I sent her the following about 2 weeks before last Christmas: Magic, 99 Signature Bear, NF Teddy, and 97 TBB Pinky and Patti. She agreed to the deal of $78.00 plus postage. The total was $88.80. I told her that was the price. She said no problem. I mailed them the next day, to insure that she had them before Christmas. She told me that her kids just loved them. I was not worried, because we had made a few trades before. She said she was going to mail the money out just as soon as she could get to the currency exchange office. The next time I heard from her was the 16th of Jan. She said she was sorry that I did not get my money.(I will also forward you a copy of this e-mail). She would go to the exchange office again, and re-mail if I wanted her to. I said yes, since I never got it the first time. That is the last time I have heard from her. It has been 3 months now. I have sent her numerous e-mails asking for my money. I have sent letters to her, once again taking money out of my pocket for the postage, and have never rec'd anything. I even found out the address to the Chief Constable over there. I wrote to them, and got no reply. all I want it money that is due to me. She made a deal, and I want her to hold up her end. It is really bad that she has done this. I want her stopped before she does it to someone else. The trading boards are set up now that you cannot leave her bad feedback. Once you leave good about a trade, that is it. You can only do it once. How many more people is she doing this too? Thanks for your assistance... She is continuing to trade, and purchase both on BN and Ebay. I have e-mailed her probably 50 times asking for my money. I have even mailed her a letter, with absolutely no response. I am out $88.80. This is the last response that I rec'd from her.

I would firstly like to sincerely appologise for my not being in touch sooner.My computer broke down.Before Christmas and with the holidays it has been virtually impossible to get it fixed.I had no way of contacting anyone as all contact addresses are stored in my computer trade file. I am so sorry that you have not received the $80 that i mailed out back in December.I can imagine that you are going frantic at the situation.I would be. I agree we have had some great trades and i would hate you to think that i have 'scammed you' That would be the first thing that i would think of if i was in your situation.But honestly with me not having my lifeline (computer)Iwas totally unaware that you had not received the cash. If it is ok with you i shall mail out $80 again,but it will be on Tuesday as i have to go to the currency exchange office then.Please let me know if Tuesday will be ok with you.If not i can go down tommorrow. Thankyou for your notice. I am aware of this situation and am very pleased that you are allowing me to put to you my side of this whole mess. I did indeed receive this beanies from Michael.And did send payment. I then suffered computer breakdown over the Christmas holiday period.I was unable to email Michael and was unaware that he had not received this payment. When back and able to check i answered his emails and promised to send a second payment.Which i did.Michael then insisted that he had not received this payment either.One of them going astray is believable,but,not 2..You can by now imagine that i was starting to get abit fedup with this whole situation.I do not have a credit card to send payment that way otherwise i would of done that in the first place.I had had 2 successful trades with Michael in the past. My local Police have been in touch with me about this and i have told them all that has happened.I have shown them all my cash transactions and method of sending payments.All other payments to US have been received by seller of items that i have purchased I can quite assure everyone that these payments have been sent.But as i have told Michael the first was for $80 as i thought that was how much it was and i appologised for my mistake. I have told my local police that i shall as a guesture of goodwill be willing to resend a third payment.But will this time send by the most secure,to myself,method that i can find.So that i can check that this payment has been received.As i told my local officer it will take me a little while to collect this cash together again as i was not expecting this added expense of resending for a third time.My local officer was happy with this and i hope that Michael would be also. Officer advised me that he personally would email Michael .That he had seen written proof that i had resent and was happy that i had fullfilled my part. I am in no way a bad trader,i would put it more as a nieve one who thought that sending all payments the same way would be appropriate.Obviously it is not... If i had any idea that this would happen i would indeed of not purchased from Michael..It has become more trouble than it was worth and deffinately alot more expensive.I would of been better off taking my hard earned cash and purchasing of someone who i would not of called an aquaintance or even a friend that i had made through successful trades.I had even gone out of my way for this person to help complete their collection .I had no intentions of hurting anyone also no intentions of being taken by anyone either. Due to family commitments payment to Michael should go out in 3 weeks.I hope that this is acceptable to everyone concearned. I would be grateful if you could keep me informed of this situation as i am very concearned about this whole situation. You do not get a receipt for mailing cash as a standard letter. Michael knew that was the method that i had used.As i have already said these were cash payments not Money Orders..So i have no way of checking if they were cashed as it was already cash.. I only wish that i did have receipts to prove that i had already sent these payments.That is why my local officer advised to get one on the 3rd mailing.If i could show him this receipt for mailing International Reccorded.It would be along with signing upon receipt that Michael had received payment. As long as the 3 weeks would be acceptable to Michael.I will send this cash payment My father-in-law has just been taken into a nursing home following a recent amputation.And although that does not effect this mess.It does affect my cash flow.This is the quickest that payment could be sent in whole. I could however stretch to sending $20 per week if that would be more acceptable.I hope that one of these methods would be acceptable to Michael and i hope that he can understand that i am doing this to protect my good name and no other reason.I do really begrudge sending another payment for something that i have already paid for twice.But i am willing to do this for my own sanity knowing that i have a law inforcer who can back up my payment.So there can be no more comeback or saying that payment hasn't been sent.I would have the recorded paperwork that payment had been sent.Which i through my own nievity thought that i wouldn't need in dealing with someone whom i had traded with so successfully in the past. Even if i get a Money Order it will still take me 3 weeks to get this cash together. I am not sure how much it would cost for me to get a Money Order.But,i have inquired into International MoneyGram.I would send non cash by the cheapest method I know that mailing cash is alittle silly.But when the 2 parties have been brought to 'trust'one another.It seemed acceptable at the time Please give me your feelings  Thankyou again Oona Saunders  oks@85hca.fsnet.co.uk

my it sounds as if she is upset. Believe me, she should be. Why did she answer you so fast, and have not mailed me since the 16th of January. I do not believe that it has gone this far. After all the mailings she has done with you, she still has not mailed me. That is what bothers me the most. When one of the parties does not get the half that is theirs, and then the other one ignors them. It sounds like I have made the right decision with you, and will finally get what is due to me. Believe me, if I had ever rec'd the money, why would I have gone this far. I have asked her numerous times, with no answer. I even told her in one of my mailings, that I was not going to stop until my money was rec'd. Thanks for all your help...And also, I have never rec'd any e-mails from the local law enforcement over there. After reading the mailings that she sent to you, this mess upsets me even more. The biggest thing is, all of the times that I e-mailed her, sent a letter to her, and sent a letter to the police over there, I absolutely got no responses at all. I have been totally ignored for 3 months now, and it upsets me. I even told her that I was not stopping until I got my money. Since she is dealing with you, tell her that she can send me the money by whatever means she has, and as long as I get the $88.80, I will be quite happy. I have since got out of this business, so things like this will not happen to me again. And by the way, I have never rec'd any e-mails from the law enforcement over there. I even gave them my e-mail address in the letter that I sent. just please tell her all I want is my money, and she will never hear from me again. Thanks!

You know, I have still never heard from her, and no money yet. The last contact between you and I was on Apr 20, so should be getting something soon. I know she said it would take her 3 weeks to come up with it. Then another week or so for the mail. She also said the police over there would mail me when she mailed the money to me. I have heard nothing. See what I mean? Thanks

Sorry for delay in return. Payments will go out Today,Monday and Thursday. Costs too much for me to get a Moneyorder or to send a MoneyGram.So shall be sending 3 separate enverlopes. I shall be obtaining a receipt from my postmaster to say that he has seen me put the amount into the enverlope and obtaining a certificate of posting for each Where upon all receipts shall be taken to my local constable then he can see that i have again, resent.But this time receipts have been obtained. Again i am sorry for my delay in return to you.Hope this helps and is acceptable Again and still my payments using this method have got through to US no problems Oona

I have rec'd nothing. Mail has not come yet today. I really do not expect to see anything from her. We will see...

I finally have some news! Just got home from work, and I have an envelope from her. It is postmarked the 19th of May, and has $30.00 in it. There is also a note for the rest to follow asap. Thanks. I'll keep in touch.
