I purchaced this auction on November 10th

http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1481778913

and paid immediately with Paypal. After two weeks of non reciept I emailed the seller several times before I recieved a reply that their Ebayer had been called to military service and that they would send out my auction win immediately. Several more weeks with no contact and I filed fraud charges with Ebay and after multiple emails to Safeharbor, they were finally NARU'ed. I filed with Paypal, and they found the seller at fault, but of course DTSMusic had no funds in their account to give me a refund. I cannot recieve a refund from my credit card due to the fact I authorised paypal to make the charge. If you check their feedback they have had multiple problems like this:

I had about given up when a fellow ebay member thelodge@nucleus.com emailed me to state that they had contacted them by telephone and that Dtsmusic intended to mail out all of their outstanding auctions. I finally recieved a reply from DTS Music dtsmusic@aol.com

I bid with them on Nov 10th. If you will check their feedback they looked reliable to do business with up until November 20th when the complaints started. If you look at the negatives, I am one of the customers who posted a complaint to warn others. I am still kicking my self for bidding with a member who was only in business for a couple of months. I actually emailed with them prior to bidding, and they seemed quite trustworth, then something happened. I paid them 36.00 via paypal. They were paid 31.00 for the auction win and 5.00, for shipping. They emailed on Jan 4th saying that a "replacement order" would be shipped out. No mention of a first order being shipped, and they had promised to ship to me with "confirmation" I emailed them when I didn't recieve, and they are again not replying. I tried to call their telephone number on several occasions but have only gotten a recording and no reply to my messages. I was in communication with "thelodge" and they stated after they sent a letter, threating internet fraud charges they recieved their CD's, 8 days later. I have sent them a letter also giving them until this Friday to respond, but so far no reply and no CD's. Any help in this matter to obtain my CD's would be greatly appreciated. I know its probably a lost cause, but any help would be worth it. I have heard two people actual got their packages this month, so I am trying to remain hopeful.   Thanks for any help.   Tammi

This is a long story, but here goes. I won two items from this seller on ebay and purchased a third from the z-shops at Amazon.com. The z-shops item arrived within seven days. However I had to threaten to file a mail fraud complaint to get them to issue a refund to my Paypal account on the ebay items. After two phone conversations with the seller, and two separate assurances that the package had mailed, I finally took the action of threatening the mail fraud filing. At the same time I sent dtsmusic a Paypal invoice for the amount I paid them in the first place. I promptly received a refund. This entire process took almost two months from start to completion. I guess I am one of the more fortunate bidders in this case. I am glad that my cell phone has free long distance!!!  Chris Conway

I won an auction for a DTS CD from DTS Music and did not receive it for over 12 weeks. I sent various E Mails, over time, and did not receive responses. When I first won the auction, I had a couple of corresponding E Mails from Michael Dion and paid through Paypal. After waiting 10 weeks, I gave DTS Music a negative feedback response. One week later, I was contacted by a fellow buyer who also did not get what he paid for. He was going to sue DTS Music in a class action suit, to get the merchandise, or repayment of funds for a number of the buyers. A week later, I E Mailed the the seller (Laura Dion, DTS Music) and notified her of my option to sign on to the lawsuit. I was then quickly sent the item and had it in less than 10 days. I dropped the signature on the suit, due to receiving the article that I purchased.    John

It's been a while since this all happened and I have since deleted the emails that contained the details. To summarize, I won a bid for a Santana CD from dtsmusic on ebay. After paying them through Paypal, I waited a couple weeks, but did not receive the CD. I emailed dtsmusic asking for an explanation. I received a response saying they were out of town for a couple days and would settle the issue once they returned. I gave it a couple weeks, but heard nothing. I tried to contact them a number of times via email, but received no response. I filed a complaint (I'm pretty sure this was with Paypal since ebay has a longer wait-and-see policy). I never heard from dtsmusic again, but have since been reimbursed. Hope this helps.

Here are the details of my transaction with DTSMUSIC. I purchased "Big Band Christmas DTS MUSIC CD" in late November using the "Buy It Now" option. I wrote to DTSMUSIC, got a reply asking for my address and instructing me to send payment via Paypal. I did so immediately. After a week I had heard nothing, and nothing arrived in the mail. I wrote an e-mail and got no response. I wrote several more times and about 10 days later I got a note saying "I'll send it this week, sorry....". Again, I got nothing. At that point I looked at feedback for the member and saw what a poor businessperson they were. I tried writing several more times, and I got one last note from DTSMUSIC in January saying "I'll ship it this week". Of course nothing ever arrived, so I have pretty much given up hope of getting the CD. Let me know if you have any luck.  Thanks,   Scott Bartley

Update By: Chocobos@kc.rr.com

Hello, I finally recieved my money back from Dtsmusic. I had to file an IFCC complaint and the police had to assist me. However after months of waiting they were finally able to get Dtsmusic to refund my money. It seems the IFCC is taking action no matter how small the amount. I am just happy that this is all over.  Thanks so much,   Tammi
