The person who has sent me a fake germania is mark abad 4 laguna bluffs ct elk grove california 95758, his e-mail address is mabad@earthlink.net.

The auction number on e-bay is 165392924 , when I had contacted the seller for this beanie he assured me that the beanie did not look like a curly and the auction also stated that the tags were mint on this beanie, I also asked if the falg was the same size as other beanies with flags and again he assured me that it was. When the beanie arrived the first thing I noticed was the hologram on the beanie was just a blurred gray mark and the hang tag looked like a poor cut out with a large black mark by the poem. The seller finally return my e-mail with the excuse that he was out of town and that he will refund me most of my money when I return the beanie to him. Although I feel he should have to send my money first as he may get his beanie back and then I have no evidence that he sent a fake to me, he has sold at least five other fake beanies such as britannia, maple and germania.

This victim was reimbursed today after  threatening to involve the authorities.
