message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on

Comments: Lately, or should I say always, there are a lot of royal blue Peanuts for sale on eBay, BBOT and other selling or trading boards. MOST are fake. Authentic ones have only a 1995 dated first generation black and white tush tags. Never 1993 or red & white. Buyer beware!

The contest will be fun and the winner will get some great stuff!

The contest will begin in September and run through October 23 at midnight (So that the winners can receive their prize packages by All Hallow's Eve!).

Everyone is welcome to play in the U.S and Canada and our message board will be open to all to post. No registration will be required throughout the contest.

1. Chris contacted me, by e-mail to purchase an item, I had purchased from him in the past.
2. I e-mailed him to make sure it was the metabadrine, that I had purchased from him, in the past.
3. Chris e-mailed me and said it was exactly the same thing
4. He said he could not accept Paypal, because he had moved so I sent the $46.95 personal check
5. Rec'd Cortisyn instead of Metabadrine, 3-20-05. E-mailed him, w/info, and he said to try them. I said no and returned them, to him, as "return to sender"
6. Chris claims that he still hasn't rec'd the returned items, so he is not returning my money.
7. 5-21-05 Chris stopped returning my e-mails. The last e-mail being 8-1-05
8. 8-15-05: Chris contacted me, thru "Ebay", to buy the Metabadrine (just like in Feb). He states Ebay has closed his auctions for this prohibited item being sold, on line. If I had gone thru ebay and paypal, i would've had their protection. He just feels I didn't return the product, so too bad, so sad.

Have full Paypal reimburesement-they would have given me credit and had to deal wu. They would been able to keep an eye on this. The other w/b the ability to tell Ebay, you had shipped the wrong product and I could leave negative feedback, if I needed to. Buying, from u, without Ebay involved leaves "both" of us as sitting targets. Do u really think I would have kept all my e-mails, cancelled checks, etc if I was trying to scam u? I don't even want cortisyn. I did not even know what it was, until u shipped it to me and later e-mailed me that your clients liked, so I should try it. So it comes down to you not receiving the pkg I mailed. I think it comes down to u trying to scam me, by misrepresenting the "metabadrine". You never had it and used sucker folks into buying and keeping the cortisyn. It doesn't look like I am going to get my money back. But now I have the ammo to take this problem to Ebay. You have contacted me, today, to buy something Ebay prohibits.

I will be contacting Ebay and Paypal. Traderlist and postmaster general about mail fraud.

Comments: I received a e-mail addressing recent secuity concerns with paypal and I needed to reverifiy my account they want credit cards no. bank account no. Pin numbers and S.S. numbers all this was inapproiate!

Mark fails to answer emails and provided me with a link saying my merchandise would be sent out in 4 to 7 days. That was on July 19th! A month later and I am still waiting. They dont give me confirmation number to track the bears to my address...and it never came to my area. They have not refunded my money ever since. Comments: Without having done proper research on this dishonest company (I'll never make that mistake again), I placed an order with Americana Couture via their website (www.americanacouture.com) on April 2, 2005 for two tops in the amount of $87.59, including shipping and tax. This amount was charged to my debit card almost immediately. I have never received the items, but what is worse, I have sent three emails and left three phone messages complaining about this fact and have not received a single response of any kind from either attempt. I am infuriated and want to demand a refund... if only there were someone there for me to demand it of! Their practices have not changed, as promised, they've only gotten worse. Unlike some others, I wasn't even lied to in emails, but merely ripped off and ignored. Their website should be taken down- why is it still up?!

Comments: Ms.Green from Rancho Cordova, CA, listed two beanie baby Peace bears on ebay with the claim that they are "worth right now for $60.00 each." (See item number 5990044398). Thinking that the bears must be from Indonesia because those made in Indonesia are currently more valuable than those made in China, I e-mailed Ms. Green to ask where the bears were made. She wrote back that the bears were made in Indonesia. Needless to say, when I received them, both tush tags clearly stated that they were Made in China. I e-mailed her immediately and asked if she might have sent me the wrong bears. I have received excuse upon excuse. Obviously the Indonesia bears never existed! She now wants me to send them back to her at my expense!Buyer beware.

Comments: Beware of this seller!! I am yet another victim of Americana Couture. I placed an order for 2 shirts 6 months ago and never received them or a refund even though I have been going back and forth with them for months now. First they assured me they were sending the shirts immediately and giving me a free shirt for the delay. Once I realized they were never sending me anything, I demanded a refund.... that was a couple of months ago. They won't even respond to me at this point. I have spoken to 6 other women to whom this has happened to.
