I mailed them off on April 28th with a USPS Delivery Confirmation number of 0302 1790 0000 3226 4836 I checked the USPS web site and they were delivered. When I emailed her a few days later about my USPS Delivery Confirmation number she email me back and said that she was going to find it and get back to me. That was the last that I heard from her. And that was on the 30th of April.

I did receive 6 Sherbets from Samantha today. 4 of them have the tag protectors changed to the slip on protectors which I don't use and one tag protector has a sticky residue on it where apparently someone had a price tag on it. Also, the yellow Sherbet is Canadian tagged which I didn't send to her. My were all regular tush tags as I purchased them from my retailer in the US.

I emailed you (or maybe Trudy) a few weeks back with all my info on a trade I had with "toxiclover" or Samantha Konet. I sent Hot Pink Decade and received nothing in return. I read your notes saying that she has been sending money/beanies back to some select people. Well, I have sent her many, many emails stating that I contacted you and she said she would send the beanie back. That was three weeks ago and still no beanie. I am still sending emails but to no avail. Can you please help?? She will not reply to any of my emails. I just want my HP Decade back. Any help with this so-called trader would be very appreciated. I don't know what else to do. It is only one beanie but that's not the point. I also see she has been using "HoneyKisses" as well. Wish there was something more I could do to get rid of this person. She was not on the Traderlist when I traded with her, at least no under ToxicLover.

I saw your post on the BBOF and it appears that I am Samantha's latest victim. Do you know if you have to wait a certain number of days before you can file mail fraud charges against a person. I know from delivery confirmation that she received the beanies from me yesterday, but she will not answer any emails that I have sent to her since Tuesday. I know that she told me that she started a new job and maybe that is why she is behind. I did not see her name on the bad trader list. Is there a reason for that? Is this all relatively new? Any help or suggestions will be appreciated. This was the trade that we agreed to--

I had a recent trade with her and basically had to threaten to send the police to her house in order to get my beanies. They arrived about a week late but fortunately I received them. Since the bad posts have started she has been sending emails to the people she completed trades with to ask them to leave her good feedback. I have noticed that she has burned a lot of people on the BBOT lately so I decided to send this email. She never posts on the BBOT herself but she will respond to other's posts.

I checked your list & could not find her, however the trade was prior to all the postings from other people with bad trades with her. Now, I regret to inform you, I think I've been "conned" by her as well. A girl by the name of Samantha or Sarah will not send me her beanies. I sent her 2 mwmt Champion beanie babies, Belgium & Portugal. She was to mail me Amigo & Cupid on the same day. I sent hers with delivery confirmation, which she received on May 10th (per USPS).

Here is the timeline of what happened:

5/14/04 - She emailed me an explanation as to all the problems on the boards & that she would email me the delivery conf # of my package. She also stated she doesn't know why she put her name down as "Sarah", instead of Samantha.

5/13/04 - She promised to mail out Amigo & Cupid beanies to me on 5/17/04 with del conf #. I told her I just saw posts on her as bad trader & she said just misunderstandings & she's mailed them all back. I offered to help post good ref if she followed through with trade.

5/12/04 - I emailed to ask if she found the missing beanies she said she had to mail to me. She emailed she found them & will mail them out right away to me.

5/10/04 - She said she has Cupid, but can't find Amigo. She asked me to pick from others she had. I said my boys don't need others & to mail my beanies back, or send me a money order to cover Champions I sent her. She will continue to look, asked me to contact her in another 2 days.

5/09/04 - She "regrets" to inform me she hasn't mailed out beanies yet.

5/05/04 - We agreed to trade my 2 Champions (Belgium & Portugal) for her 2 dog beanies, Amigo & Cupid. Both were to be mailed same day. My delivery conf on the pkg sent to her was: # 0300 1290 0003 5366 1175 (which was delivered on 5/10/04).

The info she gave me was:

I have also been receiving at least 2 other responses each week, to my email address, from others that have been scammed by you. I am advising them to follow the prosecution process, if needed, as well....

Please advise how you wish me to proceed, if I receive no response, I will begin the further process to file authorization to prosecute to the U.S. Postal Service Inspector & local charges with your local legal system.

I had a trade deal with Samantha and she never sent her end of the trade, this was from May 4, 2004. I filed a complaint with IFCC but have not heard anything since. Can you tell me what I can do now? The trade was worth $100 and I really don't want to lose out on my beanies. Thanks Pat for trying to help. I sent Samantha China, Color Me Beanie, Secret, Tradee, Clubby III, Clubby V, Decade (Lt. Blue & Drk. Pink) on 05/03/04. She received the beanies on 05/10/04 as confirmed w/ postal confirm#03033430000078542626. She was to send Bearon(brown), Fizz, William(open & closed), Liberty(blue face), Nipponia, Pierre, and England.They have never arrived.

Samantha first claimed she mailed the beanies, then she said her boyfirend mailed them. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but without the confirm # there is nothing I can do and of course she claims she emailed me the number(NOT) and that she threw the # away. I explained to her they never arrived, and I never got a number. She basically said tough luck she was not sendig my beanies back and that they were "lost" in the mail so I'm just out. I explained that if she had the confirm number then I could research the package but she says she doesn't have it anymore. Pat this has been a bad experience for me. I have filed a complaint with the IFCC, complaint#I04052018239987. I have also received at least 4 emails from others that have had problems with her trades and I have advised them to post their complaints on this site and follow the instructions. I hope that this situation can be resolved.My next step is to contact the Hillsborough Police dept. in Tampa Florida and file a report of fraud with them. Please do not trade with this person, I have had many email conversations with her and she tells so many lies she can't even keep them straight.

Hello. I made a trade with Honey Bristow known as Honey Kisses on the BBOT. Right after we agreed to the trade and I mailed out my end, I went back to read the BBOT. That is when I found out that she was actually Samantha from Plant City, Florida, she had admitted it on the board. I originally looked on the traderlist by her e-mail, which she has been e-mailing me with HoneyKisses@tampabay.rr.com. This email address was not one of the ones that everyone was talking about on the board. Needless to say, I emailed out Priority with delivery confirmation on May 7th. She supposedly sent out 1st class, on the same day but could not afford delivery confirmation. Our agreement was to send out 1st class but when I got to the post office they said that my box was to heavy for 1st class and needed to go priority. That should have been the same case for her. I am still waiting on her box, as she has already recieved mine and I have asked her to send back my share of the trade but she will not answer my e-mails now. Please help me. I have always had good trades on the board and now this one, which has a lot involved.

I also have the telephone number of their local police dept (813) 757-9200.

What do you advise me to do now...?

I do not know how to add on to someone already on the bad trader list. I was supposed to trade with Wittles04@aol.com but she never sent out her beanies. Luckily I wasnt sure she would so I said I would wait until she sent out hers and they arrived.
