We recieved an e-mail regarding the sale of the latest international beanies. My husband knows little about beanies or the internet. Trying to get me a Christmas present I would love, he ordered them. After I found out and examined the e-mail and correspondence, I could tell something was wrong with this picture. He sent a money order for $320.00 for six beanies. This was sent certified mail and signed for on 12-13-00. To this date we have not recieved beanies, our money, or response to e-mails.  I sent a certified letter on 12-29-00 stating they had breached our contract and I would file charges with the postal service, FBI, State Attorney General, and the police on January 13,2001 if we had not recieved our product or money back.

I have found out that this address is to Copper Sands Appartments and the residents names are Scott and Allison Wood. Also, since the money order was purchased from the post office, I have put a trace on it and should be recieving a copy of it shortly. Please let me know if there are any other avenues I can follow to try to get our money back and keep this from happening to other "well intentioned" husbands.Thank you.   Lisa Milton
