flaw was minor and my 'vibes' were already telling me that she would not be happy to receive the info about the Istanbul Issy she sent. I asked her how she wished to resolve the situation. Her response was vague. I emailed her again - and again her response was vague. I decided that I was not going to receive a clear solution from Margaret so on the 17th May I emailed her advising that I would be returning the Istanbul Issy to her. I also stated that as I was the one having to incur airmail postage to return this unsuitable beanie to her I would be including a further one (the Berlin Issy) which had arrived with a minor flaw to the tag and as she had promised absolutely mint tag beanies and I was not 100% satisfied with this beanie also I would include this beanie in my package. I gave her the choice of 2 options from the beanies I sent to her that she could chose from to return to me as compensation. Her response was that she would try and get further Issys for me - hopefully at the weekend and she would mail out to me when she could. She did not offer to return part of my trade I had sent to her. I checked the ad. board and saw that she had Issys up for trade on the Big Bean that same day. I emailed her again telling her that I had seen her ad. offering Issys. I advised that I would accept 2 of the named Issys that shehad in her ad. (I did not know what the other city named Issys were - she just named 3 and said there were others). I said that I was not prepared to wait any longer and could she please confirm when she had airmailed out to me. I kept emailing her asking her to confirm that she had airmailed out to me. I received an email back (believe this to be the 24th) stating that she had been emailing me - that I had received them - she knew I had. But none had been in my inbox so I told her this. She had become quite sarcastic by now, she inferred that I was sending back other peoples Issys to her - why had I waited 3 or 4 or 5 days to notify her - I had dreamed it up. I have not at any point sent emotional emails to Margaret - guessed this type of email would fuel her own emails to me. I kept them simple - to the point - and requested confirmations. As I have not retaliated sarcastically to her sarcastic remarks to me or responded directly to medical emergencies she has divulged to me I hope I have contained the issues covered in my emails to her. I emailed her again to request she confirmed airmailing out beanies to me. she finally responded yesterday that she would be sending Issys out to me Tuesday. I got back to her requesting that on Tuesday she just confirmed that this had indeed been done.  I feel this lady protracts trades. I have heard from several other of her trading partners since comments were left by them on the Big Bean 17/18th May. I contacted them + those that had left neg. feedback on knk. She has obviously given different problematic reasons to them and me for the reason of her belated mailing outs etc. Indeed only Margaret herself knows whether all these various emergencies she has given are for real. But if they are why does this lady give herself the added pressure of making national and international beanie trades. Surely she has enough stress in her life without the hassle of fulfilling multiple satisfactory trade ends. 'Just for the record Margaret's 1st package to my daughter has still to arrive + the main beanie (Maple) sent to my daughter sent within with my trade end package was not MWMTs as promised by Margaret. My daughter chose not to take the matter further as she had an exam imminent and did not need the hassle which would have ensued which would have then distracted her focus from the exam. Sue

She is famous for sending out NM items then threatening to ruin your FB if u leave her bad FB... never makes good on the deals send kooky emails trying to do the bait n switch then leaving HEINOUS FB if u go up against her Ill tell ya I havent said a word until now but she is taking FAR too many people FAR 2 often! She had her pals ruin me on kn so now I have nothing to lose! Im off to bomb her knk FB maybe they will suspend her ( fingers crossed) I fear the old gal may be losing her mind trying to keep up w/all her fraudulent deals for her Fb does reflect a downward spiral in the past year

April 12/01 I picked up package , paid $11.14.Her package said 2 beanies, value $30.00 and no card/letter inside.I emailed her and said we did not trade for 2 smooch bears.I have been waiting for my 1 eggs bear all this time.
Margaret replied."somehow I made a very big mistake, I sent your eggs to the person who was suppose to get the smooches.and she needed me to send them back. She wanted me to pay to have them shipped back to her and she would pay me back.
April 15/01 I wrote ...perhaps you didn't read my letter closely...I did not receive 2 smooch bears from you.You sent me a letter saying you sent me 2 smooch bears, but you only sent the 1 eggs beanie bear. I would imagine she will continue to trade with those that she has traded good with, but I hope this will stop her from pulling more people into her web of lies!!! Well I got Margaret's Parcel this morning the first trade. I can't believe the smell that came from the box when I opened it, they smell of cigarette smoke and they was not tag protected. How do i get rid of the smell of smoke. She did not send them with a tracking no, just normal post. there would have been no way of tracking this parcel. This woman is a nightmare. Please tell me know what i should do now, I am going to e-mail margaret, and tell her that I have the Parcel and also ask why they smell of smoke too.  if you could have seen the bag that she put them in it had I think biscuit crumbs in it. She really made a very good effect in sending these Mickey's in poor condition. The shoe box that they also came in was so badly parceled with holes in it, it looked like rats and been at it. i recieved them this morning. they were not in a great condition though......they had small creases in the tags (which had not protectors) and they STANK of ciggarettes!!!!!!  I was not pleased!!!!  Thanks for your help anyway!   Natasha

I have received an email from Margaret in my inbox this morning advising that she will be sending out the Issys today - Monday 4th June. On the 26th of May she clearly says that she will airmail out Tuesday (29th May - the Monday was a bank holiday). I'm afraid I got a bit cross with her today. Her time wasting is so consuming- it does spoil the joy of trading. I do not know if this further 'hiccup' in my trade with Margaret will serve any purpose in your classifying her as a bad trader - but thought it would do no harm in sending off to you. I will let you know if I get them.

I have proof that she got the unity package or someone at her address did because I clicked on the web site of swiftair and put the tracking no,. of the parcel I sent her,  and it said it had been delivered in the USA. What more proof than that do i need to give Margaret. I always sent my parcels by swiftair when they have a value over £25.00.  Regards   Cindy

I was referred to you by Julie Turner, I have been severly burned by Margaret Kinanz. Since the beginning of May she has owed me 3 ty bears, hero, dearest and issy, from a previous Japan bear trade, she also owed me 75 dollars from a few other Japan Pooh bears I had sent, she told me the box was mailed 5/3, then all these problems happened with her ect..... then another box was mailed 5/18 since I didnt get the first one, then another box ect.... I have been trading for over 3 years and nothing like this has happened to me, I gave her numerous chances Paypal, ect... And she had all these illness stories,  and then she emails me on May 3 and tells me her nephew who lives in Boston has testictular cancer and that she had gone up there while he had sugery  and that she had mailed out on that date. anyhow, I want to warn people about her, so can you PLEASE HELP? I enclose email from Margaret (received 26th May) showing that she will send out 2 Issys (replacement ones) to me on the Tuesday (PO closed on the Monday). I replied by asking her to confirm on the Tuesday (29th May) that she had indeed airmailed out the Issys to me. She did not do this. I continued to email her during the week for a response. On the 3rd June she emails me to say that she has just received the Issys I returned to her and that she would now be sending out the 2 replacement Issys to me on the Monday 4th June. She asked me to get back to her as to whether I required the tracking no. of her package. I emailed her to advise her that I would like her to confirm on Monday the parcel had been sent out to me and yes I would like the tracking no. It is now Thursday 7th June and although I have emailed her each day asking her to confirm posting and asking for the tracking no. I have not received a response. I emailed her again this morning and have had my email to her returned to me - I guess she has now blocked my address. Is there any way please that you could contact her on my behalf to ascertain as to when the 2 replacement (MWMTs) Issys were actually airmailed out to me - I would really appreciate any help you can give. her purchase from me was for Nipponia bears (2) back on the auction of Collecting Nation and i got all kinds of excuses after about 2 weeks when i re -contacted her about payment, so a little over a month later payment finally arrived for the amount of the auction only not including shipping.  I have to say she was a slick one and i am pretty good at detecting them, better now as time goes by, and so i again contacted her and the check is in the mail over and over finally i was going away on vacation for 10 days and i told her that info. and so she promised the "cash" wrapped in paper was in the mail and it would arrive to me while i was gone so "please please" send me the bears so i don't have to wait for them. The sucker i am i believed her and went ahead and mailed them. Guess what? No money when i returned, again I asked for it, and it just never came and after another month i gave up. What could i do, she had the bears now and so i left the feedback, not bad enough for her.  I did just lately remind her of our situation again when the lady from England contacted me about dealing with her and told me of what she was going through with a trade with her. I then reminded her that we never did trade, that she bought beanies from me and shorted me the shipping and that i thought she was a crazy one and after that i got a more threatening email that she would cause me trouble and complain to AOL that i was harassing her so at that point I left her alone.   A real cheat, and a BIG liar at that and she will give you all kinds of medical excuses, deaths in the family, lost mail problems, God i heard it all from her and yes i believed it at first but got wise to her after that. Sorry I have taken so long in answering but I was actually giving Margaret time to get what she owes to me. I think I have really been done. She owes me nine Issys. Three should have been three sent weeks ago and then another six.  The first trade I did with her at the beginning of April we agreed a shipping date. I let her know I had sent mine and she said she had. It was quite a time and no parcel arrived so I emailed her and she said she had mailed on a certain date. Anyway when I eventually got the package the postmark was a week and a half after she said she had mailed.

During this time I had already sent a second package for the Issys. Time went by and she said she had sent the first three and then the next ones. Then she did not answer my emails until the bad posting went on about her and I emailed her to say I would give her the benefit of the doubt and expected to receive my package. She said she posted it two and a half weeks ago but I have not received anything. She did actually email me to see if I had received it. I had the reasons that her nephew had cancer then she had been in hospital. Is there anything that can be done.I see tonight that she seems to be trading under a different email address and name. I have been given your address as a contact for those in the UK who have had problems with Margaret Kinasz. She owes me two lots of trades from April 2001 and apart from every excuse in the book, I have received nothing! Where do I go from here? I am prepared to take it all the way but just don't know where to start or how many other people are involved etc. Please can you help as this woman has to be stopped. I see that she has been posting under a different name / email address on Mickey's but has already been sussed out - thank goodness. I have just sent her another mail asking her to either send her side of the trades or return my goods and await a reply but I'm not even hopeful. Both my trades were through postings on the Big Bean site and were as  follows:
9th April 2001 - trade arranged for my Dragonfly Pooh, St George's Pooh and Playground Pooh and Tigger for her 3 x Hero and 1 x Dearest.
11th April - says has deleted my address and I send it to her again.
15th April - contacts me to say now has Issy's for trade and am I interested.
16th April - I contact her to say yes.
17th. April - trade arranged for Issy's for my St Patrick's Pooh and Tigger, London Tigger and Reversible Egg Pooh.
2nd. May - I contact her to say no parcels received and she emails straight back to say her nephew is fighting cancer but not to worry as she thinks she has received mine and they will be posted and to stay in touch and let her know when they turn up.
I then gave her a week and still nothing arrived so have contacted her every day or two but no response at all.
Last night - Saturday 9th. June I yet again emailed her and said to either send her side of the trade or return mine by priority mail on Monday. She has now had 24 hours to reply but nothing! Please can you help.  Look forward to hearing from you.  Yvonne Bell   ymb5@hotmail.com

To date the 2 promised Issys have failed to arrive -usually takes 4 - 6 days from the US. She told me that she had mailed them June 6. I will be emailing her again to in the hope of ascertaining as to when the 2 Issys were sent out to me!

I traded with Margaret Kinasz on the 14th May. (8 Disney for 8 Patriot's). On the 18th May, I saw an add on the Big Bean saying that Margaret was in Hospital. On the 19th May, I emailed Margaret saying that I was sorry that she had been taken ill, and could she let me know if she had managed to mail her end of the trade. Margaret emailed me on the 22nd May, to say that she had been in hospital, and that several of her trades went out late, and that she had got mine all ready to mail on the next Wednesday (her next payday as she was broke from not working due to her stay in hospital. She also said that she had received the 8 Disney from me and that they were all great. She said mine should be with me soon, as it didn't usually take more than 5 days to the UK. On the 1st of June I emailed Margaret again to let her know that I had still not received the 8 Patriot's. Margaret emailed telling me to hang in there, that the parcel was mailed on the Wednesday. On the 6th June. I emailed Margaret again telling her that it had been 2 weeks since she said that she had mailed the parcel, and I had still not received it. She told me that she was going to have the package traced as I should have received it. Either way I would get my package, because she would send me another one on the Monday after she had spoken to the post office. On the 8th June I emailed her again, letting her know that I had seen the bad feedback on the traders list, and that I was very concerned, and could she let me know the tracking number of the parcel. She emailed me back to say that she did not have a tracking number for the parcel, and that she would send me another parcel with the 8 Issy's on Monday. I emailed her back to tell her that it was 8 Patriot's that we had traded for not 8 Issy's? On the 21st of June I emailed her again to let her know that I had still not received any parcel from her, she told me that she had definitely posted it on Thursday. I told her that I would give her the benefit of the doubt, but that if I did not receive any parcel within 1 week, then I would contact the Fraud department. I have not heard from Margaret since, and it is now the 3rd July, and I have still not received any parcel from her, and I do intend to get in touch with the Police department in PA because this woman has scammed too many people.

I'm sorry for contacting you but I didn't know who else to goto. The bad trader Margaret Kinasz who has been banned from the majority of the boards & has a page of her own on the bad trader list is now trying to trade again using the name "Maggie" & sunflower51@earthlink.net as her e-mail address.   At present she is posting on P&R's trading board. I've contacted the people who run the board & sent them a copy of the e-mail I'm sending you to prove what I say is true.   Please don't let her cheat people out of their beanies as she did me.   I'd be grateful for any help you could give me.   Many thanks.   Alyson Thompson
