I wanted to report a bad trader to you. On June 13 of this year we agreed to mail our packages to each other. I sent her six beanie kids and she agreed to send me 2 Germania beanies. We made this trade on Beanienation. I sent my kids but never received my Beanies. I have contacted her several times asking what was going on and what the problem was. Finally one day last week she wrote saying I have a personal problem - not telling what it was and not responding to my requests that she either send back the kids or send my beanies. Have not heard from her since even after I told her I would report her as a bad trader. Don't know what else to do. Her name and email address are:

The trade was with Susanne Reichert of Germany. Her e-mail address is sr27117@aol.com. I'm sending a copy of this note to her in hope that she'll do the right thing. Here's a brief summary of the story:
5/8/2000 - I received a note from Susanne agreeing to trade her 1 Germania Beanie and 1 Germania Buddy for my 9 Beanie Kids.
5/30 - I sent a note to Susanne advising that I finally got the 9 kids and was ready to trade. I got a note right back from her and she said "OK let's trade."
6/8 - I wrote to her to ask when she mailed the Germanias and she replied that she was waiting until she received the kids.
6/14 - I received a note from Susanne advising that she received the 9 kids (This was the last note I got from Susanne.)
6/30 - I sent a note to Susanne advising that I still has not received the Germanias.
7/6 - I sent another note to her advising that I was beginning to get nervous because I had not heard from her nor had I received the package.
7/8 - I wrote to Susanne yet again, asking why I had not received the Germania Buddy and Beanie. I told her that I was going to refer this to you if I didn't hear from her by Tuesday, 7/11. 7/12 - I'm now writing to you for help! Since she has not even replied to me on-line, I suspect there's a problem. So, please HELP!! Please let me know what more I can do at this time or if you have any questions. And, THANKS in advance for your help!! She also used email Susu2000@mail.surf1.de with me but that one is not currnet anymore.

I'm writing to let you know that I received a package from Susanne on Saturday. Our original trade was for both Germania Beanie and Germania Buddy. I only received the Buddy....so she followed through on half of our trade. I just wanted to let you know so you can update your records. Thanks!!  David

I learned to trust Micheal.SAD!! I sent him 4- EX large boxes of items, Clubby III sets, USA Exclusives, Brown Batty Buddies, Glory's,a EXCELLENT mix of OVER 120 items , all MWMT , Micheal ignored SEVERAL emails asking where my items were....FINALLY he did answer a VERY threatening email, stating he was having problems with his visiting children, didnt get to see them much...yada yada yadad..... I told him fine, just send the items he PROMISED!! That is the Last TIME I heard from him 2 weeks ago! This has been going on since Dec 18th!... Now I find out he and SUSANNE Reichert are using several emails....from Binau,GERMANY...HelmutHMR2000@aol.com ,SR271173@aol.com ,SUSU2000@mail.surf1.de......Iam filing Postal Mail Fraud Charges and WILL see them BOTH he/she/it PROCECUTED to the FULLEST extent of the law! Not ONLY do they/he/she/it LIE , but use child! ren as an EXCUSE!!The lowest kind of human to prey using CHILDREN.....I mailed OVER $3,000.00 worth of Ty items to a theif. I WILL GET them or my money back.

rplace@northcascades.net It is right,that we use sevreal E-Mail adresses, because we are living in divorce.I'm live in Berlin since July 2000. I can sent you a fax with a copy from my identity card.
