On December 7th I answered a post that she had posted . She
stated that she had Unopened boxes of Ty Trading cards that she would trade
for MWMT Beanies. She wanted New Releases and Bears. I had these beanies
and wanted the unopened boxes.
So i Emailed her and listed the beanies i had avaliable and asked her
if she was intrested in any of the beanies I had. She emailed me back on
the Dec. 8th. Saying she would trade me for the beanies she had highlghted
on my list. (I could not see the highlight ) So i Emailed her and offered
her 17 beanies for 3 boxes of unopened cards. She accepted the offer on the
8th of December. She sent her mailing address, I replied with my mailing
adress. She had mentioned that when she recieved my beanies she would then
ship my unopened boxes of cards. I replied telling her "No way" would i ship
first that it would have to be same day. I told her to check my ref's at
knk there are over 60 positive feedbacks there. She said that was fine. So
i shipped to her on the 9th of December. On the 12th of Dec. i emailed her
as i had not recieved any word that
she had indeed shipped out my cards. She Emailed me back the next day
and said she had forgotten to ship my cards and that the place she bought
the cards would not be open until Monday. So she would ship them to me on
Monday14th. I Replied that i was
disappointed as she had agreed to same day ship. But that things happen
and i was looking forward to getting the cards. I waited and waited. No cards.
I emailed her again on the 16th asking when she had shipped. She replied
saying she was sorry but had "Forgotten" and also lost my address. Which
i find hard to believe because at the end of all my emails dealing with trades
i always add my adress after my name. So, i replied and told her. I am sorry.
I will not wait any longer. Send my 17 beanies back to me. I again gave my
adress. I remailed her on the 17 th of dec. saying that i looked for my beanies
to be returned by MondayDec. 21st. She replied on the 18th saying
that it would take just as long to get the beanies back to me as it would
to send the cards I again explained that she had forgotten me twice
and i wanted my beanies back. No reply...I Remailed her again on the 23rd
saying i had not gotten the beanies could she please give the insurance number
so i could track the box. No Reply. I remailed on the 27th saying that i
had not gotten my beanies back and that if i did not recieve them by Dec.
29th i would be forced to contact the Bad traders list. No Reply...I emailed
her on the 28th saying " I am awating a response from you" No Response...I
Emailed her again today dec. 30th. Telling her ithat if i did not hear back
by 5 pm that i would be contacting the BTL to report this matter. I have
not heard one word from her. Nothing.
I do know that my local post office can help me file Mail Fraud charges
which i will do if i have to.

I have never had a complaint and really do not feel I deserve this one

april, your box should be there by now but do what you feel
you must, but remember, I stated clearly in one of my first e-mails that
I never send first nor at the same time. And you never even told me you were
sending or when you were sending, so how could you have expected me to send
the same day if you never told me nor I you when to send? I said to put a
note in the trade to remind me what i was to send you and you said nothing
about that either, Then you sent the box w/no note or address or e-mail NOTHING,
i had to wait for you to get back to me to find out who even sent me the
beanies, I do many trades every day and cannot remember details , that is
why I asked you to send a note in the trade. I did make a mistake on my end
after you sent your addy but I am not without faults as I am human, but you
were already mad because I did not send earilier which like i said.....i
asked for a note to be in the trade to LMK what i was
to send you, Then I did not even get your addy.
So go ahead and put me on the bad traders list. I pretty much expected it
since you would not listen to anything i said, but please remember I did
not try to scam you and the only thing I am guilty of is having something
slip my mind (& that never would have happened If that note was in your
trade), Please own up to your end of this bad trade, sincerely,

Hi Nancy, I am just checking in to see when you had shipped
out the cards.april
HI April : I got your package yesterday , I need to go buy
the cards.......i don't want to be stuck w/a bunch of cards that i cant move
so i dont keep that many on hand. The store where i get my cards is closed
on Mondays so i will get them on tues

hey jerk I said PART of it was my mistake, but i also said that
YOU were to have enclosed a note in the trade to Lmk what the trade was for,
if you continue to harrass me I will report you too. your box should be there
so get off my back and get on w/ messing up someone elses
life.

well thank you april, I guess a person is not allowed to
go out of town for the holidays if april is demanding and warning. please
refer to my other e-mail and have a great year, you may want to polish up
your trading habits and maybe practice addmitting your faults,

Nadine, If you truly have sent my beanies then what is the
article number so that I can track them, please? I can forward you ALL Emils
showing that i sent my adress 8 , yes EIGHT
times! Seems like if you were a good trader BEFORE you went
out of town you would have mailed out my package!
I will NOT argue with you as it seems that your the kind of person
who can not admit when you have messed up. I will not accept any blame in
this at all. I sent the beanies all MWMT on the day I said i would. I Emailed
you to let you know that they were on the way. I Enclosed a Thank you for
the cards note! (if you cant keep your trades strait then you need to give
it up) It is NOT my responsibilty to REMIND you of the trade, Walk
you to the PO ,adress the box Etc... You should be able to do that on your
own! I have waited sence December 9th for this trade to be completed and
you have done nothing but "Forget" about honoring our agtreement. I am going
to forward ALL of the Emails so you can RE-Read how many times i sent my
addy. and how many times you ignored me, like you dont already

Oh threats, i am scarred , anything else ? I am over weight,
I am a govt worker, I own a dog, I have minority friends, any of these qualify
for your list ? hope so , I am on a roll. I really don't care about your
list anymore, you people really need to find something positive to do w/
your lives and quit all your negativity, you will make your selves sick
eventully.

The 3 boxes of unopened cards arrived today. They were postmarked Dec.29th.
Although i had asked her to send my beanies back to me on Dec. 17 and many
other times. She decieded on Dec.29th to send the cards. I am going to go
ahead and keep the cards. As it has been just to much of a strain trying
to deal with her verbal abuse. I have learned a verry valuable lesson. I
will , from now on, Email ALL refrences not just 2 or 3 of them. I do want
to add her to the bad traders list. I would not have done this, But
she has been so mean and nasty. (with the name calling and the outright
lying) When I had tried SO hard to be understaning, patient and kind
in my Emails to her. Also there are others that she has done this to. It's
just not right.
