I'm hoping that you can help. I'm awaiting a package from SngleNHape (Paga
Blanks). I shipped out my portion of our trade on December 7. She received
my package on December 10. I do not believe that she has sent my end of the
trade yet--darn, I was hoping for those for Christmas! I caught her on-line
on the 15th, and during an IM she said she was sending out that very day.
I asked her to use delivery confirmation and to send me the number so that
I could track the package. I have not yet recieved a reply back affirming
shipment. I'm hoping that an e-mail from you might help promote good trading
ethics. Thanks so much for your help.

Update from: MyOldHat@aol.com
Thank you so much for intervening, and your quick response. I will keep
you immediately posted if I receive any correspondence or my end of the trade
from Paga (SngleNHape). So far she has not sent any e-mails my direction
since I instant messaged her on the 15th. I read some of the recommendations
at the Cautionlist website--as to pursuing mail fraud. At what point in time
do you think I should submit the forms and contact her local law officials?
Thanks again for all your help at keeping our trade boards safe. I always
cross reference the Cautionlist by both location and e-mail address prior
to trading. It has saved me much grief. I will keep you in touch with progress
reports. Shalee

Cautionlist emailed her many times and she kept saying that she was mailing
and that she had mailed but she never did.

I have posted a complaint regardeing Paga Blanks, screen names sweetsexymoma
and snglenhape of Springfield MO. I sent her a Germania and she has not sent
a tote bag I was trading for, she said she mailed on 9th December. She has
since emailed and IM'd me to say she would mail the bag on Monday. I have
sent here a copy of my postage certificate for her parcel (mailed 21st Dec
so it may not have arrived yet with the Christmas period) I have told her
if it is not received by 10th January I will file a fraud complaint (I have
a friend in the Springfield PD) I am in the UK Could you please add a note
on my warning that she has contacted me and I am waiting for her parcel to
arrive.I will keep you posted Thanks for the great job you do Best wishes

Update filed by: MyOld Hat@aol.com
Today I ventured to the post office to pick up the office mail, as I have
been home ill for the past three days. There was a package for me with no
return address; however, it was stamped with twelve .33 stamps as Paga described
sending. Therefore, I would have to assume the package was from her.The agreed
trade was my mwmt Clubby II Buddy for her mwmt End and mwmt BF Spangle. What
I received was a mwmt End bear, mwmt Fortune, near mint Valentina, and a
bent tag 99 Teddy. I did not need the three items that she chose (without
my consent), to substitute for the BF Spangle. I needed the Blue Faced Spangle
to complete my bear collection. I fully intend to continue my fraud complaint
to the Springfield police department if the BF Spangle is not shipped immediately
to me, along with $4.40 (price of priority shipping w/delivery confirmation
and insurance--which is how I ship), so that I can return Valentina, 99 Teddy,
and Fortune without any cost out of my own pocket. It is truly appalling to
me that I had to wait a month to receive a package, and then the enclosed
products were not as agreed upon. Multiple times I requested that Paga ship
priority insured with delivery confirmation. She did not insure, and she
did not use delivery confirmation.I did; however, feel that it was necessary
to contact all of you, and let you know that a package was received, and
that the package did not fullfill our trade agreement.

Update from: JaneyDean@aol.com
YIPEEEE WHOOPPEEEEEEEEEEEEE. My friend Robyn has just sent me this email
- she has paid up at last: Jane..........
"I received a money order in the mail for you today for $130.00 from Paga....she
addressed it to me and also put my return address on it........and she wrote
a note on the back of the envelope............which kind of irritates me.....she
says "tell Jane she now has her half of the trade and we don't have
ours...doesn't seem fair, does it"...........Sounds to me that she is trying
to be vindictive..........I mean why would you send a money order for something
that you have not received........this is all real childish on her
part............but I am glad that you finally got your money...........so
what would you like me to do with it...........do you want me to get a money
order for English pounds and send it over to you.........or what........just
let me know.........I will be glad to do anything that you would
like........Robyn"
I dont think she ever even had the bag she was supposed to send me but at
least she has paid up - thanks to everyone for their support, I couldnt have
done it without your help. I know it is only a teddy bear but it is the
principal, I have fin trading and have met wonderful lifelong friends over
the internet - this girl is poison and a thief - I am glad we all got justice. As
for her Germania - I have provided the certificate of postage and I am waiting
for the confirmation to be sent back, unofficially I have been told it was
delivered 8th January. A BIG THANK YOU EVERYONE
