To be considered a Good Trader, please follow these rules when making a trade or sale:

1.   Respond to all trade queries, a simple no thanks if not interested.  

2.   State the exact condition of  the Beanie, hang tag, and tush tags in first email. Below are some abbreviations used on guestbooks...

MWMT..mint with mint tags
MWBT..mint with both tags OR mint with bent tags (ask for more information)
MWBMT..mint with both mint tags
TBB..teenie beanie babies
NF..new face (referring to bears)
MIP..mint in package (referring to teenies)
NHT or NST..no hang tag or no swing tag     

3.   Once a price is agreed upon between both parties, DO NOT change it.

4.   Honor deals that may involve a Beanie being retired the next day.

5.   Careful packaging, so there will be no shipping damage.  Put beanies in ziplock bags and use a box to mail them in.  Use tag protectors. You can buy them or make them.

6.   Please include your name/address, and deal that your making inside the package in case the package gets opened by accident. 

7.   Mailing on the day agreed upon, if need to be changed, notify immediately.
INSURE your package!!! The new delivery confirmation is no substitute..a package can be left on a doorstep and stolen or even left at the wrong house. Or the receiver can claim he/she never saw the package and there is no way for that person to be reimbursed.

8.   Email saying when the beanies were shipped, and acknowledging the receipt of beanies or money.

9.   Do not ship beanies or money until the deal is verified by both parties.

10. You must notify the sender immediately if there is a problem with the product that was sent.  Inspect tags immediately.  MWMT means.. no creases, tears, fading, and no price sticker residue.  If you do not notify the sender (that day) about a problem right after receiving the package, they do NOT have to replace the item.  
(Exception to this rule is a fake beanie)

11. No bad language please! If you don't have something nice to say, don't say it!

When payment is to be made by a money order, request ONLY a postal money order. They can not have stop payments put on them where as most others can.

This will ensure a happy trading or selling experience for everyone!

Note:  If we receive several complaints against the same person for bad trading practices, their name will be removed from this list with notification.
