i did a trade from knk boards and the guy i traded with is

Nick Johnson
2093 S. Pagosa St.
Aurora,Co 80013
his email address is bestebayer3@cs.com

Well i sent my end of the trade for a signed silver clubby 4 beanie well i had waited 2 days to mail my high $ beanies to him he has (0) fb anywhere. And he sent the clubby and i expressed mailed it to Peggy Gallager and she emailed me to say it looked suspicious and was taking it to the Ty ofc and she emailed the next day and said it is a fake clubby 4. Well nick told me he bought it from hallmark Which i don't believe him at all. So that means he's been the only 1 that has had it. I in the mean time had called the Co, post ofc had my box of beanies recalled to be sent back to me. Well as soon as i told nick the beanie was a fake he went like a madman to try to get my box of beanies from the post ofc which they would not give him the box and he went bonkers when he knew he couldn't have my box. I've asked anyone who can help me with this matter and have not gotten any questions answered as to keep nick from doing this to other people. I have gotten the clubby 4 back from peggy and would like to send it to someone that can do something about him sending out fake beanies, He sure didn't act like someone would act for sending a fake beanie. All he wanted was my box. I sent him about $520.00 in beanies plus all the cost of mailing to peggy and the cost of my s/h to him which is $69.50 to find out i it's a fake. If you have any input on this that may help me please email me.

So far we have found 3 email addy's on him. And he sold another oddity as well for $750 . How many people can get that lucky to have gone to hallmark like he told me and get 2 signed clubby's and mine is a fake.

I have deliberated what to do about this one but feel that since Ebay seem to be ignoring the situation I had better make people aware through your site. If you have an email address for Ebay so that I can make a full report plmk.

The middle of April I bid on an auction for the above-mentioned beanies being run by Tygiganto@aol.com - I now know this to be Nick Johnston. Auction 3126815749   A few seconds before the close of auction all bids were cancelled by the Seller and the item was re-listed. I complained to the Seller who stated that he could not afford to sell for the $1400 which the auction was reaching so had to cancel bids. I was contacted by another Ebayer who said that this was a regular feature with this Seller and suggested I report the fact to Ebay. I did but never received a response.

The items were re-listed with a Buy it now price of $2099.99 and a starting bid of $1550. A full description of the items was available on the Seller's web site www.beans4less.com - Decade being advertised for $1800 and Clubby for $700.  I successfully bid on the auction, there were no other bidders and the price was $1550. The Seller had reviewed the Buy it now price a couple of times and at close of auction it was only $1899.99 Auction No. 3127289413.

After the auction had closed I was contacted by another Ebayer warning me to take care as they had been watching Nick's activities for 2 years but never been able to nail him. I contacted Nick and asked to use Escrow which he was advertising. I said I would like to use Peggy Gallagher but he said he had already set everything up with Becky of True Blue Beans and he told me the amount to send to her. He asked for my mailing details and said he would send the beanies out to her straight away.  I wanted to discuss the mailing arrangements to the UK with Becky so sent her an email, I did not receive an immediate response and telephoned her only to find that Nick had not contacted her. She knew of him but only because of previous trading problems. I checked with Nick a number of times about mailing to Becky and one or two other questions. I then got an email saying the transaction was terminated because the beanies had been stolen from his car. He said the Police were involved. Fortunately I had not mailed the Money Order but it cost me to put the money back in my Bank plus the commission. All this time the beanies were still for sale on his web site.

The Ebayer who contacted me when the auction closed has kept in contact with me ever since. The beanies now say sold but I have a large collection of emails from various people where he is agreeing to sell both beanies to different people. The beanies have obviously not been stolen at all. He has agreed to sell to at least three different people for various prices and is awaiting payment.  I have not questioned him directly since I do not want him to leave me negative feedback, I would also like some re-imbursement which he has offered. I need Ebay to stop this happening but am not sure just what to do. I also want other buyers to know what this guy is like.  I have numerous emails I can send in support of the above-information. Plmk what you think        Elizabeth
