I was wondering if you might be able to help me. I was ripped off by Martina Schmitz for $600.00 US for 2 dozen beanies. I am not sure if she took off to Germany or has remained in the US. I have filed a complaint with the FBI , I was wondering what else should I do and do you have any info on her.  I have gathered as much info as I could find. I won two auctions with her on Ebay. I sent her Amex Travellers Cheques. This was late September. Amex confirmed they were cashed on Sept28th. I constantly emailed her asking for my beanies (which consisited of 1 doz Hol.99 and 1 doz. Ty2k Bears) The last email I got from her was at the end of September saying she was going away for one week , but when she got back she would send the beanies. Then i received an email from someone asking me about her and to check her feedback. Someone had left feedback saying we will miss you Martina. After contacting a few other people I found she was apparently moving back to Germany.Her Ebay user name was bbcollect Her email was , harleyfahrer@access1.net  Her name is Martina Schmitz. We sent the payment to this address

San Marcos, CA 92069  A phone number we have on file for her is: 760-471-1190. We also feel there may be some connection to her and another ebay user by the name of  bbforu. In their auction ads, they used the same spelling mistakes. They could be one in the same. Through their user info from Ebay we also found they are very near each other in San Marcos. We sent $600.00 and never ever received a thing. She had a feedback of well over 1500 or we would never had sent money to a PO BOX. We have made a report with the FBI and her local police. MARTINA SCHMITZ/bbcollect scammed buyers on ebay for hundreds of dollars.My sister Sheila/AngelBear000@webtv.net is one of these buyers. Due to an illness I'm posting Martina Schmitz on BAD TRADER LISTS for Sheila. Read Martina's feedback on ebay, Sheila was unable to post her address and complainment on it, due to fact ebay shut down bbcollect feedback and auctions, she talked to several persons listed on the feedback and the stories are the same, Sheila is also listed on the FBI list of buyers scammed by Martina, The number listed for the FBI is 760-929-0811. Sheila purchased a Blue Goochy from Martina Schmitz on a bay auction.Auction number is 7284291491. Sheila send her a money order for $13.69, it was a Travelers Express Co. Inc 1-800-542-3590 (she can't get them to answer their phone) Martina told Sheila, she was going on vacation, a cruise and leaving in two days. Since she would not be there for the arrival of the money order , she would mail the beanie when she got back. Was to be gone nine days. Sheila waited and waited. She e-mailed and e-mailed Martina Schmitz and then she went to Martina's feedback on ebay and saw all the other negative listings of buyers who had also been duped by Martina Schmitz. Sheila contacted ebay, call the FBI phone number and had her name added to the list.Sheila isn't in the best of health,due to a physical disability she requires a lot of bed rest .Right now compound this which the flu and well you get the picture on why I'm doing this email for her and the BAD TRADER LIST posting.
