I'm real new at all this, but you seem to be the expert on trader fraud. I was scammed by Stacy Derka when she was mailto:skylrmoon@aol.com. not current)  I lost $82 for a Brittania. Apparently there were many before me. Is there a procedure to follow other than to file mail fraud charges. Thanks for any info you can provide. She has about 20 email addresses. Her name is posted all over every trader board I've found on the internet. She also goes by

She is married to a Brian Derka. They've scammed quite a few people from what I can tell. Thanks for any assistance you can give....Cheryl  Oh, I have all the backup. My cancelled check, (her bank account number is on it), all the emails from Ebay (mine AND hers) when she was Skylrmoon@aol.com, copies of the fraud charges filed by the US Postmaster... What do you want to see first??

I dont know who this person is and if she has sent me something I would like to see proof of that. I would think you would also like proof of this. I have never even heard of this person. I too, got an email from her today simply saying "another one, better be looking over your shoulder"..I do not understand this. Also, what are these other email addresses you copied this email to? I assure you that if this is a game, I will be notifying my attorney. If you are legit and there is a legit complaint about me, I am sure there is some way of me contacting you personally other than through email.

Amazing how as soon as YOU email her, I finally get a response! She has evaded the mailings I've sent registered mail (cancelled forwarding order) and has changed her email address about 15 times. Just type in her name on an search engine and you'll find her. I appreciate your intervention. Maybe now I can get my money back. I'll keep you posted. Cheryl Oddo

I was scammed by this woman and was appalled to find the history on her out here. Ripping people off appears to be her chosen lifestyle. Most of the posts out here are old but I know personally she hasn't changed her ways. Don't buy ANYTHING from a Stacy, Anastasia, Stayce, or this latest "imbrlesane". Postcards, Madonna merchandise, books, and CDs are her focus.

UPDATE ON THIS CROOK: She has married a guy named Joseph Arrington. She is using his last name now. She has and is committing identity theft. She will take your info to commit fraud. She is listed with National and Government agencies for fraud, but it seems that she is at it again. She can be reached at her current husbands band website "MDA" (Mad Dog Alley). The last known address is at her parents on Frames ST. in Dundalk, MD. 21222
