Subject: Paul Trac....possibly Sieou Sei Lieau/Jennifer Trac/Emily Trac
I think from the email I have received from different people who have
been scammed by this person, that the person I thought was Paul Trac is really
an alias. I got scammed with 4 counterfeit beanies and even though he/she
said they would send replacements, I don't have much hope of it. If you need
his/her address for your record or for any pending cases it's
Paul S. Trac
4050 Cartier St. Vancouver
BC V6H 3C8
Canada,
email address and ebay id is pstr (pst@attcanada.net). Btw, he is still selling
on ebay under that id. I hope I am wrong about this person being the same
as the alias names, but from what I see, it's the same person. If there is
a list of people wanting to turn him/her into the police, please add my name
on it. This jerk took $565.00 from me and I'm mad! Thanks so much for all
you do, you are a hero to a lot of us beanie lovers who hate to see someone
take the fun out of beanies on the internet. we think he/she is really
Sieou Sei Lieau, aka Emily Trac, aka Jennifer Trac, aka DJ3000 user id on
ebay(Emilyt@attcanada.net), aka Suelieau(Sue.1@attcanada.net). Person of
many names it looks like. I filed four fraud claim forms with ebay today
and I'm going tomorrow to get forms from the post office and file with them
for mail fraud. When I was filling out the ebay forms they showed an address
for Paul Trac as Paul Strac at 870 E8 Avenue apt 8 Vancouver, British Colombia
V5T 1T5 but that's not the name and address he gave me. Same email though.
They show a primary phone # for him/her as 604-8732213 but I don't know if
it's any good or not. Thanks, Pat Luther

Emily sold me a NF Magenta Teddy as authentic TY. It wasn't.

Complaint filed by: RBevill465@aol.com
THIS IS WHAT I HAVE ON MY FILES WITH HER. AS FAR AS I KNOW SHE HAS BEEN BANNED FROM EBAY. I HAVE NOT BEEN BIDDING LATELY SO, LAST I KNEW SHE WAS. HERE IS SOME OF THE INFORMATION THAT WAS FORWARDED TO ME. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED MORE. K.KELLY
If you're satisfied with your beanies disregard below message. To all
I don't mean to bother you ,but if you bided on one of
dj3000,emilyt@attcanada.net, private, can't guarantee authenticity,and
all sales final, I do believe that we all are victims of buying fake beanies.
My story starts with the fact that I purchased these beanies ( OF brown,OF&
NF CRANBERRY) not even thinking or really aware of counterfeiters and their
private auctions. I purchased all three after I received them and look them
over. I knew I had fakes, I didn't leave FB back because I don't want to
blemish anyone's references. I decided to keep my fakes and let that be a
lesson, that in the future I was going to be educated on Ty's beanies especially
the older retires and not bid on auctions from certain areas, private, or
can't guarantee authenticity. As time went on I received a non -pay alert
from Safe Harbor posted by Sieou Sei Lieau aka dj3000,emilyt@attcanada.net,
So now is the time to stop innocent decent and honest people from spending
their money on something that isn't real and I do mean alot of money on these
fakes. I have been cotacted by another bidder also who does not like the
idea of fakes costing so much money.

Sieou Sei Lieau, has auctions on Ebays website that take unsupecting biders
money for counterfeits, I want to stop people like this, and I know there
are more than can be counted, and they all don't run in my path. She did
with her viciousness and I want to know what can I do let her know ,there
are some people who can't accept her injustice, and calls it a mistake, but
it was no mistake that she knew she was selling fake products to innocent
people in her private, final, and no refund auctions. It's not about $118.77
it's about the principle and the Law which is suspose to govren the world
in which we live. Sieou Sei Lieau, she is notorious for calling people like
myself BAD AND WORST buyers that can't read or understand English when all
the time she's the lying counterfeiter, whom does not understand it is Against
the Law to sell misrepresentation of Ty Warners Beanie products because honest
people confront her and give her negative FB and want a refund. I contacted

Complaint filed by: "JANICE ANCARROW"
<janice_ancarrow@email.msn.com>
Under Yahoo auction #47037801 ending Dec. 20, 2000, I won a "Royal Blue Peanut
the Elephant Beanie Baby" from her under her user id of budette_2000. On
December 19, I posted the following questions prior to auction close:
"What is country of origin on swing tag? on tush tag? Does he have extra Cdn tush tag? Is picture of the actual beanie for sale in this auction? What color of ink is on tush tag? Thx." My winning bid was $75.99; I paid by check #963 dated 12-27-01 for $80.99 (includes $5.00 s/h). My check cleared my bank on 1-11-01.
Other than emailing me the day of the auction closing, her communications were very few and far between after I sent payment. In order to GET the money, she responded--reluctantly--to the questions that were part of the auction "contract." It took me a number of separate emails to get the following declarations from her:
She told me that the picture was the actual beanie (it was NOT; it was a representation of a Ty beanie); her auction listed the beanie as having a 1995 tush tag (which a genuine beanie does have)--she told me that the ink was black (which it should be--but the beanie I actually got from her, after emailing her furiously several times insisting that she send it because check had cleared 3 weeks prior, had a tush tag with date of 1993--a red flag as a counterfeit!); she at first insisted that the beanie's country of origin was the USA--then, when I told her it would say "made in _____" or handmade in ______" and that it would have to be either China or Korea, she wrote back, "it is China not Korea."
The address to which I mailed payment is:
Emily Trac
P. O. Box 62025
4225 Arbutus R.P.O.
Vancouver, BC Canada V6J 1Z1
She has extremely poor English and spelling. Occasionally, however, I think that someone else is getting involved when things get too hot for her to handle (when I threaten to file charges against her for fraud, for lying about the traits of this beanie) because suddenly the language fluency is extremely improved! Could be the Paul Trac mentioned in her complaint file on the bad trader list site.
Although she would have preferred not to receive a personal check, I was nervous about this purchase from the beginning. She didn't seem to know much about what an authentic Peanut's characteristics are. (I assume that someone else may have helped her with the wording in her auction listing.) I thought that the check would give me a little better control over the purchase. Turns out my instincts were right! On Jan. 10 she notified me that she had received the check (stated the wrong amount; she left off the cents) and would ship when the check cleared. Then, nothing for a solid two weeks. I kept on emailing her asking her when she would ship because I got evidence of check clearance on the following day, Jan. 11 --obviously she deposited it and did not notify me until she was pretty sure the money was already out of my account! Finally, on Jan. 22 I emailed her telling her I was sick and tired of waiting for her to respond; that if she didn't mail me the beanie I would report her to the authorities for mail fraud; and that if she did not want to go to prison she would start answering me.
That did get a response out of her. She said that she was waiting for the check to clear! I had begun emailing her on Jan. 12 that the check had already cleared on 1-11-01, asking her for mail date and tracking number. She still kept stalling, that she would have to go to her bank and make sure the check had cleared her bank. I wrote her back that she could pick up the telephone and call her bank, or even get verification from my bank that the check had cleared WEEKS before! She said she would send me a follow up message. On Jan. 23 she sent me back my own message about the mail fraud thing--with no response! I emailed her again and for about the sixth time asked her for the tracking number. On Jan 24 (my birthday, but her email was DATED Jan 25) she finally notified me that the beanie was in the mail--without a tracking number.
I got her package on 1-26-01. As soon as I opened the box, I could see that it was not the beanie in the picture; the tush tag had the date "1993" as plain as the nose on your face! You can imagine how angry I was after all this time and effort! I won't bid on any RB Peanut with a tush tag date of 1993 because I KNOW that is an obvious fake. She had deliberately LIED about the date on his tush tag, and about the fact that the picture in the auction listing was of that very beanie. I emailed her immediately that I had received a package
but that it was NOT the RB Peanut advertised in the auction that I won. I demanded an immediate refund of my payment of $80.99, plus an additional $5.00 to cover return postage. I threatened to have her "black listed," banned off Yahoo, and charged with fraud if she didn't give me back my money. I explained to her that because she had lied about the tush tag date that it nullified the "contract" to purchase and she had to give me back my money. I also indicated that, alternatively, if she had possibly made an error and sent me the wrong beanie, to let me know; that she should immediately mail me my beanie with the 1995 black and white tush tag, along with the $5.00 to cover the return mailing of the wrong beanie.
That time I didn't hear from her for two days--although her message was dated Jan. 29. (I had already told her not to "disappear" on me again; that these transactions require regular communication until they are closed.) Then, on January 29 she simply said, "Please send the royal blue peanut back to me , I will send you the one with date 1995." Now, you and I know that the 2nd most common counterfeit (after black and white 1993) is the RED 1995 tush tag with the heart on it. I am not going to relinquish my evidence against her of fraud and hope that she will send me ANYTHING else! I'm going to hang onto it until she either refunds my full amount plus return postage, or sends me a black and white 1995 tush tagged RB Peanut (along with the $5.00 to send the 1993 one back).
I emailed her on Jan 28 that it was good she responded because I had found her complaint file on the bad trader site, and that I was just about to file a complaint against her myself. I told her I would hold off if she would refund or ship the replacement immediately. I told her she could fax me a copy of the mail receipt the following day as evidence that she was trying to make it right. I told her I expected the replacement beanie by Wednesday, Jan. 31--the first shipment only took two days. Although I had asked her to explain why she had tried to defraud me, or if it was a mistake, to explain that--she didn't even offer an explanation of any kind. I told her that since I had already paid for the beanie advertised in the auction, and that she knew the one she sent me wasn't even worth the 25 cents it cost to produce, that she should comply with my request to send the beanie I paid for--or I would file the complaint and she could face the consequences. I added further information about her efforts to deliberately defraud me--that the fabric color hue and type were not those pictured in her listing, for example.
I have not heard another word from her since. She did not respond to that email. She did not mail; she did not fax me; she did not email me. Obviously she would like to get the evidence (that she has committed fraud) out of my hands. Obviously, I won't give the evidence up until I get my money back, or a genuine RB Peanut. These people have so much NERVE! I'm sure that they could find a buyer who would be willing to pay something for a "replica," or "copy," or any other term they prefer to "counterfeit." But to falsely advertise it so that it fits the criteria of a genuine Ty product is criminal and makes me boiling mad to waste my time with these crooks!
Today I took pictures of this 1993 tush tagged "replica" Royal Blue Peanut,
along with photos of the mailer she sent it in, showing her return address
and my address.
