I entered into a trade agreement with Michelle Graver and sent my part of the trade on 1-28-03 and she said that she also had sent hers to me that same date and that is the date that we agreed on. ( I sent her 4 beanies....(2) PN Smittens and (2) Groundhogs (Puxatawn e). She in turn was to send me (1) Pompey Ty Bear.) Mine was delivered to her on 2-4-93 according to her message to me. She said that she received the package that day. I had sent her several Emails informing her that I had not received the package that she stated she sent on the 28th. I sent 3 emails with no replies. On 2-18, she finally got back to me since I told her that I was going to report her on this site as being a bad trader by not following through with her end of our trade. On this date, she stated she was having problems with customs and that she dreaded thinking what they were going to charge her in back duty/undeclared earnings etc. She further stated that she has not been online for the last few weeks due to health problems and that she would mail on 2-19 but it would be sent from someone by the name of Kerry Mayne and of course she would have to furnish the address later. On 2-26, I once again messaged her informing her of my intention to contact this site and at least get her listed as a bad trader. Beware of this one as she has a lot of positive feedback on up4trade.com site. She IS A BAD TRADER and she is from the UK. I have all of her personal information and also all her messages especially the one that states that she actually did receive my package to her.

You may need further details which I am sure that I have.... as I have
kept the messages that we sent back and forth in the beginning of our trade
transaction. I certainly would appreciate any help you can render to at least
get her perhaps banned from the up4trade site or any other one that she might
be operating on. I will look forward to hearing from you. Thanks...

Cautionlist sent many emails to Michelle but she ignored all emails sent
to her and never did reply.
Late April 2003
Cautionlist had an email from a Kerry Mayne from the email address of Michelle
(JBECKYBO@aol.com) saying that she was Michelles daughter and that her mother
was sick and that she would take care of any complaints and asked for details.
She was emailed the details of what her mother owed and to who with mailing
address. Did not ever hear from her again.

I have tried to access my Mums emails today but she has that much junk
mail her mail box must be full.......I would like to request once again that
you please send me any trades my mum has outstanding so i can rectify the
situation as best i can......I must close this email address tonight as i
am no longer able to fund it so and my Mum will be unable to trade in future
so pointless paying monthly subscribsion .......could you please forward
details to me @ witchymitch89506@aol.com I will mail any outstanding packages
by recorded mail so i can send tracking numbers to you once i am provided

Cautionlist emailed Kerry back at the email address of the above email and
also at the email address mentioned in the email itself. Details of what
Michelle Graver owed to mjoyce1790@woh.rr.com were sent to Kerry as requested
and also Mjoyce was sent copy of the emails so that she could send Kerry
her mailing address just in case it was misplaced. If Mjoyce does receive
either the Pompey beanie or the 4 beanies that she sent in trade for the
Pompey that will be posted here.
