I am sorry to say we have had to post on the bad traders board about a person who has scammed us on BBOT. We are in the UK and posted a trade for a clubby 4 silver and gold, we were inundated with offers but one guy had them both so we thought we would do just the one transaction with him. He also was putting in Courage to secure the deal. So on the 18th December he secured the trade and said would post them out to us, we had just been involved in a road accident that previous weekend and managed to post our side of the trade out to him on Saturday 22nd December. We e-mailed him to let him know. He never replied to anymore e-mails once the trade was secured. We thought maybe because it is Christmas time he could have gone away. I got suspicious and found him on this site by State for failing to send out goods to someone won on an auction. So we became worried. He has never replied to any e-mails and it is so frustrating with being in the UK as we can't exactly go knock on his door. I posted a "has any body traded with" on BBOT and got numerous responses from others saying they were being scammed by him too but under a different e-mail addy. I don't know what ID he has on the TY BBOT. Here are his details.

We sent him a Unity Buddy and a Unity Beanie and have had nothing yet, no reply to e-mails and no beanies and I truly believe after what I now know we won't get them. We have had many successful trades on BBOT and have made wonderful new friends and this guy has ruined a lot of the trust we have in BBOT - he is a professional and people need to be aware. Maybe you can try and e-mail him. We sent an e-mail to him giving him time to respond and if not we told him we were reporting him for being a bad trader and stressed that what he was doing was wrong and could be considered fraud. This hasn't even prompted a response. Any help will be appreciated.

I posted on the BBOT that I was looking to trade my Unity beanie for a blue face spangle. He emailed me that he had one he would trade for mine and would do the trade. I shipped mine on 12-28-01 and he was supposed to ship his part then also. I contacted him to see if he had shipped as planned and he told me he was unaware that we had finalized anything and he was sorry, that he would ship it our right away. I have no beanie yet, and he refuses to answer any emails, no matter how threatening I get. I want my spangle he owes me or my unity back. I saw on the BBOT, a post that others were having problems with him as well and that he was found on the bad trader list already. I know he operates out of another email address as well.
