On 9/06 we ordered a Dottie with a Sparky tag. It never came. So I contacted Sherry and she said that she would refund my money NO PROBLEM! HA! A few days later she contacted me to say there was another Dottie with a Sparky tag, and that if I could wait a couple of weeks she would get it to replace the original one. I was so happy because I really wanted that beanie. I waited the couple of weeks, but every Tuesday, I would e-mail her just to remind her that I was still waiting. Then one day I was surprised to get an e-mail saying that it was on it's way and should be there in a couple of days. Of course it never arrived, and she never has answered any e-mails since.  The action we are taking so far is to get a copy of the money order (both sides) showing that she endorsed the check. The post office said it will take time to get us the information. Where to go after that --we don't know yet. Thanks again for checking into this,  Judy

I won 5 auctions all ended on 9/10/00...#1886054 for$3.53, a 4th Gen Ringo with 3rd Gen Tush; #1885976 for $14.50, Twigs, Patti & Lucky, all 4th Gen; #1885927 for a 3rdGen Ringo with 2nd Gen Tush total $26.00; #1885892 a 3rd Gen Waddles with 1st Gen Tush for $41.00 and finally #1885883, a 3rd Gen Ally with 2nd Gen Tush for $37.95....The total for all 5 auctions was $122.98, shipping charge was $5.40 and the payment was by Money order in the amount of $128.38...The $$ Order was purchased on 9/12 and mailed the same day.There was no guaranteed ship date on the auction, but on 10/7 Sherry e-mailed me apologizing for the late ship and claimed she'd had a hysterectomy. She further promised to ship that day and left ++ Feedback for me...shipment never arrived. The $$ Order was purchased at 7-11 (a Western Union $$ Order)..#02792507163 and of course she acknowledged receipt in her 10/7 e-mail...Finally ,I had done business with Sherry on at least 2 prior occasions with no problems. I also note her auction listed feedback on E-BAY and Yahoo. I believe that answers all of your questions but if I missed anything PLMK. I purchased a Radar Beanie from her, that was not mint as she indicated. I ask her to take it back, which she agreed to do, and refund my purchase price including all postage, going and coming. She has yet to refund anything to me.  and returned it. The package was returned to her, via Priority Delivery Confirmation #0310 2990 0001 5360 0937, and she acknowledged receipt on 10/15/2000.   I spent with shipping $60.00   Phil

I won an auction from Sherry Eigen and sent her the money order on September 18th. She does not respond to Emails I have sent her and I have not received the FLASH Beanie. One could probably consider that good money is gone and there will be no Flash Beanie. It is not the money but I am getting tired of this type of person. It is time to send a message to like minded individuals that this will not be tolerated. I for one would certainly give the measly $14.29 to the person who makes her pay it back. There was a time when feedback would indicate a persons integrity but now they have devised ways to manipulate that process. I still have the money order receipt. Good Luck you are probably venturing on an uphill battle, but you certainly know you have our support.
