I lost over $500.00 in a trade and this need to be posted to warn others. I did a trade for 4 boxes of pokemon sealed boxes for 5 Germania buddies. My money cost was $450.00 plus $64.00 to ship.Well this person's name was Nicole Schulze in Berlin Germany. She was banned from ebay.de and also nobidding after I contacted both sites. I later learned that his young lady was the girlfriend of Sven kohne or Schulze in Berlin. He goes by the name of Sven_de-Inky and is registered on ebay.de. I later was told that these Germania buddies had been shipped and since then, have not seen hide or hair of them. I have had problems with my computer and the info has been lost, so I could not pursue this any further, but have not found that some other people have been scammed by these individuals, not small amounts, but big time. Pls list this person on the bad trader's list. Just wanted to mention that I had contact with someone that claims to had contact this Nicole & Sven folks and after I told that person I am going to get them banned, they threaten to send a bomb to my house and hacked my computer with over 900 emails threatening me. On July 21, ebay auction 385508810 ended and I had won 5 Sakura beanie babies for $438.92 from sven_der_inky with an email address of chrissck@gmx.de. He initially wanted the money sent via bank wire transfer to:

After about 4 weeks, he says he was notified by customs that the sakura's where being held as only 3 of the same type of beanie was allowed to enter the US. He said he would work on getting the sakura's back and resend them. He also kept claiming to be on Holiday so replies to emails where very few. Then on Sunday of this week, I was notified by some one who saw my feedback posting about the auction that Sven was auctioning more sakura's. Sven replied to my e-mails questioning this and said that he had sent the 5 sakura's already, changed the wording on the customs forms and that I should expect the 5 bears in a few days. As of today 10-17-00, nothing has arrived. I hope this helps, I do have all copies of e-mails. I traded with Sven my 3 Sakuras for his 3 Germania buddies on May 17th. We were to mail by registered airmail on May 18th. I'd never received Germanias. He had never contacted me, so he must have received Sakuras (he was selling many on e-Bay). He only replied to my e-mails. He sent me a registration number, which didn't take me anywhere. im shocking about to hear this. i write now in German i hope you can translate i can only a little bid english i hope u understand my position.

Ich kenne den von Ihnen genannten Absender aber ich habe erstens eine nicht komplette Sendung erhalten .Das heißt ich habe 2 Boxen Team Rocket erhalten und nicht 4 und die beiden waren nicht verschlossen wie zugesichert. Daraufhin habe ich auch nur 3 Germania Buddys gesendet wofür ich Beweise habe !! Mein Postamt hier in Deutschland hat sogar eine Nachforschung gestartet und diese hat mir damals versichert , das das Packet die USA erfolgreich  erreicht hatund der Empfänger dieses auch angenommen hat .Ich weiß leider nicht was dieser Herr damit bezweckt soetwas zu sagen .Ich bekomme jede Woche 12 Boxen Pokemon Karten sei es aus Japan oder USA oder sonst wo her und niemals habe ich solch Probleme gehabt und niemals wurde ich derart betrogen oder besser gesagt beraubt . Da ich jedoch nicht die Möglichkeit habe hier irgendetwas zu unternehmen , da die USA nicht EU ist habe ich versucht mit dem Trader in Verbindung zu treten , dies war leider auch vergeblich da er immer sagte er habe nie etwas erhalten . Daraufhin habe ich mein Postamt angewiesen Ihm eine Kopie zu schicken , da ich selber keinen scanner habe . Fakt ist aber ich habe die Empfangsbestätigung gesehen und diese auch als Anzeige bei der Polizei hier in Deutschland hinterlegt. Das dumme ist bloß , das USA nicht haftbar gemacht werden kann und ich auch leider den Service von www.traderlist.com nicht in Anspruch nehme da es mir zuviel Geld kostet . Hier in Deutschland habe ich auch noch eine zweite Person gefunden die das gleiche Problem hatte mit der Person zudem besteht ein Strafbefehl gegen  jazjer@earthlink.net hier in Deutschland !  Er sendete unvolständig und die boxen waren auch noch geöffnet .Ich war aber so nett und habe es hingenommen und trotzdem gesendet . Ich habe zwar nur 3 Buddys geschcikt aber das war ja auch berechtigt da sein Versprechen nicht erfüllt wurde . Ich habe auch nichts weiter unternommen weil es für mich hier ausichtslos ist . Mein Glück wäre nur wenn er nach Deutschland reisen würde , da hier ein Haftbefehl besteht wegen Betrug . But now i have become from a other person mails that he has become the same shit  boxes ( not complett of trade )and we are going last month to Police Station here in Germany  My post office in Germany started even an investigation here and at that time insured these me, which pack the USA successfully achieved hatund the recipient of this also assumed. I white unfortunately  not which this gentleman thereby says-. I get each week 12 boxes Pokemon cards am it from Japan or the USA or otherwise where ago and never have I such problems had and never I in such a manner betrogen or better said robbed.  There I however the possibility do not have to undertake something here, there the USA not EU am have I tried with the Trader to communicate, this was he always said unfortunately also in vain there he never something received. Thereupon I have to send my post office instructed to it a copy, since I do not have a scanner. Fact is however I the acknowledgement saw and these here also as display at the police in Germany deposited. The stupid is bare, the USA to be made not liable can and I also unfortunately the service of www.traderlist.com not in requirement does not take it me to too much cash costs there. Here in Germany I have also still another second person found those the same problem had with the person besides exist a summons approximately jazjer@earthlink.net here in Germany! It would transmit unvolstaendig and the boxes was also still opened Ich was however so nice and it accepted and nevertheless transmitted. I have only 3 Buddys geschcikt however that was its promise was not fulfilled also entitled there. I have also nothing far undertaken because it for me here am no chance.

I have never become any from him .We have mail  that i must ship first what i have do but nothing is complett And i have here in Germany no Traderlist or so to lock out or help. Ildiko Tiszovszky has contact the post office to find the box from him , i have do the same to find my box where i have send him. The Problem is we have not sending registration and now no chance to find out any .I have mail him this last day too , but he say that he has send me and i not . Why only USA- people become right ? And we are in Germany are all robbed people??  Can you answer me that?

i know the sender you mentioned but i have have received an uncomplete shipment. that means i received 2 boxes of team rocket and not 4 ones and both of them were not closed as assured. after that i also shipped 3 germania buddies of which i have evidences!! my post- office here in germany even has started investigations and at that time has assured me that the package has successfully arrived in the usa and that the receiver has taken it. This guy is a snyster to the fullest. I have sent 5 boxes of pokemon, that was held by customs and then (Small justice) they billed him because I declared a value of $400.00, so these boxes were not open and that is why there is a investigation right now in Germany with their post office because I had enough sense at the time to insure it because it went express. I have the paper work that has a USPS tracking #EK536229624US and you can check it on the UPSP site. It was mailed on 6-1-00 and I have done only 1 trade with a fellow who received everything with no problem and his name is Wolfgang Kohne, which I somehow believe might of been associated with this guy or could of been this very guy! I made him send me his trade first before I sent mine and he was completely satisified and wanted to trade more, but due to the nature of this situation, I refused. So I know that there was no problem but he did say he contacted this Sven_der_Inky and confronted him about the situation and that's when I received over 900 emails about threatening me using his famous word "shit". So Nobidding has suspended Nicole Schulze due to this situation, that's where the trade originated with an offer of 6 boxes for 5 Germanias, but we negotiated 5 for 5. I do have a friend in Germany that I trade with on a regular basis and she checked into this person on the german ebay and found out they were linked, him and Nicole, girlfriend boyfriend thing and also mentioned to me that a person she knew or found out was also scammed by him there in Germany and gave me some foresight on what this person would do once they knew I was onto them, she told me that this lady said that they hacked her computer with many threatening emails and then said they would send her bomb in mail, etc. Guess what, when he found out that I knew who he was, he did the same thing, I guess he had no idea that I knew about this earlier, so I knew it was him because he showed himself. See the guy Wolfgang said he contact Sven because he had traded with him prior and had no problem, said he was reputable, but after he talked with this Sven, then came the threats and emails, so I knew that because of Wolfgang talking with him and what he did with this other trader, he just showed his spots. So I am still waiting for the post office to send me something regarding this claim of insurance for $400.00. Someone signed for this parcel, and from this Wolfgang guy, said that this residence was a old lady who lived there and that whoever signed for it, was not the real resident of this location. So that is probably why it is hung up over there and he(wolfgang) claims that this old lady and himself went to the police to file a mail fraud claim, and I do not know how far this went or was even true. But this guy is in some ring to scam many people and the cost is not low per each scam. He never sent me anything, and there was a scan (Wolfgang) sent that showed something was sent, but who's to say that wasn't fake? I never received anything and if I do, I would take it directly to the post office due to his threats of a mail bomb. He probably sent me some virus, because all my prior emails have been lost, but I did send some of them to a friend, but I do not know if he still has them. I will email him and ask that he retreive them if he has them still. I really hope these other two folks will get him suspended on ebay.de, where he will have to start all over again. Thanks so much. The auctions were for Sakuras, he had modified all postings, asking for no bids, because of sick people in the German Beanie chatroom. This is Anita Kochhar which I have been in contact to you about Sven Kohne (Sven_der_inky) I would like my complaint listed on your bad trader's list. ...I saw an ad on May 17th on Nobidding.com site where Sven Kohne was offering to trade his 5 Germania Buddies for 5 Sakuras for which I answered. We agreed to trade my 5 Sakuras for his 5 Germania Buddies. At first he requested that I send first but after looking at his feedback on ebay.de I said it wasn't good enough for me to do that. We agreed to send together. Then next he said he already sent and gave me a phony registration number so I sent my package of 5 Sakuras registered airmail on May 19th to his address at: Sven Kohne/Schulze, Homuthstr 6, 12161 Berlin, Germany. I waited for his parcel of 5 Germania Buddies to arrive but never did and everytime I questioned him he said he hadn't received mine either. I find this impossible to believe as I have done many dealings in Germany using the same shipping method and no one has not received. I don't know how it is that he never receives any trader's parcel as he keeps stating when the trader's are in different parts of the US & Canada and have sent their parcels either registered or insured so why wouldn't the post office deliver to him if they deliver to the rest of Germany? If I made a demand for what he owed me then he would do too, otherwise he would not contact me. I said I would trace the parcel and I did but he never showed concern to trace the one he sent me so I am positive he never sent me anything and if he did why wouldn't I receive. The phony registration number he gave me I found out does not match up with official german registration numbers. The post office indicated that they received no response to their requests to him and I have the letter from them stating that. If I said I would take action against him for defrauding me out of my Sakuras then he would taunt me that he would do the same and accused me of robbing him. I sent my trade in good faith but did not receive his end of our deal. He owes me 5 Germania Buddies or the return of my 5 Sakuras...

I am somewhat involved with the Sven_der_inky issue, as I won 5 Sakura's from him a few months ago and as of a week ago, said he had re-sent them....I'm holding my breath. But was notified by another bidder (you may have been too) that he uses multiple eBay user id's, and on Friday, Oct 20, he changed one of his id's from nofretiri to *druide* with an e-mail address of druide_@web.de. This information should be updated on his bad trader profile. Thanks again for all your help with the slime traders of the world!!  Bruce Baker

6-20-00 I mailed her 12 Sakura beanies in exchange for her 12 Germania Buddys, as per her post on NoBidding.Registered number is RR347139252US.
6-21-00 I received email from Nicole stating her Registered # was A 4175182909DE and that I should receive in 5-7 days.
6-22-00 I inquired about the number she sent as it showed invalid by US Postal Website. She replied stating it was her error and gave me the corrected # of AA175182909DE.
6-22 thru 6-30 several emails was exchanged as there was never a record of shipment from her.
6-30-00 I received an email from her stating my pkg. from her was in France. Was being held due to AIRPORT STRIKE! Said she has stopped her pkg. to me and was having it returned to her due to the fact she could not trace my pkg. to her.
I requested official copies of printed statements showing all this info. Also let her know it was time to get the
Postal Authorities involved as I could no longer believe her stories.
7-01-00 Email from Nicloe stating she was contacting help@FBI.gov. since she still had not received my pkg.
I told her I would contact the Postal Authorities and they did indeed tell me that Registered Mail cannot be lost since EVERY POSTAL EMPLOYEE THAT HANDLES THE PKG. MUST SIGN HIS/HER NAME, therefore, I knew it could not be lost.
7-01-00 Her reply to me:
" I do not find that merry!!! My package has I stopped it is so long in post office/France to I finally know which with their pack is. If you try me to rob, I set you on the www.Traderlist.com!!! are one mix cash and I are not will to lose my cash.i have a good tradingpartner in Canada and I wait only 7 days!! THATS NOT A JOKE ! do not let it please to it come!Sorry however it are difficult to trust! I was already too often delayed. Thanks Nicole "
7-21-00 I filed a Registered Mail Inquiry with Post Office, calim # 011601610, which definitely shows a copy of my registered receipt #.
I have been notified that the Postal Authorities now know the journey of my package to Nicole, WHO and WHERE the receipitient was!!
NICOLE: This matter can be QUICKLY and QUIETLY settled between us if my money(( or satisfactory payment schedule)) is received in a timely manner from you.
OTHERWISE, my next step will be to file International Postal Fraud PLUS ANY AND ALL charges in addition that apply to this transaction!!
NICOLE, the decision is up to you now.
