On the 9th of april I've won auction#1636253 at collectingnation.com-collection of pokemon promo's/foils-for $ 51.00 + S/H =total $ 55.75.
Next day I've send $ 56.00 cash via registered airmail.Several emails
to find out if the money was received or cards send went unawnsered-till
the last one I've send couldn't get delivered. The CN handle he used for
the above auction was:raz2000 reddragon2001@webtv.net

Non of the above emails are aktive anymore.I've written to the webmaster
of webtv,bbut he replied that he can't do anything unless approached by law
enforcement agency. I've also received an email from ShirleyM2000@aol.com
who also lost $ 154.00 recently to Michael & Melissa Acord. I hope you'll
be able to help me either recover the money/goods or at least bring those
responsible to justic. Thanks very much,Fred.

Cautionlist was unable to contact them about the complaints as all emails

My auction # 1614750 - seller was "raz99" with 0 rating. Called "Ulitmate Pokemon Collection. I mailed money order #02-824116174 for $154.75 to Michael Ward at 315 North Mercer St #6, New Castle, PA 16101. Never heard from him again.

I just wanted to touch bases with you regarding our fraud claim on Michael
and Melissa Acord (Accord). I have been in constant touch with other buyer
fredanto@totalise.co.uk (Fredanto) and we have suceeded in getting a Case
Number assigned to our complaint. If there are others out there that still
want to file a complaint against these people, they should write to the following
address and use case # Michael Accord - C002327-2000.

I recently saw my name on the trader list in a negative fashion, I have contacted
my local law enforcement agency and also my attorney, according to PA law
you have approx. 10 business days to remove my name from your web site, at
that time, it has not been removed we will initiate legal action, both civil
and criminal. Without supporting documentation supporting your claims or
a direct connection to any civil or criminal complaint you are invading my
privacy and are making slanderous statements.
