Cautionlist received proof of the check that was sent to kwood and it was stamped for insufficient funds. xfish4x stated she sent beanie back to kwood and that her check was also a good one but of course she had no proof. Said she had the cancelled check but ignored all requests for her to send copy of it.

Yes I have had dealings with Wendy in the past. in January. I won an e-bay auction of hers and sent the money order and she never came through. She first said she shipped the beanie, then changed her story and said it must be lost in the mail, etc.... She then refused to answer my e-mails, so I contacted e-bay and didn't get any help from them, so I contacted the sheriff in her county and explained to them all I'd been through. They as well as the Post Master had me do some paper work and the sheriff visited Wendy. I received my money shortly after that. Thanks to the sheriif's dept. this was the only time I got scanned and was thankful for the sherriff and his dept. for everything they did. I ended up only being out a few phone calls and a few months of worry, but I was happy to get my money back ($80.00). I won't buy anything from her again, if I knew it was her. I too e-mailed Karen Woods along with Kim Ferrell the last part of January of this year. They both had bad dealings with Wendy. Wendy wasn't cooperative with me at all, like I told you earlier, if it wasn't for the Sherriff dept. of her own county, then I never would have gotten my money back. Wendy never apoligized or anything after it was all over. Karen & I are two unfortunate people who got scammed by Wendy. I was just lucky enough to get the help I needed to get my money back. (Kim Ferrell e-mail address is: ferrellkim@aol.com) Both of these ladies had or won auctions off of e-bay like myself.  Gail

Hi,

I just wanted to let you know that I have filed a fraud complaint against WendyWisch-Zwerschke, of Hinsdale, IL. I can see after searching via google that a previous complaint was listed for her on your site under the email address:

xfish4x@aol.com

Her new email address is:

thestarfish@comcast.net

I paid $129.99 via paypal for a portable fireplace on ebay. It has been almost 2 months and I have not received the item. When I confronted her on this, she called me a "psychopath" on her feedback and then lied, writing that it had been sent. She also refused any Square Trade service to resolve the situation.I would appreciate it if you could list her name on your site. Thanks!
Her ebay id is: ****starfish****

I would like to POST a complaint that was unfounded and boguss, the name is :

JAMES GORHMAN
His email address is : jfelix43@hotmail.com
His EBAY user id is Buyer jfelix02818

This man not only lied to Paypal about the shipping time, he told them the item was never shipped. In the end Mr felix was refunded his money and still continues to harras me and run my name to the ground . He also stated i never contacted him, in which i have several e-mails to show otherwise. I think this person maliciously tried to destroy my rep on ebay. I would like him reported as he is a very horrible person to deal with. I am glad our dealings are done...As in the past he is one of 2 people that are very dificult to deal with on e-bay. He should read auction shipping times more closely...

THANKS

Great news! It looks like Wendy has finally decided to refund the payment after all! I just got this message (attached below).

I still don't know what she's talking about...it makes no sense. She never told me anything about refunding or sending the item...and I never got it, so she's still lying. At least now she's sort of "admitting" that she never actually sent me a refund the first time. Well, let's just hope the refund clears her bank. I'll let you know when the refund comes through for sure.

Thanks so much for all of your help. I don't think I would have ever gotten this refund without the help of your site. Kudos!

Best,

James

Dear James Gorham,
wendy wisch-zwerschke (thestarfish@comcast.net) has refunded your payment. This refund is currently pending, and will remain "Pending" until the funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually takes up to 8 business days. You will be notified by email when the funds have cleared into your PayPal balance.Note from Seller:

You never notified me of non-recipt but to report me to the www.traderlist.com. I told you I would refund you per my e-mail and paypal. Refund due to harrasment, your item came back non-deliverable.

Non-delievrable is not my fault.

Unfortunately, it looks like Wendy's refund bounced. I just spoke to Paypal and they said that they processed the payment but funds were unavailable in Wendy's account. The bank will try to present the payment one more time. I'm hoping it will go through but I'm not holding my breath on this one. I'll let you know if the payment actually goes through.

Thanks again,
James Gorham

Great news. It looks like after Wendy's refund payment was originally denied due to insufficient funds, it has now cleared her account after being presented a second time.

Thanks so much again for all of your help in this matter. Your website made all of this possible. I could never have done it without you. Thanks for making this a success story!

Best wishes,
James P. Gorham
