This person is forwarding SPAM sent by a well -known bad trader from Canada. He has also impersonated Mediators from Traderlist and posted messages which were not written nor submitted by them to his personal web page. If you receive any of these messages or threats from him, please forward them with headers to his ISP.

I sent a Maple to Mary Hunter of Indiana on Feb 18. she claims she never recieved it. I have never received her payment. I kept writing her asking her if she received it. I pleaded with her to answer me. She finally did stating she had not yet received it. I finally got suspicious and e-mailed all of her references(about 25) I had previously written only a couple and they came back good. Once I started writing them all I found that 10 of them had fatal errors, five of them had never heard of her, one told a story of a bad trade and the rest said they had not had any trouble with a trade. She has gotten very defensive, she has threatened me with slander because I told her references that I was having some trouble, but I did not say what. She gave me an e-mail address of her supposed lawyer. I wrote him and of course got no response. She is a very vindictive sounding guilty party. I would like to post her but I am afraid that she would counter attack with false accusations. I am a very honest trader and would not want this. I did not insure Maple unfortunately so I can not track it down. I have asked her to send me a copy of the money order of which she should have and she will not, she just writes asking where is my proof that she did not receive Maple. I am not sure what to do here. I am assuming I will never get the money and I will never see Maple.  she has informed me that she has cancelled the money order anyway. I have not seen her name listed under bad traders but I have not looked at every month. Do you have a place where you could just type in a name and get her history if she has one? I just got a letter from gramma pat and apparently this person has put in a complaint about me. I expected she might. I have asked for her phone number, a copy of money order, I have given her a list of everyone that wrote back to me, all the addresses that had a fatal errors and returned, I have done everything I think is right and yet she refuses to do anything to prove herself. I find it strange also that she would never answer my e-mails until I started getting suspicious and checking into her.She does not seem to be listed on the bad traders list but I did find someone who had a story about her and what she did to a freind of hers that was very similar to what is happening with me. but she really does not want me to say anything. Perhaps I should? I phoned customs and they informed me that they would never confiscate one beanie and if they did she would have been informed. The PO tells me that it is a 1 in 2 million chance that the parcel was lost, and I just can not imagine that this is just a coincidence that I have not received her money order or that she won't send me proff. I definately learned a lesson here. INSURE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had been given bad advice on this, I was told that by insuring it, it holds the package up at the customs longer.

Any more harassing letters from you or Denise Hensher I will file harassment charges and slander charges against you both. Yes, I had a deal with Denise and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused her. At first I was going to mail her item back when I found out it was here, and I have told her such. Then I was thinking that wasn't fair to send her item back, after she was so kind, so her payment was mailed out, end of story. If I'm put on any list I will sue your little elf ass off. Plus never make threats to me with a time limit or anything else or you will be sorry. Believe me life goes on be on a trader list, plus the deal is finish, but gossip's must make a living, "no bad trade here". Don't bother writing back you email is blocked.

I am going to continue finding info about this Terre Haute, Indiana Mary. She still will not answer my e-mails. I looked on 411 at yahoo and I got a phone number for her it is (812)299-1534. I do not expect that I will ever see Maple again. That is my fault for sending the bear without the money. With most people you can do this with no problem.I also found out that it doesnt matter how many references they have they can be phoney. In the future I will wait for the money. I do however want to persue this so that she will not do it to someone else. Of course I have received no payment from her.

On March 3, I had this e-mail from Mary Hunter asking me to send her a Britannia COD because she needed it the first of the week for a birthday party. I sent her an e-mail informing her that I had put it in the mail. On March the 24, I had not recieved any money or the Britannia, so I e-mailed her. She told me that she had not recieved it, and that she thought I had decided not to send it. I asked her if she would contact the post office and see if they had a package for her. She said she would, but she didn't e-mail me back. I e-mailed her again and asked what she learned from the contact with the post office. She said that she thought that she had e-mailed me that they said that they had nothing for her and that they would contact the postlady to see if she had the parcel. She didn't get back with me, so I e-mailed her again, and she said that she had left a note in her box for the postlady to contacther, and that she told her that she had nothing for her. She said the postlady told her that she would have put a note in her box every four days had she been unable to contact her.  Today is the 29 , and I have yet to get any package or money. I contacted the post office here and they are trying to trace it. She sent me references when she e-mailed me to send the Britannia COD, but I didn't check them out as I was sending it COD. I think that she thought that I would send the package and not make it cod. She probably thought that I was a dumb cookie who would just send it and then she could take mine like she did Denises. I requested cash. I have contacted the postmaster in my town.

I would report this person to Ebay immediately as well as file mail fraud charges. The person that you are dealing with is really named Tim Sarris and is a scam artist and full time abuser of Ebay. They are fully aware of who he is but need constant help tracking down the emails that he is using periodically. He has about 8 or more of them that we know of and most have been suspended but he keeps getting back on Ebay some how. Some of his other user ID's on Ebay included "numsurf" and "greekboy2" and many more that unfortunately I cannot remember off the top of my head. I wish I could sound more positive, but this guy is one of the biggest losers out there and lives to rip people off.

Cautionlist elf received only the one email from numbersareme@prodigy.net saying that money had been sent and also threatening email. Then they did block email as they stated they would. Cautionlist elf was able to send them email from another site letting her/him know that they were being placed on the bad traders list.

I did finally receive payment from Mary Hunter for Maple. It took two months to get my payment, which she probably would not have sent if it were not for the help of the people at traderlist. Mary claimed she sent two money orders, I only ever received the one. When asked to send proof that she had sent the first one she ignored that request. Mary has been posting me on the Ty site as a bad trader and saying that I have been slandering her, givng my name, address and what I was selling, and warning people not to deal with me, all in retaliation of me getting her posted here on the bad traderlist. She has made up her own badtraderslist and directed people to the site to read all of the lies she has written about me. I have contacted the Sherrifs office in Terre Haute and I have contacted my local police in this matter. I reccomend no-one to have any dealings with this person at all. I do not know what to do or where to turn to. About two or three months ago a Mary Hunter e-mailed and asked if I would send her a Britannia COD. She said she needed it for a birthday. I told her that I would send it, which I did. I didn't hear from her, so I e-mailed her to see if she had recieved the Britannia. She said she hadn't, and that she thought perhaps I had decided not to send it. I thought perhaps she wasn't at home when they tried to delliver it, and she said they told her they didn't have anything for her. A few days later, the Britannia was returned to me. It stated that is had been refused. I e-mailed her and told her that the Britannia was returned and that it stated it had been refused. She got very angry, and since then she has done nothing but slander me. She has put an ad on Ty stating that I am a bad trader, and slandered me something terrible. I have had no new business excet for the ones I have traded with in the past. I can't believe this. I have all of the correnspondence that I tracted with her, and you can see that I don't deserve this. I cannot imagine anyone doing this to someone, but I am telling you she is destroying me. Please tell me what to do, You can see that people have left feedback on e-bay for me. Just a word of caution on a person whom goes by the username nutmeg1001. I mailed payment for a Halo Buddy & then find out this person has scammed people before with other usernames as well. Name he or she uses is Holly Ward & gives 2 different address. One is to Holly Ward & the other is Beanies R Me, P.O.Box16,St.MaryWoods,IN.47876.

*This person's money order was returned by the postmaster after he contacted the postal authorities.

I have reason to believe that this person (yellowduckie2) and the user (autumnleafs@usa.net) are the same person. I also have reason to believe that both of these accounts are alias accounts set up by a fraud and mutiple-times suspended user, Tim Sarris. I am sure that you have had numerous complaints about this person from others as well as myself. I reported him on many occassions under many different emails.Just check both of their feedback profiles and what sort of feedback that they leave for others. This person is being investigated for Fraud among other things from what I have been told and is a real nightmare for all sellers, but especially those who he feels he has a vendetta with. This guy holds a grudge longer than anyone I know. He keeps setting up new accounts to bid on our auctions and then never send payment. Isn't there some way to get rid of this loser once and for all

I have discovered a new alias for Mary Hunter (featured on your country pages under US, Indianapolis, Terry Haute. She is trading on Ebay and Ebase5.com using the alias ancienttymebean (email: ancienttymebean@aol.com). She appears to have used the aliases listed in your cautionlist item to create fake feedback (not very convincing feedback either!) I have mailed the ebase5 helpdesk to alert them re: the listing on traderlist and have asked them to suspend her and alert bidders. I'm not sure that will happen. I'm about to check with eBay and will leave a caution on there as well. Susan

I won 2 auctions of "tim's" at tytrade.com on December 18,2000. I immediately emailed him and requested the shipping charges and his address so I could mail my payment to him. He sent me and email stating that he was having problems w/his internet provider and requested copies of the notices from tytrade.com stating that I was the winner of both auctions. I sent him those copies. I never heard from him. I snt him another email 6 days later asking for his address and shipping charges one more time,no response from him. I then left him well deserved negative feedback at tytrade.com and all of the sudden his email worked! He in turn,left false feedback stating that I was a deadbeat buyer. That made me very angry since I was the one who asked more than once for his address and shipping charges so I could pay for both of the auctions. He elected not to provide me with either and I believe that the reason is because he wasn't satisified with my winning bid amounts. I believe he was disappointed that the items didn't sell for more so he just blew me off and then left ME negative feedback. He is a very petty man who doesn't care at all about the people who buy from him unless he makes a large profit in the items he sells. One last thing, he advertises blue face spangle buddies and pink face spangle buddies on tytrade.com and anyone who follows buddies knows that ty never made the spangle buddy with blue or pink faces, only white. Now he is guilty of not properly advertising his merchandise as well as being a complete and total lowlife.

traders_name: "Forrest" Comments: Bought an expensive beanie off these people, whoever they are on bidville and requested at MY EXPENSE that they drop ship the beanie to a very reputable authenticator. They refused. Lucky for me!. I only found out about all these different user names and email addresses that they have and scamming people after the ugly incindent pertaining to the transaction that never happened on bidville. They have yet another username on bidville, which is catsNkittys13. People, beware of these scam artists. I was one of the lucky ones that didn't get fried by them. Maybe it's becuase they knew that I was going to pay via paypal, which apparently they accept payment on and I would file a charge back, since I probably would never get the beanie to begin with. Do not deal with money orders or any kinds of checks with these people. If you are a victim to them because of the million different email addresses that they have, then I'm sorry, but the only way to protect yourselves from buying is to pay via paypal with a credit card, so there would be recourse. You never know what username or email address they will sell under, next. Also for sellers, don't even waste your time if you notice that these are the same people that have bid and won your auctions. Chances are that you will have headaches, as I have had constantly ever since a few days ago

Ty Trader Auction #208187

Tim or Forrest,

I am getting quite confused on this entire matter. My original E mail conversations about the Ty Trader Auction #208187 were with Tim Sarris. My Postal Money Order for $77.00 (#02359668857) was sent to: 9876 South Armstrong Place - Terre Haute, Indiana - 47802. I never received my Britannia Buddy. This has gone on since 4/26/2001 which is long enough. E Mails on this matter have been sent out on: 5/10, 5/17, 5/22, 6/16, and 6/18. I received two responses on: 5/22 from Tim and 6/16 from Forrest. I'm not sure who is getting these e mails (Tim or Forrest) but I am sure that this has gone on long enough. If I do not receive a response to be followed by a refund, this matter will have to be turned over to the proper authorities.

Has had my money order for over a week to pay for a wales bear i bought off ebay. Still no bear and no money order returned. I have a confirming email that it was recieved and to have been mailed back last friday or saturday. Well, it does not take a week to get a piece of mail 2 states over. Also this person has been kicked off ebay and many other sights as well. Even has started his own traderlist, defacing people who are GOOD TRADERS> Here is a link to what he, she them are up to.

Well, I finally got my money order back from these people. All torn up and in a see through envelope. Not postmarked what you said it would be, of course. Was marked the 19th and should have been several days before that. So you lied! Anyhow, my bank was kind enough to give me a full refund when they heard about what you did. I am a good and valued customer at my bank and this proved it. So if you think I cannot get a refund for the torn up money order you were wrong.. back at ya baby! Where ever you go, someone will keep catching on to you and will report you. You keep getting kicked off of all the auction/trading sights. Your reputation will go wherever you go, no where!

I won an auction on May 16th 2003 on aol in the amount of 17.00 which included shipping from trsarris @aol.com. As of today I have not received the red beanie and he will not answer my emails. I know that he has read them and one day I even instant messaged him to where he had told me that Nicholas had mailed off the beanie. When I won the auction he had all positive feedback and one day I went on your site and saw that someone had him listed as a bad trader. In one of my emails that he read I told him I was going to have to contact you and also leave negative feedback hoping that he would send my beanie but as of today I still don't have it. Can you help me and tell me where to go from here?

this person won 5 fiesta items. 3 on one day and 2 a week later.i accidentally sent 2 of the first auction to the wrong person. I paid shipping and the person sent them back to me. In the meantime i sent out the S and P shakers from the first order. cost to ship 5$. when i got the misssent items back i contacted marbearmr to say i got them back and i could send all 4 left if they paid the 9 dollars posted shipping. they refused as i have seen they had done before, stating i was over charging on shipping and it was my fault. i told them i was already losing money and was not going to eat additional shipping. they responded with a threat that if i didnot send all the items they would pull back the payment from paypal for all the items. stupidly i sent the rest of the items except one, adjusting the order and sending them the cash diffrence. the same day they pulled payment. and although the items were insured they were in sured green form which doesnt have a tracking number. paypals wont help the seller at all without a tracking number. so they got the merchandise, the 2.50$ cash i gave them back and the refund from paypal. i had to wait till their id on ebay was off suspension before i could put neg feedback, and of course it was retaliated, but it was worth it cause it was the only satisfaction i could get. I have since blocked the buyer, but i am informed that she bids on your items just to leave more neg feedback under other names. after this i will not send any merchandise to Indiana and i will no longer accept paypals. Ebay seems to favor the buyer and so does paypal even when there is an established problem. this is really the only bad experiance i have had on ebay. after many years of buying and selling. i only wish i would have read the 35neg feedbacks for this person before i sent my merchandise. Why ebay suspended this id and then released it again is beyond me. why they cant tie this address to this person and prevent them from opening new accounts makes me angry. I was also informed from someone that has been ripped off that some other names on ebay are yayamemories and yayatreasures. but they have implied in my feedback that this is me which it is not.
