On March 7 I used the buy it now option for ebay item #1711556282 Dobie/Doberman TY beanie, cute, retired, MWMT. The seller was thelaughingwolf. Her email address is windsweptwolf@aol.com. The final price was $2.99 plus $3.00 shipping. I sent a check for payment. My check was cashed on March 27. I have tried emailing several times and I get no response. I have tried calling and have left two messages with no response. This is the signature card at the end of her first email telling me her address:

I have tried going to each of the web sites listed and using the contact screens and have gotten no response. I have found other websites she is associated with, again using the contact screens and have gotten no response.  Here is one more email address I have found for her

Money order can be made out to Shawn Snead. I know the money isn't a whole lot and it's not like I can't afford to lose

a whole $6.00. It's just the thought that she thinks she can get away with this! I also understand that sometimes things happen to make it so you can't always follow through. But a follow-up communication of SOME kind would be nice! I would appreciate any help you can give me in this matter.

I WAS BUYING A XS COPY MACHINE. I SENT THE MONEY $19 AND NEVER DID HEAR ANY THING FROM SHAWN. I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM THREW THE NUMBER I GOT FROM EBAY AND FOUND OUT THAT HE IS A SHE. THE WOMAN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID THAT IT WAS HER DAUGHTER, AND SHE GAVE ME ANOTHER NUMBER TO CALL. I LEFT MESSAGES BUT NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK. HERE IS THE ADDRESS AND PHONE # I GOT. I was the winning bid on auction # 1711554908 on 3/15/02. I checked and thankfully ebay still has the auction info avail for viewing. It was for 2 Snip Siamese cat Ty beanies. The winning amount was $2.75 + 3.00 s/h = $5.75. I also included the 1.50 specified in his email for insurance, bringing the total to $7.25. I paid with a US Postal Money Order and used US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation. It can be checked at www.usps.com with # 0300 1290 0003 38961436 . It was delivered on 3/18/02 and the seller left feedback on 3/20/02. As you will notice the feedback mentions extra donation. I just rounded the money order up to $10.00 and said to use the $2.75 difference for the shelter. I sent 2 nice emails to the seller asking about the beanies, with no response. I did report this to Square Trade on ebay, but they did not receive any response from the seller either. They recommend that I can report if I feel is fraud. I'm not sure where to go from here, perhaps you can offer some help.I would like to list this seller on the bad trader list. I think you have a wonderful site, now that I know of you :) I'm hoping this info can be of help to you, and look forward to hearing your reply.

he damnded a refund from me saying he saying he didnt receive the package but I had a delivery confirmation  and he did infact get it...
