I have been trying to get my money back($224.00) from Susan Murley for almost a month. When I won the auction on Ebay for the Mirror that she had listed, she contacted me immediately to tell me what the total for s/h would be. I had paypal send the money the next day. She asked me how I wanted it shipped and I told her UPS. She said that she would have it mailed that Friday. That was six days after she received the money. Well, Friday came and went, I emailed her at least twice daily for the next 5 days. In the meantime I started receiving emails from other people that she had sold to asking if I had heard from her. The only way I would contact these people was over the phone, so they gave me their phone #. Some of these people had been waiting for over 5 weeks and they were not getting any reply from this woman.

One of the Email addresses was showdogs@nycap.rr.com. and another had Queens Pomeranian Court. I started looking under pomeranians and found a web page with her phone # on it. The one that she had listed with Ebay was bogus. I called her and asked where my mirror was, she didn't sound to happy and said that her husband had been ill and her computer crashed (every excuse in the book). She asked if I still wanted the mirror and I said no that I wanted the $224.00 back ASAP.

She said that she would send me a M.O. that she didn't have the money in her paypal account . Well as I said I have been waiting and waiting and I have billed her through Paypal, I have Emailed her and I reported her to Ebay with Fraud. She was suspended from dealing on Ebay for shilling which was something that I had them look into. Either she or someone else by the name of angelic-antiques@nycap.rr.com would only bid on her items. I also notified the IFCC/FBI and have filed a complaint with them.

I went into this with total faith and she has screwed me royally. That makes me very angry. I would appreciate anything that you can do. By the way she put the mirror up for auction again and I guess it was sold. It was a private auction.

To my suprise I found this fraudulent and slanderous statement against me.... what you do not know is that buyer refused shipment on the mirror.. as stated on that items ebay feedback!

I see she is still at it. I still have not received any money from her and I did tell her after almost a month that I did not want the mirror and wanted my money refunded. I am not the only one that she has done this to. She has a track record that is quite long. And she has never tried to setup a way of reimbursing me for the money that she scammed. If she would like to contact me and setup some way of making payment I would be willing to listen. Thanks for letting me know that she has finally gotten in touch with you guys.

She has nothing in return because she STILL refuses to except the mirror she BID on! Her mirror is still here I have no intentions of refunding her money... she can take have mirror she technically owns.

Subject: Eric Lin or Susan Murley

Purchased a collection of items on an ebay auction from Susan Murley (now using her husband's ID) for $150.00. Never received items and refuses to return my money. Both Susan and her husband had originally corresponded with me until they got my money. Now neither one responds. Two thieves.
