Please help me!!! I traded with Tim Ice from South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We both agreed to mail on June 16, 2000. I did & he said he did. He emailed me to say he received the Maple Buddy I sent him and that he got the package he sent me back. He said it was the wrong address. He lives in the US and I live in Canada. There is no way he sent this package from the US to Canada and back to the US in 4 days!!! Next, he claims to have re-sent and it has been a month and 10 days now since our agreement. I still have nothing from him. He emailed me saying he will not rip me off, but I have given him many different options & he will not agree to any of them, has not sent me anything & says he has traded my Maple Buddy. I have been emailing him for the last 4 days & he will not respond to me.  This guys info is this:

He was suppose to send me 3 MWMT USA Bears. He is refusing to answer my emails to him & I have posted on a couple of trade boards what has happened. I have got a response from another lady who has also been the victim of Tim's scams. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.  What can I do now? PLEASE HELP!!  Karen

On July 6th I sent 2 buddys and a USA beanie to Tim Ice in return for 11 Taco dogs. I have never received my dogs and I know he received his July 10 at 10:41 AM. I have sent him 2 emails and he has not answered either one. I got your email address from Karen, she said you might be able to help me. If you need any more information I would be glad to try to supply it. Thank you, Phyllis

I mailed him 2 new buddies and 3 beanies and was suppose to recieve a germania buddy which has not arrived. I had emailed tonsofbeans@accesscomm.ca (Karen) because I saw her post about not getting her stuff. I live about 4 hours away from Milwaukee and will be will to drive if we have to be there or something to file charges. Is there anyway to get him kicked off all the boards. Everyone is afraid to leave neg feedback because he may do the same for us and we have done nothing. Thanks Wendy

listen i sent her (tonsofbeans@accesscomm.ca) 3 usa bears she said that she did not get them. i have the receite from the post office. you can do what ever you want. i told her i will take care of it . so dont bother me again.

he told me today that unless I put a post on the boards publicly apologizing for calling him a bad trader, he will send me nothing. He said he was going to send me something today (a USA Bear, Righty & Lefty 2000) but now he's not, so he has lied to us again. He really is a TERRIBLE TRADER & A PERSON. I am going to send you the 3 emails he sent me today & you can see for yourself what he has said to me.

November 30 on KnK, I agreed to trade my Clubby III Buddy for Tim Ice's Periwinkle and Sunny (Tim answered my ad). I stated in my ad that these were to be MWMT as mine was. Tim agreed. He sent both bears (in a paper Hallmark bag) priority express and no tag protectors. Periwinkles tag was dented by the tag attacher. I advised Tim immediately what had occurred. I had to email him 3 times before he answered and when he did he said he could not replace the beanie. I then asked him to return my Clubby III Buddy and he said he had already traded him. After emailing another 3 times, He wanted to know what he could do to resolve and I gave him 3 or 4 options. Unfortunately, to date (January 2), I still have not heard from him one way or the other. I had advised him if I hadn't heard from him that I would be posting negative feedback on his transaction today (1/02/01). Tim has not changed his stripes or is that spots. BEWARE
