I won an auction for a playstation and twenty games from seller usc22ss on yahoo auctions. The auction ended on the 6th of December 2000 and I sent him payment via paypal on the 12th of December 2000. He assured me that the item will arrive in time for Christmas. When I asked him for a tracking number for the shipped item, he said he'd let me know but he never said anything about it. He later claimed that he shipped the item by USPS priority mail on the 18th of December 2000. Christmas came and went and I still haven't received anything from the seller. In the last email I got from him, he said he'd get in touch with me on Tuesday the 2nd of January 2001. There has been no word from him since then and he has ignored all the mail I've sent inquiring what was going on. His seller id is usc22ss. His email address is  usc22ss@aol.com and his name is Shane Staggs. He didn't send me his home address, but his PO box is 1422 in Portsmouth Ohio 45662.

I hope you'll be able to help me either get the items in good working condition or get my money back. The url for the auction is  http://page.auctions.yahoo.com/auction/46116797 . I sent him $5.00 more for an extra game I wanted. Total I sent to him $155 by paypal. He is a verified paypal customer and I have sent a complaint to their buyer protection department.
