i did e mail you regarding my bad trade with ILuvBNeez and requested that she be put on the bad traders list....she finally sent a package but it contained only one beanie...i was supposed to receive two beanies and now she is accusing me of lying when i say that i only received one.... ILuvBNeez and I had agreed to mail at the same time. .I sent Furby on Feb 2nd. This past week on March 24, I finally received valentina after waiting four weeks..(only after i wrote a letter to San Gabriel police and Detective Naas said he would visit her for me and warn her again) He said he had been to her house previously because of a bad trade she had made. Her name is Susan Hayes, 223 N. Sycamore Drive, San Gabriel, California. because of a bad trade she had made....when i asked her why she did not send Fuzz also (the trade was my Furby for her valentina and fuzz), she said "Cant you see, Fuzz is in the box with Valentina"....well, i must be blind, because there was only one valentina and no fuzz bear in the package that i received on March 24th.

I posted on this person several weeks ago and never saw it on the board. so I don't know what to do, she has scammed others and is still geting away with it, She is susan from san gabriel calf. could you tell me what I need to do

I am writing you at the request of Marygailj@aol.com. Mary and I were both scammed by Susan Hayes of San Gabriel California. Susan has a history of negotiating trades for beanie babies and other items with people, yet does not follow through on her end of the trade. I was trading a set of 1997 MIP TBB's for her Garcia. I sent out my MIP TBB's on the date agreed upon. After 10 days of waiting, I received no Garcia. I email ILuvBNeez, and her only response to me was that she wasn't receiving mail (no mention of sending out Garcia, although that is what I specifically asked in my email). I sent my package to her insured, so the Post Office was able to confirm that my package had been delivered to her. I emailed her about once a week but received no response from her. Then, I saw a post on the AOL Classified Board that mentioned a bad trader from San Gabriel, CA. I emailed this person for information, and it turned out that the post was regarding Susan Hayes. This woman was also scammed by her! She told me that she spoke to a Detective from the San Gabriel Police Department; he visited Susan Hayes and was able to get Susan to send back the beanies that this woman had sent to her. I contacted Detective Naas and explained my transaction with Susan Hayes. He agreed to make another visit to her home. He spoke to Susan, and although she claimed to have sent Garcia, she had no proof. She agreed to send back my TBB's. I received them back within a few days. This process spanned over a month.If she had sent Garcia, why wouldn't she answer emails to that effect? Also, why wouldn't the package have been insured? She is definately a BAD TRADER, and I would caution anyone who contemplates dealing with her. On a side note, she did have some references that I was able to check before I sent my TBB's. They all came back favorable, but what I was able to determine from them was that they required her to send her end of the trade first, before they sent anything to her! Detective Naas from the San Gabriel Police Department now has a file on her, and she tends to repond to his visits. He told me that Susan is a teenager living with her mother. Please let me know if you need any other information. Susan is definately a BAD TRADER!!

I sent BOTH of them, I don't understand what she is trying to do here. Already I can't do a trade unless I send first, what more does she want to do to me? The trade was for Fuzz and Valentina, and she received both. She has no proof that I supposedly only sent Valentina, whereas I have witnesses (not exactly proof, but just the same) that can vouch for me. I don't see what she is trying to do here. I already can't do a trade without having to send first (which I don't mind TOO much), is she trying to completely ruin this?   Also, I sent Karla (Rozie10263) back her Beanies over a month ago and Mary got my end of the trade!

I sent a Britannia to Melissa ILUVBNEEZ@aol.com - Melissa Hightowerin trade for a Maple and Millennium bear. She sent Millennium and a fake Maple - no canadian tush and mistakes on swing tag - ribbon sewn to bear. She agreed another trade then denied receiving Britannia. I have had the package traced to her home (also the same address as Susan Hayes) San Gabriel, CA 91775 - 2847 She has since promised to send beanies on several occasions but still nothing received. She will not answer emails. I have telephoned her but she hangs up the phone, I have left messages on her answering machine. I have compiled a file (I am a Police officer in the UK) and fowarded it with the fake Maple to her local police department. I have given her 7 days to make good the deal or I will have her arrested. DO NOT TRADE WITH HER SHE WILL SCAM YOU
