I know that you are already aware of Sherry Seizinger in Germany. I sent her 9 beaniekids and she is supposed to have sent me 1 Brit buddy, 1 Maple buddy, 4 Germanias and 1 Ty2K buddy and 1 Sig 2000 buddy. I have had many conversations through IM with her, with her telling me many lies about the package.I had one good trade with her and have now had a bad trade. It is only just over 2 weeks, however, I also made a trade with her friend, they were sending in the same box, Sherry was to mail it. Her friend was about to mail another package when her original package suddenly appeared at the shipping company, so now I know that she is scamming me. I have sent an email to her telling her I am reporting her and as yet have not had any response. Please advise what I should do. I have 5 handles for her on AOL and those five plus one other email address on her. I know that she is infact a US citizen, even though she has been in Germany for the last 24 yrs. Her Dad was forces and retired 4 yrs ago. I anxiously await your response, thanks in advance  Lynn

Me and my friend Gloria had a trade with this person "Sherry Seizinger" and she never delivered. We would email her and she said she sent package on 24th of April. I have our emails printed out. Then after 2 weeks she said she would mail another package and we could send the other one back. She promised that the package would arrive May 15th and still nothing. She will not answer emails just keeps sending blank ones and has me on ignore on IM's. I check status on my emails to her so I know she read them. Is there any thing we can do? We would appreciate any help you can give us. The first deal we did was for my friend Gloria: Two Beanie Kids, Angel and Tumbles for Britannia Buddy and Germania Beanie Baby. Then I was looking around and found another trade and when I clicked on the contact place it was the same email as the first. So, I asked if it was her and told her we were doing another deal with her and we could put it all together and save on shipping, which she said was fine. The second deal was for One Light Blue Peanut Buddy(friend) and One Pastel Peace(me) for One Britannia Beanie Baby, One Germania Beanie Baby and one Ty2K Buddy. This was our first trading experience and we asked that she ship first and soon as we got hers we would send ours. I will include some of our emails to each other if you want them. I would like to join the others who are complaining about Sherry from Munich, Germany. She was to send me two MWMT Germanias and one MWMT blue-face Spangle in trade, supposedly sent on May 2, 2000, by 3-day express mail. As of May 18, 2000, I still do not have the beanies. She does answer each of my e-mails, but the message boxes in all the e-mails are blank (how weird is that?). I do have copies of our e-mail correspondence with her stating what she would be sending and that she had mailed. I have her home phone number that I received from other traders, but I do not have a long distance carrier and cannot call her at this time. This is especially maddening because the beanies were meant to be Mother's Day gifts! I was involved in a trade with Sherry Seizinger on BN. I never received the merchandise. On April 26, she agreed to trading me 1 MWMT Germania beanie for my Attics (MWMT ) Ebony, Grace, Fraser, Montgomery, Purrcy, Sidney. I mailed mine out that same day. She said I'd receive hers in 3 or 4 days. I still haven't. On April 27, we agreed to trade her MWMT Brittannia beanie for my MWMT Attics Gordon, Chelsea, Christopher, Oscar, and both versions of Picadilly. I mailed mine out the same day. I still haven't recieved hers. Then April 28 , We agreed to trade her 2nd MWMT Brit beanie for my Ivory , Lilly, Mason, Iris, and Precious. I mailed mine out the same day. Never received hers. A friend and myself got together and combined our personal attic collections to trade for these 3 beanies , to get my 2 kids the beanies they need. We sent a lot of beautiful Attics to this woman, and received nothing back. I use BN to sell and trade the extras we have, or decide we don't want , and to buy the ones we need. I'm sorry to see bad people like Sherry scam innocent families. I guess since she is suspended , we are just out the Attics, and the  postage which amounted to around 35 dollars for the 3 parcels, and my kids will just have to wait for the beanies. If you need more information on her, I can try and help with what little information I have. I did get another email to try her at..ellca49@aol.com.  Its her mother's email, and where she is now getting mail. Her mother emailed me back and said she would contact her daughter, and get  back to me with a response.

I guess I must join some of the other being ripped off by Sherry Seizinger of Germany). I traded 13 Attic Treasures for some beanies/buddies, but never received. She said as of May 5 that she had not received the attics either. I checked with my local PO and filled out a tracer, but after looking her up by handle on bn (beaniefreundin), the account does not exist anymore. Also found out she has used two other handles (sherry_mouse and frechemaus) and those accounts have been suspended. We don't want suspended, we want justice. Trading internationally is leaving a bad taste in my mouth and this person needs to pay, big time. I guess now I need to fill out a fraud report. Shelvia Ettinger

glad you asked me.  I know sherry quite good although she lives about 400 miles apart. She is very reliable as a customer on ebay.de.As far as i know, she has a lot of probs w/ her Computer at the very moment and lost all her e-mails. she doesn't appear very often in the german ebay-chat-room atr the monment either, because her computer caught a virus and now it sometimes refused working at all. She can't read or write any e-mails.When she contacts me, she calls me on the phone. I know, that she's a very honest person. I never had any probs w/ her She sends packages via CSS which works together w/ fedex so any packages that got stuck until now, should be able to track via internet or at least arrive very soon. I´, Sherry´s mother. I will print your mails and the others out and send it to her via telefax. I will write for her the mail, where she can give her statement to you about all that. One I really can say to you now is that Sherry is really unhappy with that all and she told me she did all the trades she promised the peoples. Her computer caatched a virus and all her mails from the past are lost, she has no chance to mail in the moment and either to read her mails. She told me to write you that she really sent as promised Mrs. Lynn Burke and Mrs. Stephanie Conroy on mai the 4, after a few days she called css and they told her fedex in the states have the packages and will be finally brought to that persons. After many angry mails to her friend Gitte Keil in germany which one she is shiped together, they request at css, first they told again it´s in the states, than finally they found it in Munich. Now Sherry is wondering if some of the complains are justified as css did not deliverd as promised and this may have happened in the past as well. Hello Trudy, my doughter Sherry called me and told me Mrs.Lynn Burke called her and told her she received her parcel.Sherry went today to the post ofiice and made request for all shipping she did with the regular Post-office, I hope I can scan them and send you them as mail. One person her name is Donna La Porta has given Sherry a positive feedback , she finally received her package that Sherry sent on March the 30. So maybe that´s also a reason why some people are missing their packages. Also Sherry contacted a lawyer because the firm css made her so many problems. She asked me if I can mail you the list where the last few trackings are to see, so in case there are some of them who contacted you that they didn´t received, you have the names. I traded 7 beanies for Maple and Germania and I have never received mine.Right at first she has some lame excuse about Easter holiday but now she want even answer my emails.Is there anything I can do or I"m 7 beanies out of luck. She is now suspended off of BN and is now on KNK. Please Help Susie

I did actual get part of the agreed trade today, I have not as yet received the Maple buddy, Brit buddy and 2 Germanias. I am sorry that I could not LYK sooner than this, but my computer has been playing up to. Looking at the list from CSS of her shipments etc, we agreed to ship on May 2nd, I am not listed!! So what does she say about that? I will LYK as soon as I get anything else. I have spoken to her the last couple of days, but Ruth's friend Gloria also did and she told us different stories about things. I feel bad for her and want to think good of her but it is hard.  Lynn

I got your e-mail address fron susan babson. I - and as I found out others - have had a bad experience trading on the "BN" board with Sherry Seizinger. I agreed to a trade with her on April 29 -after looking up her feedback both on "BN" (hanle: frechemaus) and e-bay.de (username: frechekleinemaus). We entered into a trade agreement, I was suppose to send her 2 Dotty and 2 Congo Beanie Buddies in return for her sending me 1 TY2K Buddie, 1 2000Signature Buddy and 1 Groovy Beanie Babie (or alternatively 2 Gemania Beanies and 1 Groovy Beanie). On May 1st I mailed her the 4 Buddies via airmail (I still have my postoffice receipt, cost $21.60). Since I have relatives in Germany and receive packages from Germany quite often I became a little nervous when I had not received a package or an e-mail by May 12th (Airmail to Germany usually takes 7-10 days). Sherry responded to my e-mail, stating that she had not received my package and that she had mailed hers on the same day I mailed mine (she did not give a specific day nor did she tell me what she send, even though I specifically asked her). Nevertheless, I thanked her for the information and told her I would e-mail her when her package arrived. By May 16th nothing had arrived and I did not hear from Sherry confirming that my package arrived. From May 16 -May 19 I send her numerous e-mail messages (to two different addresses she had given me), she never responded. Yeterday I found out - by looking at the "Bad Trader Board" that there are numerous other people who are in the same position as I am. I e-mailed Sherry last night (May 19th) that I found out that she had treated other traders just like me, I also informed her that I have relatives in Germany who would gladly help me in notifying German authorities of her activities. Today I received an e-mail from Sherry's mother (supposely) telling me that Sherry had problems with her PC, Shipping firm etc.. While in my heart I would like to believe that that is the case, my brain tells me that that is not the reason for what is going on. I just thought I let you now, since Susan Babson told me that you are already working on this "case". Thank you very much for your efforts Klaus Becker   P.S. I have had a wonderful experience in a very short period of time with many traders on the BN board, but Sherry Seizinger has put all that in a different light.

I have been given your name as someone who may be able to help me. I sent Sherry Seizinger a package of 50 Pokemon Cards 3 weeks ago. She was suppose to send me a BF Spangle in trade. I have not heard from her or gotten my end of the trade agreement. I had lost her email address when our computer crashed, and just assumed it was taking the Post Office longer than usual to deliver. The lady at our local PO said that sometimes it takes 2 weeks just to get a package to Germanay then they have to deliever to whereever the place is, so I was assuming it was just a long trip. Well, now its been 3 weeks and I have finally found one of several of her emails, and have not heard from her yet or gotten anything. I SHIPPED MY END OF TRADE AS PROMISED AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED SHERRY'S END OF TRADE. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTANT SHERRY AND SHE LET ME KNOW HER NEW YAHOO ADDRESS. THEN SHE HAD HER MOTHER EMAIL ME SAYING THAT SHERRY WAS HAVING PC PROBLEMS AND SHE WAS GOING THROUGH HER MOTHER TO GET HER MESSAGES. HER MOTHER HAD EMAILED ME STATING THAT SHERRY HAD SENT OUT ALL HER TRADES AND DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. Due to pc problems she lost all emails and so she is not sure who received parcels and who didn´t. The begining of april she used german mail and than started using the forwarding agent css. Now it appears that that firm is not releiable and it appears that some of the parcels that where handled to them did never reach thier destination. She received a huge bill from them giving parcels number that she actually did sent but which never appeared on the tracking list. At she done a lot of trades and some of the people did never send her an mail aknowleding the receipt of the parcel , she asumed that did get it because of the positive feedback on bn.Sherry is now trying to solve the matter with css. And it remains to be seen how fast they are able and willing to solve the problem and trace items.

She doesn't reply to my emails. I emailed her mother on May 19th and she told me she was going to find out about my beanies. My name is Cathy Gartner. I have contacted a few people that I saw on beanie nation that were having problems collecting their items from Sherry, and they suggested that I contact you. I entered a trade with Sherry on May 5. We were to ship on May 8. I did. I shipped two congo buddies and two dotty buddies. She was to ship 1 Germania beanie and 1 97 teddy beanie. I shipped by airmail. She said she shipped by something else and that my beanies should reach me by Thursday, May 11. It is now May 24 and I have not received anything and am not getting any response by her to my email. As requested I marked it as a gift for $40.00.I paid 28.50 for postage and mailed it airmail. I, also, have been scammed by Sherry Seizinger of Munich, Germany. I shipped her approximately $585 worth of Attic Treasures (I have a list with prices) with the understanding that she would ship valuable beanies to me PLUS reimburse me my out-of-pocket postage (somewhere around $78 U.S. for 6 separate small parcels). Any help you can provide would be GREATLY appreciated. The last contact I had from Sherry was when I got a flurry of blank e-mail messages from her at her aol address, whereupon she told me to write to her at "sherrylynn_de@yahoo.de" and indicated that she was having "big problems with my pc and aol, all mails are bland empty". I think she meant "blank" but she hasn't returned messages for about 2 weeks now, and I started watching for "bad traders" about a week ago. I even wrote to Beanie Nation questioning her suspension and was told that it wasn't because of "fraud" but that because of their privacy rules, they could not divulge any further information.I would very much appreciate your help. I would be happy to apply whatever pressure, or take whatever steps you indicate will be helpful. Thanks again, Anne Moller.

I made a trade on the internet with another Ty collector. She lives in Germany and I mailed her to large boxes with Attic Treasures and she was suppose to send me about 21 beanies in the trade. I still haven't received anything. We made the trade May 2nd. I keep emailing her asking to let me know if she received my beanies and also to send me the tracking number for what she sent me, so I can check on it. I get no response. Then she emailed me with a new email address saying that she can't email or receive any email under that email address anymore. But, she won't answer my questions about the package. I just got a German Postal Service tracking number from Sherry via Cindy on BeanBag Nation (e-mail: aug391@mindspring.com). I didn't think to ask for the date it was mailed, but I guess I could ask. The tracking number is: 01 7706 3554 3DE E Int 84011834 1117. She said it could take up to two weeks or so to get here. Hopefully this whole nightmare trade will work out now. Just wanted to let you know that I received my beanies from Sherry today and they are mint, as described, and I am very happy with them. She even put in some EU beanie cards as an extra. I will be contacting Sherry through her mother's e-mail address to let her know I received them. I don't know if I'll be doing any more international trades (too much stress), but I sure am relieved and pleased that Sherry made good on this trade. I hope everyone else get their trades, too. I did a trade with Sherry Seizinger over a month ago. She did not send her part of the trade--a 2000 Sig. Buddy. I have e-mailed her and did receive a response from her mother saying that Sherry had some computer problems and she was helping her out. Mom said that another buddy had been mailed to me and I should have it in a week. I waiting another two weeks and e-mailed her again to see when it was shipped. She will not answer my e-mails. I have since read numerous bad trader postings about Sherry on several different boards. I have also corresponded with another person who traded with Sherry and did not receive Sherry's part of the trade. IT was 3 sig2000, fleecie, sarge, niles, bushy, and frigid. for her Maple buddy. She said i will have them 5-7 days. she was going airmail with them, I did too Then about a month after that, i emailed her wondering if she even sent hers out and she said " i sent them" Well i still haven't recieved them and she will not answer my emails... I gave her an option to send back the beanies or i report her to BAD TRADERS  And well she choose this... But now after 6 weeks, i go to the german court. She tells only lies ( about CSS and her computer-virus ). I have phoned with her 4 times, and any time she told me , she sending me the money. This email is in regards to Sherry S from germany She also made a trade with me and I never received my trade she said she mailed it the same day I mailed hers which was April 5, she says she never received my package when I have gotten her to respond to any emails I have sent. Any help with this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I am also working to get a refund or satisfaction from a woman by the name of Sherry Seizinger, EMail: FrechekleineMaus, address:Feichthofstrasse 180,  18247 Munich, Germany. She's listed on your bad trader page. I have emailed her and her mother to no avail. Her mother's name is Elly, email:Ellca49. She writes in response on your bad trader page - that she would be taking care and receiving mail for Sherry. I have written her 2 times. no response. This thing with Sherry is quite complicated - we had met on a German chat room (I speak German) and had agreed that I would buy for her anything new that would come out on Ty beanie babies and Ty beanie buddies. I would keep track of what I laid out plus shipping - I would only charge her the prices that I had to pay for beanies and buddies in the stores myself. In return she would buy for me the Germania Beanie buddies when they came to her stores in Munich. There was never an "exchange" of money. I just laid out approximately $250 on my end - and then I never received anything from her. I have kept my emails, etc. - but  most of the writing (99%) is in German. If nothing can be done, I would at the very least like my complaint listed on the Bad Trader section - where there are many complaints about Sherry listed. I received an email on 9/6 from a Garnet, IFCC33, that said my case was closed. If you need to file again, please do so. I wrote back and wanted to know why. I got another email message on 9/6 saying they sent me an email on 7/27 asking for more info. I have searched everywhere and I did not get the email. Since I did not send anything, they closed the case. Our policy is if email giving 24 hour notice is not responded to, then the case is close. That is BULL. How many people wait at their computers night and day to receive emails. I guess if we knew it was coming, then that would be a different story. I looked at my calendar and I was not around at that time and if the message was sent, it could have disappeared because of all the email I get. Can you help me????? I hate to file another claim and since there were so many people involved and I just don't think this was handled correctly. I didn't go through all this trouble to receive an email message like that. LMK if this has happened to anyone else. Thanks,  Shelvia Ettinger
