I am having trouble getting a refund or beanies from a pre-sale auction.
It was the very 1st thing I ever bought on ebay and boy have I learned a
lesson. I have since had many successful transactions since then but only
after checking your lists. I won an auction for 20 new beanies to be delivered
by July 7th. I never received them and have been asking for a refund since.
He responds to all my e-mails and says he will be sending a refund as soon
as possible. I e-mailed him today and told him I wanted my refund by Friday
or I would have to take action. Now I need to know what to do. He is not
on your list of bad traders but there is a name that is pretty close and
in the same town. Please help me!!!!
Thank you,

I would prefer my money back but at this point I will take whatever I can
get. On July 5th he said they would be shipped by July 7th the due date.
On the 17th he said he would send a refund as soon as possible. On the 24th
he said a refund had been sent and to please wait one more day. All this
was after I emailed and asked if there was any way possible to receive my
order before June 19th. He responded that was no problem and they would be
sent by then. I have not received a confirmation number today from him. Like
I said I would prefer a refund but I'll take what I can get. Thanks so much
for your help so far.........Kim

I received my package from Tamam today. It only had 17 beanies in it. I am
missing Beginning bear, 2000 Sig and Rufus. I opened it in front of people
so he can not say he sent them. He is something else, kept 2 of the best
ones. The 2 I really need. I can find all the others. Can I still press charges
since he sent me something? If you can get him to send me a full refund I'll
send these back or I want my other 3 beanies. I'm sorry to take so much of
your time but you really get things done. Please let me know what I should
do now. Thanks...Kim

I am from the UK, & I have had a problem with a trader from America.
He is not on your list......but I feel that he soon will be !!! I bought
2 Sakuras from him way back, with the promise that they would be shipped
by July.Nothing showed, so when I mailed him again he said that a friend
in Maryland was going to ship 2 more to me. Again nothing showed. So, as
it was a Dutch auction I contacted all the other buyers & they all have
had the same story.............a lost parcel, then resent from contact
in Maryland but never showed. I have now asked for a refund, but I do not
feel confident in my chances !! I feel at a disadvantage being in the UK,
when he is in the US (one girl sent her "large Italian boyfreind" around
to gt their Sakura !!!) Would you have any advice on how I can proceed with
this from the UK. I will launch legal proceedings against this guy if I have
to ! Something else annoying........as it has been so long since the auction
eneded, we cannot post feedback on eBay for him. And he is still trading
! I will get him on your list, but I would like to get my refund first.
1 : His name is Tamam Ahmad
2 : His email is tamamahmad@hotmail.com
3 : His home address is .. 168 Main street, Hackettstown, NJ078470
4 : I paid him $248 for 2 Sakuras, to be shipped to the UK
5 : I paid by Money order.
6 : I now know of at least 4 others who have not had a refund or their goods
7 : I found him on eBay. He is till trading.

Back on March 21,2000 I bid on a Dutch auction #286839907 for A NEW SAKURA
EXCLUSIVE JAPANESE BEAR(PRESALE)The Persons name is TAMAM AHMAD email address
tamamahmad@ hotmail.com I paid for the Bear By check #6987 and sent it to
him in the mail on 3/22/00. The promised delivery date was July 31, . Since
that date I have emailed him about 8 times regarding the status of the shipment
of the bear. He did reply but all reply's except 2 left you still wondering
what was going on. He did offer a refund each time . On Sept. 8, I emailed
him and asked him for a refund, and also requested that since the eBay auction
stated that funds were to be received within 10 days, I felt that is was
only fair that he should refund my money within 10 days. He did email me
back & said that he would issue me a refund check within the next few
days. To date I have not received a refund nor any communication from him.
He resides in New Jersey & I live in New York State , So it isn't like
it had to travel a great distance. I do know that he is now on the bad trader
list & many of the people that bid on the above Dutch auction are in
the same boat that I am. We paid him $110.00 + shipping and have nothing
in return. Could you Please help me get a refund.
Thank You for Your Time

have not got the bear or money ,Keeps wanting two more weeks ,would like
to have the bear sakura, but would take my money back at this point(some thing
is better then nothing) he just e-mailed and said give him till the 30th
will we will see Thanks Mel
On July 31st, he had still not sent the Sakura beanie, but did ask if
we wanted a refund or wait for the bear. I asked for the refund, which I
still want. He keeps telling me he will send it out, and hasn't. On September
25th, he said he would have it in the mail the next morning. I have since
sent him notes asking if he did indeed send it out. He has not responded
to one of them. This is ridiculous. I have dealt with alot of E-Bay buys
and they've all been great. Now this! Please help. I just want my money back.

I had a very bad experience with Yusra Hasan, Hackettstown, NJ. His eBay
ID was playball_13@yahoo.com. I'm in Japan and won his 5 Beanies at eBay.
He never shipped the items and started to give me excuses that the parcel
was lost in the mail. After many e-mails, I finally got refund! Hooray! He's
now unreg'd user at eBay.
At this March, I purchased 2 Buddies from Tamam Ahmad, Hackettstown, NJ.
And they reached me safely. I noticed e-mails from Tamam & Yusra are
very similar, and they are both in Hackettstown, NJ. Thanks for CautionList,
I noticed Tamam Ahmad and Mohammed Kheiralla (who was thrown out from eBay)
are the same person! And I noticed Hani Kheiralla (Mohammed's brother) vs
Yusra Hasan are the same person. eBay has Yusra's phone #: 908-637-6929 -
this is Hani Kheiralla's phone #!

I have had a problem with a person who is going by the name of Yusra Hasan
and lives at 1 Wendy Way Hackettstown Nj. 07840. I purchased two Ty beanies
from him, a 1998 Holiday and a Wallace bear, on an ebay auction. His ebay
name is playball_13@yahoo.com , however he has since then been suspended.
The auctions closed on the tenth of September and he has since promised that
he has mailed them several times. I did manage to get information on him
from others who have had problems as well and found out some shocking
information. Below is a portion of an email I received concerning this man:
Hi Kimberly,
First, I am sorry that you too have a very bad experience with Yusra Hasan.
I'm in Japan, and luckily, I got refund from him. I got e-mails from people
who also have problem with him after I posted neg feedback for him.Did you
called him? His phone # is 908-637-6929. The info came from eBay. And I don't
think "Yusra Hasan" is his real name. I noticed they were thrown out from
eBay at least 3 times! I knew the phone # as above is Hani Kheiralla's phone
# who is Mohammed Kheiralla's brother - they both were thrown out from eBay.
They came back eBay with different user ID: tamamahmad. You should go to
www.traderlist.com and check what they did! And they came back again with
another user ID: playball_13@yahoo.com (I think). The list of their victims
are go on....I suspect Mohammed/Hani Kheiralla, Tamam Ahmad, and Yusra Hasan
are SAME!
They are all located in Hackettstown, NJ.
After I received this information, I did give him a call. He said
the beanies still had not been mailed out, but will be Wednesday. Upon being
questioned about two previous emails he had sent me stating they would be
mailed on the 26th of September, his only response was that he fell behind,
but they definitely would go out this Wednedsay October 18. Hopefully, he
will follow through with this promise, however, given his history, I seriously
doubt that he ever will. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks,
Kimberly

I won an auction for an Employee Buddy on eBay on 18 August on behalf
of my 7 yera old daughter. I live in the UK, and at that time it appeared
that this buddy was going to be exclusive to the USA. My winning bid was
for $16.51 plus $5.00 for shipping. At the time, Yusra had a small number
of negative feedback comments, which seemed to relate to a specific period
of illness, and, with over 600 positive comments, I felt that this seller
was trustworthy. Little did I konw! I sent him $22 in cash. He confirmed
that he had received the money on 25 August, and since that time I have been
trying to get either the buddy or a refund. Soon after I had sent him the
money, I noticed that a huge number of negative comments started to be left
for him on eBay. During August and September, Yusra responded to my emails
promptly, and kept assuring me that the buddy was on its way, then that it
must have got lost and a replacement was on its way. When I saw that he had
been suspended from eBay at the end of September, I asked for a refund, which,
despite his promises, had never arrived, despite at least 16 e-mails from
me. I realise that $22 is not a great deal of money, but I made Yusra well
aware in several e-mails that thismoney was my young daughter's money - in
fact her pocket money which she had saved up for several weeks so that she
could buy this bear. It is bad enough to rip off an adult, but to steal what
must seem like a small fortune from a small child just defies description.
I have reported this person to the New Jersey Attorney General's office and
will be contacting the Hackettstown Police. Yusra Hasan's e-mails bear a
striking resemblance to correspondence from the other dishonest traders from
Hackettstown- I am sure that they are all connected.
**Update..Dec. 9, 2000
Well, I am amazed and delighted to tell you that an envelope arrived this
morning addressed to my daughter, containing a personal money order for $22!!!!
The downside to this is that, because the money order is made out in US$,
my bank in the UK will charge me over half of that amount to process it!!
Still, the important thing is that Yusra Hasan has seen fit to make a refund.
I don't know whether this is as a result of police investigations, or the
letter that my daughter sent to him asking him to send her back her savings,
but I am very glad that she can see that adults can't just get away with
stealing from a child. Although I had heard from other people who have been
cheated by this person that he had moved, my daugther wrote to Yusra Hasan
at the 1Wendy Way, Hackettstown address, and this was the sender's name and
address on the envelope we received today. The signature on the money order,
however, is certainly NOT Yusra Hasan; it is fairly illegible, but the first
name looks to be Tamam, and the surname starts with Khe....(Kehiralla?).
Anyway, thank you so much for all your help with this trader; I appreciate
your efforts. It is so good to know that there are people like you and your
colleagues out there trying to make the internet a better place! THANK YOU
Jackie

In March of this year I was one of several winners of an auction for a
Sakura Beanie Baby. It was eBay #286840160 and I am "nielr". This presale
said that Sakura would be shipped by July 31 or a full refund. I have e-mailed
Tamam several times since July 31 asking for updates on Sakura. He has kept
telling me and the other bidders that he needed more time (two or three weeks).
I wanted Sakura so I kept saying ok to the time request. At the begining
of October I asked Tamam for Sakura or a refund if he did not have the beanie.
Tamam has stoped returning my e-mails since I asked for one or the other.
I have asked for the tracking number on the beanie but get no replies. I
trusted Tamam and it looks like he(she) has let me down.

I won two auctions on ebay, for a 98 Holiday and Wallace bear, which I
have not received. I paid for these beanies almost two months ago!! The seller,
Yusra Hasan, has continuously promised the beanies would be shipped, yet
never followed through. I finally demanded a refund, which, once again, he
promised to send and I have not received. I know many others are having problems
with this guy, so I want to try to help out by sharing all of the information
that I have on him. His address is 1 Wendy Way, Hackettstown New Jersey 07840
and his phone number is 908-637-6929. He has phoned me and the number which
shows up on my caller Id is different from that above, 973-476-6892 and it
is out of Morristown New Jersey, not Hackettstown. I have been told by others
that have also been ripped off that he has been found to be in connection
with others who are also in the "beanie business" that are known to also
have the bad habit of taking money yet never shipping the purchased product.
The other names being used are Hani Kheiralla, Mohammed Ahmad, and Taman
Ahmad, all of which have been suspended from ebay, yet keep coming back under
different names.A fellow ebayer informed me that anyone having problems can
also get in touch with the Attourney Generals Office in New Jersey where
they can speak with Danielle Deaks who is in charge of the consumer protection
division. Her email address is Deakd@smtp.lps.state.nj.us. I hope this helps

I was given your mail by another person was was frauded by mr. hasan.
I had purchased a few small items from him and though he took a while he
did deliver them. Then he offered me to buy six hard to find bears. I accpeted
his offer and mailed him a money order for $360usd which is over $500 canadian.
He had emailed me saying he got the money and emailed me again saying I would
get my bears anytime soon. I never heard from him and when I emailed him
on Sunday the email bounced back. Then I find out others he had sold things
to and never sent the items. Another source told me he had two addresses
going to collect money. The hackettstown police said he claimed bankrupcy.
He sold me items that he never had in the first place. He took my money and
knew he didnt have the bears to send. Surely fraud cant be covered by bankrupcy
law? I cant belive you can fraud people through the mail and iternet and
then when your done claim for bankrupcy and be preotected against fraud laws?
Can you help me? Ebay sent me a letter saying that they closed his account.
that was all they offered. I cant pay back the family and friends that trusted
me with their funds. I will have to try to talk to them and find a way to
pay these people back. If you caould help me in any way that would be great.
Thanks so very much!!! Trish

I am adding my complaint to the for Tamam Ahmad at tamamahmad@hotmail.com.
I bought a presale dutch auction for new beanie bears on 3/9/00. His ebay
ad stated that bears would be delivered by 7/700. I have had many email
conversations with Tamam. All responses from him ask for an extension and
then my name and address for refund which I provided twice. The last email
I sent was 10/15/00 to which there was no answer. I was also contacted by
three others who were taken by this scam artist. I will be sending and email
to the Attorney Generals Office of New Jersey as well.
A friend who lost over $100 to him was about to bid on his "play_ball" ebay
ID but changed her mind when she received a response from him about one of
his auctions. His mail was in the same form as "tamamahmad" ID with all lower
case letters in his response. I am sure he is out there working with another
ID by now. He also seems to use the "free email" accounts.

I'm really at my wits end and I hope you can help. WAY back I
bid on 2 sets of Beanie kids from a seller with the mail address
tamamahmad@hotmail.com. The total came to $240. And because this was
a presale, I couldn't claim back my losses on eBay because the 60 days had
passed before the neanies were due! If eBay are going to have this 60 day
rule in their insurance claims they shouldn't allow presell auctions. I have
been in contact with him until now and have been patient with his excuses
of missing beanies. I eventually tired of this and asked for a refund which
he said he would send. Nothing arrived by the deadline I had given him despite
promises stating that I would receive the cheque. Now I'm not getting any
responses to my emails at all and don't know what to do. I hope you can help.

I have kept all of my correspondence up to the last response from him/her on 9/21/00. On 9/22/00, they were turned into Square Trade but they didn't have any luck in getting responses out of this person either.

On August 29, 2000, I had the misfortune to win 2 auctions for 25 new
beanie babies from TY from Yusra Hasan on E-Bay. On August 30, 2000, I sent
Yusra payment of $139.42 thru Paypal. After numerous months of sending E-Mails
and receiving excuse after excuse, now Yusra will no longer respond to any
E-mail messages and has been suspended from E-Bay. I wish to file all charges
eligible to me against this fraudulent person or persons. Please help!!!

I have just about given up hope!! I did a presale wth him for the March
new beanies for about $150.00. Soon thereafter he was suspended. I emailed
many times & he kept responding saying they were on their way. Well after
months of this I finally asked for a refund & it was supposedly on its
way. Well so far no beanies no refund ALOT of lying emails. (I have copies).
I was very distressed! I contacted NJ police they couldn't do much! I do
have a current address, unless hes moved again! He's not in Hackettstown anymore.
There must be something someone can do to keep him from doing this anymore!
Please email me with any ideas. The last PObox I found was in Great Meadows
NJ.The address was 759 Peaquest Rd. Oxford NJ 07836.

I have previously posted about this person to whom I sent $22 in cash
for an Employee Buddy in August. This was my seven year old daughter's money,
which she had saved up for a long time so that she could buy this buddy,
which was not available in the UK. The buddy never arrived, and Yusra Hasan
never sent a refund, despite many, many e-mails. I made formal complaints
to everyone I could think of, and of course added my complaint to the bad
traders list here. Well, to my amazement, on Friday, 8 December, I received
a refund from Yusra Hasan for the full $22!!! The down side was that the
refund was in the form of a personal money order, which will cost the equivalent
of $15 for our bank to process, but at least I got the refund. I know this
person has cheated many, many people, but my persistence has obviously paid
off, and my daughter has been able to see that not everyone gets away with
stealing. Please, everyone, keep chasing this person - you might be lucky
like me and get your money back.

I won an auction on Ebay in March on a Pre-sell of 20 New Beanies to
be shipped in July. I still have not received beanies or a refund. I was
in contact with Tamam Ahamd by e-mail until late September. I was assured
I would receive a refund. I have also contacted his phone number and was
told a refund would be coming. I have been in contact with other winners
of the same auction that have not received beanies or a refund yet also.

I won three auctions through eBay from this man in early September. Since
that time, I have received nothing, neither the merchandise nor the refund.
I have contacted him numerous times and initially was promised the merchandise.
However, in the last four telephone calls all he and some unknown female
talked about was a refund. I've been promised a refund for over a month now
and have nothing. Please help.

Update filed by: jackie.woods@LineOne.net
traders_name: Yusra Hasan Comments: I just wanted to give a final update
on my trading problems with Yusra Hasan. On 10 December, I posted that he
had, to my surprise, sent my daughter a refund for the $22 she paid him for
a beanie buddy, but that I would be unable to cash the US $ money order he
had sent because our banks in the UK charge up to $15 to process foreign
currency transactions. Since then I wrote to Yusra Hasan to ask that he send
my daughter a refund in cash instead, but didn't get a response. However,
I have now found a wonderful exchange bureau in London where I was able to
cash the money order for a very minimal fee, and so we have now finally been
able to get our refund paid in full. My daughter has had her faith in human
nature restored, and at least this shows that Yusra Hasan has some scruples,
and obviously his conscience wouldn't let him cheat a young child. I now
consider the matter closed, and hope so much that the others who had lost
money from this trader have also had success in getting refunds.
