I have a mailing list of people that I email my beanie list to once a week. I have been doing this for a year and a half.  Every transaction has went smoothly until now. I had someone's check returned. I do wait 5 days for checks to clear before shipping. This check got deposited around 1/7 and I didn't mail the beanies until approx. 1/22. On 1/28 the check was returned for Insuffient Funds.  Now they have their beanies and have refused return phone messages or answer their phone. I have left several messages. She did email me and said that she mailed a  money order over a week ago but I have not received anything. Please tell me how to go about this and how do I contact the authorities in that area? Any input would be greatly appreciated. p.s. The check is from Hutchinson, KS. Their name & email address: shelpigs@southwind.net

for one thing, my check was cleared or she wouldnt of send them, then the bank took money out of the account and made couple of huge mistakes and they finally did say they made the mistakes and i wrote her and told her all the checks that clear were then took out and if she got it back to let me know. then the bank sent a money order and it came back returned to sender, so i wrote her to get the right address in case they got the wrong one. so im waiting on her, and usually people wait till the bank clears the check befor they send out which she did, but then the bank withdrew all the check and it wasnt our fault. thank you shelly , if you could get her address for me would be nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!
