I sent $156.00 to a man called MOre Mayer email mbzr he sold me three beanies, said he was selling out! great price! it was chops, flash, and seamore, well i asked if they were in mint condition and he replied yes. When i got the beanies they were tagless, and well used! seamore has spots or stains on the fur! and i never would have paid that money for the condition they were in! i told him i wasn't satesfied, and he said no refunds! he said to resell them to someone else! he said when he shipped them they were in great condition! well if that was the case then how come he won't take them back. I wouldn't pay for beanies in the condition these are in! and if he told me about them, i never would have sent for them in the first place! but not sure if i can do anything about this here is his name and mailing address More Mayer 3184 Fort Courage Ave. 1000 Oaks Ca. 91360.

TO BEGIN WITH I'LL JUST SAY THAT I DON'T LIKE NOBODY TO THREATEN ME!!! YOU DON'T GIVE SOMEBODY 48 HOURS TO RESPOND TO YOUR E-MAIL, WHAT IF THEY ARE ON VACATION OR ON A TRIP OUT OF THE COUNTRY??

NOW TO OUR ISSUE. FIRST I SOLD THE WOMAN BEANIES MINT WITH NO TAG AND THAT'S HOW I ADVERTISED THEM IT WAS CHOPS, SEAMORE, SPLASH FOR $150.00 PLUS $6.00 FOR INSURED PRIORITY MAIL SO GET YOUR FACTS IN ORDER. NOW CHOPS MINT WITH MINT TAG IS SELLING ON THE NET FOR $100.00 PLUS, SO IS MINT WITH TAG SEAMORE AND SPLASH MINT WITH MINT TAG FOR $70.00 PLUS. I BOUGHT ALL OF THEM ON E-BAY WHERE I HAVE OVER 75 POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND LOTS OF HAPPY CUSTOMERS. I CAN'T PLEASE THEM ALL, JUST FOR YOUR INFORMATION I PAID FOR CHOPS OVER $55.00 SPLASH I PAID $40.00 AND SEAMORE I PAID AROUND $60.00 THAT'S A TOTAL OF A LITTLE OVER $150.00 THAT I SOLD THEM FOR BUT THAT'S MY PROBLEM IF THE COMPLAINT CAME FROM A WOMAN THAT'S A COLLECTOR LIKE SHE CALLS HERSELF SHE SHOULD KNOW BETTER THAT YOU CAN'T GET THOSE 3 BEANIES MWMT FOR $150.00 AND IN MY AD I WROTE "MINT CHOPS, SEAMORE, SPLASH FOR CHEAP TAGLESS" AND SHE CAN PLAY DUMB AS MUCH AS SHE WANTS BUT A  DEAL IS A DEAL AND NOBODY EVER REFUND ME ON BEANIES AND I'M SURE NOT GOING TO BE THE ONE TO DO THAT MYSELF.  BESIDE SHE ACCUSED ME THAT I ASKED FOR MONEY ORDER AND DIDN'T ACCEPT HER PERSONAL CHECK BECAUSE I KNEW I'M SENDING BAD BEANIES SO I'LL MAKE IT CLEAR I BOUGHT ALL MY BEANIES WITH MONEY ORDER AND I SELL EVERYTHING WITH MONEY ORDER ONLY, SO DO MOST OF THE TRADERS ON THE NET AND IF SHE IS NEW TO THE TRADING SHOW I'M NOT THE ONE TO BE BLAMED. well my first contact with him was on nov 26th and now you can't read it it isn't there anymore about the beanies I asked if they were in mint condition, and he said yes! but he told me that he told me there was no tags on the beanies! but i would not have sent for them! he is not returning my emails now and refused to take them back, tells me to resell them! i wouldn't do that, because i know what the beanies look like his email is MBzr his name More Mayer 3184 Fort Courage ave. 1000 Oaks ca. 91360 i sent the money to him on the 27th, and it is on the old mail, but it says you cant read it now thankx.

I'm sure i can't do anything about this, but i want to warn others about this guy thankx Barbara


I did ask if they were in mint condition , and he said yes!  your right I thought that ment with tags! but he never told me out in the open that they were tagless! have him send you his ad! I honestly wouldn't have sent for them! good deal or not! i don't want beanies without tags! But I have gotten good buys on the net! and I just thought this was a super deal! so I sent him $156.00 to ship them to me! he was VERY insestiant that I don't send a personal check to him! but I had already sent a money order to him, After I got that eamil, about the personal check, and the way he was so stern about not sending one, I had wished that I haden't already sent him money! because I had a bad feeling about this AFTER I sent the money to him. The other t40 beanies are not dirty, only seamore! he looks like it was a childs toy! and thats not what I sent for. I asked if the beanies had tags before I sent money, but when he answeres me, he said all three were in mint condition! he NEVER said that they had no tags, and that seamore was dirty! thats for sure! I want him to take these back, he want me to hold them until some else want them, and then he wants me to re sell them! well I couldn't do that! I only trade with good stock. I have all good refs on the net, and I wanted it to stay that way thank you Barbara

AS I E-MAILED BEFORE I NEVER CHEATED ANYBODY OUT OF MONEY OR DIDN'T SENT BEANIES AND CASHED PEOPLES MONEY WITH NO MERCHANDISE AND I ADVERTISED IT ON AOL ANTIQUES & COLLECTIBLES UNDER $100 "MINT SEAMORE, CHOPS, SPLASH CHEAP TAGLESS" I DON'T HAVE COPY OF MY AD AND I HAVE A FILLING THAT THE STAINED SEAMORE WHICH IS SNOW WHITE AND I WOULD HAVE SEEN IT MYSELF IS AN EXCUSE FOR HER TO GET OUT OF THE DEAL AND IT WAS A GOOD DEAL FOR HER AND I'M TIRED OF THIS NONSENSE AND I CLOSE THE CHAPTER ON THIS DEAL

WHAT IS GOING TO PREVENT HER FROM STAINING THE BEANIE BEFORE SHE SENT IT OUT TO YOU? FROM THE BIG BAD WOLF THAT SHE CREATED ME TO BE IT'S DOWN TO A STAIN ON A BEANIE WHICH IS LOODECREASE FOR YOU GUYS TO CHECK EVERY STUPID LITTLE DETAIL ON EACH BEANIE.
