I won a presale auction via ebay on 03/04/00 for 9 beanie kids guarantee
ship date 06/15 - money order sent via bidpay $226.67. seller had excellent
feedback for presale & international sale. seller left me positive feedback
on receipt of monies & have all confirmation emails from bidpay &
seller. Later before guaranteed shipment date - I won a further 2 auctions
on or aroung 06/11 for 3 usa bears & 1 ariel bear for guaranteed delivery
09/15 again money sent via bidpay for $97.50, received confirmation from
bidpay & seller on receipt - at this time I asked for an update on earlier
auction of 9 beanie kids & was told that delivery to them had not been
made in full & they were waiting for fill delivery to be made & they
will ship immediately, I sent a further email 07/10 requesting update and
they repleid that they had misplace my order and was very apologetic, I sent
a further email 07/20 as still no delivery, they responded on 07/28 and advised
that they had to go back on every ebay auction number to check if items shipped
or not etc,etc,etc - I told them that I can forward every email & auction
page to them if need be as I have kept everything - I then checked on ebay
site if any further feed back left to my horror found that they had been
made a non registered user - I then sent a further email to the seller requested
why they had been suspended from ebay to be told that they had a few!! complaints
when they went on holiday from customer complaing to ebay about non response
to emails they said they will honor all bids or refund accordingly if need
be. I have since sent several emails & advised that I shall be listing
on your site together with the help of internet fraud to which I had recieved
nothing - not even an acknowledgement - the contacts are from 2 sources

Total amount now due for a refund is $324.27 - an awful lot of money
to lose. I have reported - as stated earlier - to internet fraud from one
of the links on your site

I wish to make a complaint about Mickeys Treasures (Ann Tilbury) in so
much that I have not received the 20 March released Ty Beanie Babies that
i paid her for back in March of this year. At that time I was the high bidder
on her auction #294470187 conducted on Ebay for the above mentioned beanies.
My winning bid was US $175.23 (approx. AU $287.05). I received an e-mail
from the seller stating I was the high bidder and would I send the money
plus postage to the address of Mickeys Treasures, P O Box 111, Beverly NEW
JERSEY 08010. I returned her message stating I was an international buyer
from Australia and could I have the cost to airmail the beanies to this country.
I received an e-mail advising me that the cost for shipping to Australia
was US $24.95 which I added to the winning bid price making the total payable
as US $200.18. I then arranged through Bidpay for a money order to be sent
to Mickeys Treasures at the above address, this was done by Bidpay as per
a confirmation e-mail I received from them with a order reference number
228394. Enquiries I have made with Bidpay reveals that this money order has
been cashed. As per the description on the auction the promised delivery
of this preale was by the 15 June of this year. As that date had passed I
emailed Mickeys Treasures asking why I had not received the beanies and I
did'nt receive any replies at first. Then when checking my e-mails I received
one from Ann Tilbury saying that they had been on vacation and had thought
that all the orders had been boxed and sent to the buyers an they were surprised
when they returned from vacation to find that a lot of buyers had not received
their orders, including mine. She said it would be looked at and posted as
soon as possible. I waited & waited & waited, but no parcel arrived
from Mickeys Treasures. I sent an e-mail requesting they send the beanies
immediately as it was now September, well passed the promised delivery date
of June 15 and what was causing the hold up. I dis receive another e-mail
from them stating they were having trouble getting the Beginning & 2000
Signature Bears & as soon as they arrived my package would be on its
way. Well its now the middle October & still I have no beanies or a refund
of my money from these people and I'm asking you if you can help me in this
matter. With the exchange rate at the moment between the US$ and the AU$
there is a lot of money at stake and I would like it back. Hope you can do
something for me in this matter & I look forward to hearing from you
in the near future.
